X-WCW goes on the air and we see the following video package.
Warzone #35…
We see the nTo locker room where the nTo plus Cyberstrike and D-Extreme discuss a few matters.
CB: “The most dangerous tag team in the history of this business, it took a lot of convincing but they have agreed to come to Ground Zero IV, but only if they can challenge Crook and Bonito in the main event for the X-WCW Championship.”
D-EX: “On Nitro #25 you will challenge any member of the Revolution to a cage match and add the stipulation that when you win you pick the main event for Ground Zero IV. And in the unlikely event that you lose the nTo will disband forever. The rest of you will make sure that there are no screw jobs.”
D-Ex: “The most feared team in history.”
CB: “I almost feel sorry for Crook and Bonito when they get into the ring with those guys, they’re crazier than anyone in this company.”
Cane looks up and smiles at his friends.
CD: “On Nitro #25 the Revolution won’t know what hit them.”
D-EX: “Excellent!”
The scene closes and we see the usual entrance video of X-WCW Nitro. Afterwards, the pyros hit the stage to kick off Nitro’s 25th show. The camera pans over to the different locations of the ringside area before we see the announce table where James Russell and Randal King are stationed.
JR: “Welcome everyone to the 25th edition of Nitro! I’m James Russell and alongside me as always is Randal King. We are celebrating the 25th show tonight right here at the Key Palace in Seattle!”
RK: “What better way to celebrate 25 shows of Nitro, JR, than to go back to where it has started! Woot! We are going to be in on one exciting ride!”
A few seconds later, we hear the nTo theme song blaring at the ringside area. Cane Deathscream enters the ringside with the rest of the nTo contingent.
THII: “Ladies and gentlemen, making their way to the ring, the nTo!!!”
JR: “Right now, the nTo are entering ringside. This seems to be of importance, don’t you think so too King?”
RK: “I agree. Last show, Chris Back and D-Extreme told them about this tag team that would surely scare the wits out of Tony Bonito and Crook. Maybe Cane would reveal who they are tonight, that or something close to that line of thought I just said.”
Cane and the nTo enter the ring and pose for the fans before he grabs the microphone and starts to speak.
CD: “As you guys saw last Warzone, our dear friends Chris Back and D-Extreme came to visit us with an important message. Aside from that, they disclosed to us the names of the returning tag team to the X-WCW. That tag team I’ve mentioned wants a special tag team match at Ground Zero IV. So Crook, you get your ass down here and accept it, before something bad happens.”
RK: “Whoa, let me get this right, JR. So the nTo and Cane know who is returning, and they are a tag team. But to me, I think it’s Chris Back and D-Extreme who’s returning….even though it seems D-Ex is still on crutches by the time GZIV happens.”
JR: “I believe what Cane meant was that the two men who visited the nTo disclosed names of TWO other people returning. So who knows King, it might be another duo. As you just said, D-Extreme is not 100% yet, and I know that Chris Back is surely recovering from his injuries as well. What’s exciting to find out here is, the reaction of how Crook and the Revolution are going to take in Cane Deathscream’s call out.”
“It’s Time” hits the speakers and we see John Crook and the rest of the Revolution stand on the ringside stage. John Crook has the mic and looks at the ring with a smirk.
JC: “Cane, you think by threatening me, you and your boys would get what you want? You wanna know what I think about that?”
Crook uses his free arm to extend it and do a finger wag to signal what he thought about the said thing CD just did. He laughs with the rest of the revolution before he speaks again.
JC: “I don’t care, quite frankly, about the mind games D-Extreme and Back are trying to play.”
CD: “I’m telling you this Crook, D-Extreme will return when he is ready. Besides, I’m not talking about him and Back, I’m talking about a returning tag team who wants to challenge YOU and the Revolution. So maybe my initial move failed, but maybe this won’t. Right now, I’m going to give you an opportunity to shut me and the nTo up for good. I challenge ANY of the Revolution to a special one-on-one match. If I win, I get to pick the main event of the next PPV…Ground Zero IV.”
JC looks at Cane for a while before he speaks.
JC: “That’s good to hear Cane. Now let me ask you this, what will we do when you LOSE?”
Cane leans in on the ropes and faces the stage.
CD: “Quite simply, the nto will disband..FOREVER!”
JR: “What in the?! If Cane loses, the whole nTo will disband, forever. This is big king.”
RK: “Oh I know what is running on Crook’s mind. He has an opportunity now to close the nTo for good. What will he decide JR?”
JC thinks about it for a while and looks at the rest of the revolution, who is notably missing Tony Bonito. Slowly, he turns his attention back at the ring and to Cane Deathscream.
JC: “Tell you what, Cane, YOU’RE ON!!!”
The crowd goes on its feet with the acceptance of Crook to Cane’s challenge. The cheers die down as Crook points at Cane.
JC: “So the one who will seal your fate tonight will be The Renegade. Oh, and in case you are wondering Cane, it will be inside an XTREME CAGE MATCH!!”
RK: “An Xtreme Cage Match?! Man that will be a very brutal outing JR!!”
JR: “What a way to try and end things, it seems like John Crook is willing to take the risk and send Renegade inside a cage with Cane just to end the nTo.”
Cane looks at Crook and nods in satisfaction.
CD: “Crook, it’s a deal. And Renegade, tonight, prepare to meet hell, fire, and brimstone.”
X-WCW goes to a commercial break as The Revolution and the nTo stare down at the other faction
X-WCW TV Championship
Fatal Four Way Elimination Match
Judge Death vs. "The Young One" Sandy Drake vs. CJ Baller vs. Mike Magnus(c)
THII: “Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is a fatal fourway elimination match for the X-WCW Television championship! The rules of this match are simple, the match will begin when all four competitors enter the ring. In order to win this match, you must eliminate each opponent by submission or pinfall; there are no disqualifications in this match-up. The last superstar standing will be the X-WCW Television champion!!”
The crowd pops for the match-up and keep a positive reaction when “War” by Nas hits the speakers. About 20 seconds into the song, CJ Baller gets on top of the stage as he emerges through the curtains. He stands there and nods his head to the beat before slowly making his way down the ramp.
THII: “Introducing the first challenger, from Philadelphia Pennsylvania, standing at 6’4 and weighing in at 268 lbs…C.J. BALLEEEERRRR!!!!”
RK: “Ha, now we will see how good this chump is without his brother pulling his strings.”
JR: “I don’t remember Karl “pulling his strings” when he faced of against Andrew Radon & Jack Blade King. This guy is bigger and stronger than his brother, and if he has the same resilience as him, we might be looking at the new TV champion.”
Baller slides into the ring and raises his hands for a mild pop before heading to the corner and sitting on the top turnbuckle. Just as he climbs onto the turnbuckle, “War” shuts off and “Top Of The World” by The All-American Rejects hits the speakers. A really loud “YOUUUNG OOOONE” chant breaks throughout the crowd as THII makes the announcement.
THII: “The second competitor, from Vancouver, BC, he stands 6’2 and weighs in at 219 lbs…SAAANDYYYYY “THE YOUUUUNG OOOONE” DRAAAAAAKE!!!”
Drake comes out through the curtains with a big smirk on his face. He walks down the ramp-way and stops as he sees a bunch of very attractive ladies with TYO shirts on. He even spots a very young girl, looks to be five years old holding up a “MaRRy” ME SanDy”. He smiles at the little girl and gives her a kiss on the cheek; the child faints.
JR: “Sandy has always been a good draw with fans, especially women.”
RK: “Nah, they just think he looks like I did back in my hay-day.”
JR: “…..”
RK: “Its true.”
JR: “ANYWAY, Sandy Drake is a former X-WCW Xtreme champion and a former X-WCW TV champion. This kid has a shot to be the X-WCW United States at Ground Zero now that he is the #1 contender for it as well.”
RK: “He actually just won that #1 contender spot in a fatal fourway elimination match on the last show JR. He’s got a chance to do it again only this time walk out as a champion.”
Sandy slides into the ring and eyes CJ Baller on the turnbuckle and then raises his hands for another huge pop. Drake then turns around and awaits his last two opponents. Just then, Iron Maiden’s “Out Of The Silent Planet” hits the speakers and the crowd goes for a very loud face pop. The fragile zombie then slowly walks through the curtains and heads down the ramp.
THII: “The third superstar, hailing from Deadworld…standing 6’0 and weighing in at exactly 100 lbs…JUUUUDGE DEAAAAAATH!!!!”
JD slowly makes his way towards the ring and climbs in. No emotion on his face at all, an eerie blank look on his face as he eyes his two opponents.
JR: “This guy is a freak of nature when it comes to stepping into that squared circle. He is very small, but he is one of the strongest competitors I have ever seen.”
RK: “That skinny isn’t all that hot James, you will see that tonight.”
Finally, it is now time to introduce the champion. The crowd realize this and start up a “Magnus” chant.
JR: “These fans are awaiting their TV champion King, and they can’t wait to get this match started!”
“To The Pain” by Nonpoint hits the speakers and the crowd pops once again for the night. About 30 seconds into the song, Mike Magnus emerges through the curtains with the TV title held high in his right hand. Mike wastes no time and runs down the ramp-way while the announcer introduces him.
THII: “And the final opponent, from Baltimore, MD, he stands at 5’10 and he weighs in at 217 lbs…he is the X-WCW TELEVISION CHAMPION….MIIIIIKE MAAAAAAGNUUUUUUSSS!!!!”
Mike slides into the ring and jumps onto the middle rope with the X-WCW TV championship in the air. He wants the world to know that he is the reigning TV champ, and the crowd applauds him.
RK: “Well looks like I will go to sleep for this one.”
JR: “Huh…wait why would you do that? Four very talented men are in this ring, this is going to be a classic.”
RK: “To much goody two shoes.”
JR: “Wow…just….just wow.”
Mike hands the title to the ref as CJ Baller gets off the turnbuckle and hypes himself up, Judge Death gets a smirk as he is ready for battle, and Sandy Drake jumps up and down to get himself ready. The referee wastes no time and signals for the bell, which has all four superstars circle the ring. As the four circle each other, CJ turns and locks up with Judge Death while Magnus shoots Sandy Drake’s left leg. Sandy trips him up then wrestles his way into Sandy’s back. He then turns around and locks in a ground headlock.
The two stay in this position until Sandy uses his strength to get on all fours, then on both feet. Mike, who still has Sandy in the headlock, sends some vicious knees to the stomach of Sandy, each one harder than the last. When he goes for the 4th one, Sandy catches the leg and rocks the ring with a spinebuster! Sandy then rolls over and clutches his stomach thanks to the knees he took. The two superstars slowly get to their respective feet around the same time, but Sandy is the one who takes a fall after a vicious kitchen sink knee to the stomach.
JR: “Sandy got a slight momentum boost from that spinebuster King, but he has lost it from Magnus’s recover attack.”
RK: “Yeah, Magnus did a great job not letting his opponent get some air, he needs to stay on the offensive and get this elimination quick so he can get some rest.”
JR: “Check out the action on the other side of the ring though Randal, CJ and Judge Death are going at it!”
James Russell is right about that, the two superstars are going to blows with each other. Baller, being the brawler that he is, gets the upper hand on his opponent when he blocks a punch and sends a heavy right to JD’s chin. He stuns JD with this right hand and he pushes him into the ropes. CJ then attempts to whip him, but locks into the ring and turns JD around to pull him back. Baller then bends over for a back body drop, but he cannot seem to lift his smaller opponent up. Just then, with some sort of freakishly out of this world power, JD jumps up and lands on the back of CJ’s neck.
JD then keeps CJ between his legs and helps him up, he then sets him up for a piledriver. He holds CJ up and executes a vicious jumping piledriver that has the crowd in awe! JD wastes no time and goes for the first pinfall attempt of the evening.
RK: “1…2…thr-kickout by CJ Baller! I thought that this match was over for Mr. Tupac Shakur over there.”
JD shakes his head before he helps his opponent up. As he helps CJ Baller up, he takes a look at the action going on with Drake & Magnus. Mike is giving Sandy Drake Ric Flair like chops to the chest. Each one sparks the oh so popular “WOOOO” from the crowd, but Magnus doesn’t stop. He chops his opponent into the corner and sends a couple rights to the face, then backs himself up. Mike then charges at Sandy, but Sandy Drake lifts both feet up for a vicious kick to the face. Magnus stumbles and Drake uses this opportunity to charge at him, hits him with a standing hurracurana, but holds it into a pinfall attempt.
JR: “1…2.kickout by the TV champ! He wants to retain that title King, and he is going to make sure he does everything in his power to do so.”
With that kickout, we see some other kicks, but this time it is in the other side of the ring. Judge Death took his eye off of his opponent for a few seconds and that was a bad mistake on his part now that CJ is taking the offensive. Baller has given JD an assault of punches and kicks, enough to double the smaller wrestler over. Baller then grabs JD and hooks him up high in the air military press style. He then drops him with a military press slam and yells out he the crowd “COOOME OOOOON!” for a mild pop.
As he screams, you spot Mike Magnus getting tossed through the middle ropes by Sandy “The Young One” Drake. CJ wastes no time and hits the ropes, then jumps over Judge Death as he heads to the other ropes. The bad thing about this is he is taken down by a spinning wheel kick from Sandy Drake. Judge Death then slowly rises to his feet as if he was playing dead. Sandy kips back up himself and the two stare each other down.
JR: “Here we go Randal, looks like a good match-up here.”
The two get into the middle of the ring, and Sandy immediately goes for a kick to Judge Death’s knee. JD gets kicked in the knee, and drops to hold it, but he catches Sandy Drake’s other leg as he attempts a kick to the face. JD smirks and flips him, but that seems to be a big mistake as he kicks Judge Death in the chin and lands on his feet after a complete back flip.
JR: “A very good reversal right there by Sandy Drake. He is a very balanced man.”
RK: “That was a circus act move th-..WHOA SOME AWESOME DISPLAY OF STRENGTH!”
JR: “Judge Death should not have been able to do that, what abnormal strength King!”
When Sandy landed on both feet, he attempted a drop-sault on a stunned Judge Death, but JD somehow caught him and put him on his shoulders, then gave him a vicious powerbomb! He gets up on both feet, but the crowd starts cheering for some odd reason.
When Sandy landed on both feet, he attempted a drop-sault on a stunned Judge Death, but JD somehow caught him and put him on his shoulders, then gave him a vicious powerbomb! He gets up on both feet, but the crowd starts cheering for some odd reason.
JR: “Look, CJ Baller is on the top turnbuckle King! He is waiting for Judge Death to turn around.”
RK: “Judge Death is turning around JR, its over for him!”
When JD turns around, CJ launches himself off of the top turnbuckle, but something very suprising happens. The 100 lbs Judge Death moves under the 6’4 268 body flying towards him and puts his left hand up and catches CJ in mid-air with one hand! The crowd pops immediately for the show of strength and even CJ looks surprised and screams “WHAT THE HELL!”
JR: “BAH GAWD THE POWER AND STRENGTH! CJ IS TWICE HIS WEIGHT!”
RK: “WHOA!”
He holds him up for about 6 seconds before he drops him into a standing like-flapjack; the force is sufficient to make them bounce up again, where Death catches them on his shoulder, and does a Tombstone Piledriver complete with a pin!
JR: “The Manhattan Project, a combination of high octane moves has been completed, here is the pin!”
RK: “1…2…3, CJ Baller has been eliminated!!”
THII: “CJ Baller has been eliminated by pinfall! There are now three competitors left!”
The crowd is in shock of what just happened, but a heavily breathing Judge Death is not finished. The creature from Deadworld turns his attention to a slowly recovering Sandy Drake, but then turns his head and spots Mike Magnus getting back into the ring through the middle ropes. Sandy is on all fours now, so JD wastes no hesitation and charges the former X-WCW Xtreme/TV champion. Sandy then rolls away from him and continues towards Mike Magnus.
JR: “Sandy Drake gets up and he is now face to face with Mike Magnus, King! These two tore the house down at Starrcade: Revolution, will they do it again here tonight?”
RK: “We are about to find out.”
As the two stare each other down, they here a devilish scream come from Judge Death. It catches both of their attention and they turn their heads to Judge Death. JD then charges at the two; a look of destruction in his eyes that would scare the Devil himself. Just as he gets close enough, both Mike Magnus & Sandy Drake take JD down with a double dropkick!
RK: “What, I thought these guys didn’t like each other the way they went at each others throats at Starrcade?
JR: “Looks like whatever problems they have, they set them aside to take care of the bigger threat, Judge Death.”
The two superstars waste no time and help JD up, then send some clubs to the back of the dead one. Magnus gets behind JD and holds the 100 lbs powerhouse up, but JD starts to break out of it. SD backs up a bit and sends a vicious ABB superkick to the face of Judge Death! JD gets stunned immediately and Magnus takes him down with a dragon suplex complete with a pin!
JR: “1…2…thr-NO A KICKOUT BY JUDGE DEATH!”
RK: “He kicked out of Age Before Beauty!? What is in this guy today!?”
The Young One has a dumbfounded look on his face, he can’t believe that he just gave someone his Age Before Beauty and they got out of the pinfall. Magnus gets up and gets the hell out of JD’s way, but JD stays down. The two superstars talk to each other and try to plan things as JD starts to get back to his feet.
When Judge Death gets up, Mike Magnus is the first one to charge him, but he fails miserably as JD takes him down with a standing clothesline. Drake is next, but he is taken down with an atomic drop! Judge Death turns around and ducks a chop attempt by MM, then dishes out a 3-chop combo, the third chop drops Mike Magnus. He then turns around once more and this time Sandy Drake is there for an attempt. He tries a big haymaker, but it is blocked and Sandy is taken down by a hip-toss.
JR: “He is handling both competitors on his own! Its like he can’t be stopped King.”
RK: “They better think of something fast if victory is to come for either of them.”
Judge Death signals that this match is over, and helps TYO up by his head. He then grabs TYO by the throat with his left hand and holds him up in the air. He then takes right hand and opens his palm up for his patented Touch Of Death strike. As he is about to do it, Mike Magnus, who had recovered while JD was working on TYO, comes from behind with a vicious chop block on Judge Death’s left leg! JD drops Sandy Drake and falls backwards and grabs his left leg while he falls. Sandy Drake, who is coughing profusely, rushes at the fallen grabs the downed JD by his legs and executes an Oklahoma roll-up pin!
JR: “Oklahoma roll-up! 1…2…3, Judge Death is eliminated!”
RK: “Whoa, they got him while he was least expecting the pin!”
THII: “Judge Death has been eliminated by pinfall! There are two more competitors left!”
JR: “Drake lets JD go and backs up…Death doesn’t look happy though.”
The creature from Deadworld looks at his opponents and gets an eerie smile on his face. JD then nods his head, turns around, leaves the ring, and heads to the back.
That leaves both Sandy “The Young One” Drake and the X-WCW Television champion Mike Magnus in the ring. The two meet each other in the middle of the ring and shake hands and then they begin to circle each other.
RK: “Now here is the hate JR!”
JR: “Hate? Randall, they just shook hands for good luck, there is no hate between these two.”
RK: “Whatever, I seen the malice in Sandy’s eyes when he shook that guys hand.”
The two superstars circle each other and fake a grapple about 2 or 3 times before they engage a traditional lockup. After about 8 seconds, the taller Sandy Drake gets the advantage and locks in a headlock. The former champion then attempts to take his opponent down, but Magnus blocks it with his legs. The two superstars struggle in this predicament for a few seconds before Mike grabs the arm that is holding him in a headlock and tries to wiggle his way out of it. He succeeds and holds onto Sandy’s arm and puts him in a hammerlock. The champion trips Sandy Drake onto his stomach and secures a ground hammerlock.
With the ground hammerlock in tact, Magnus gets on his knees and lays across TYO’s back horizontally and puts more pressure on the locked arm. The referee drops down to see if Sandy wants to tap, but he shakes his head violently.
JR: “Sandy Drake has already made dividends the last time he was in this type of match, but right now it doesn’t look good for him right now.”
RK: “You got that right JR it ain’t looking pretty right now for The Young One.”
With that said, TYO starts to wrestle himself out of this painful submission, but the champ won’t allow him to get up. About a minute into the into the submission, Sandy takes plan B and tries to send elbows with his free arm on Magnus’s chin. After 4 elbows a fifth one hits Mike right above his nose, which bothers him enough to let go. MM grabs his nose and TYO reacts by rolling away and getting on his feet.
Sandy Drake runs and springs off the ropes as soon as he spots Mike groggily get to his feet. Unfortunately for him, Mike Magnus was just baiting him in for an attack, he catches Sandy Drake with a monkey flip, but to his dismay, Sandy lands on both feet! Sandy turns around and sends a hard slap on the face of Mike Magnus, then hits him with a vicious T-bone suplex. TYO then attempts a pinfall and hopes it is the final one.
JR: “1…2..kickout by the champion.”
RK: “Mike gets out of the pinning predicament there JR.”
Sandy helps his opponent up and tries another T-bone suplex, but Magnus blocks it. Mike then turns it into his own belly-to-belly suplex. The champion does not waste time with a pin so he tries to lock in a quick crossface. TYO rolls through it though and gets free, kips up, but he is speared off of his feet by Mike Magnus who himself just kipped back up. The TV champ starts wailing on his opponent’s mouth, but Sandy Drake turns him over and gives him a taste of his own with punches of his own.
This goes back and forth until they get into the ropes, and the referee is forced to break it up. Magnus, who was on top when they got into the ropes, gets off and backs up. Sandy does the same and they circle each other again. This time when the two superstars go for a lock-up again, Mike gets a vicious boot to the stomach thanks to a fake from Sandy Drake. With Mike Magnus bent over, and holding his stomach, Drake hits the ropes. On the return he takes Mike Magnus down with a running bulldog. The champion rolls over and clutches his face, which lights SD’s face up with a smile.
He quickly hops up and runs towards the ropes once again, making a gigantic leap to the top rope. When he balances himself, he attempts the fountain of youth on Mike Magnus!
JR: “Fountain of Youth attempt by TYO…Magnus moves away!”
RK: “That idiot, why would he try that right then!”
As TYO got towards the ropes, Magnus let go of his face and spotted his challenger jumping onto the ropes, so he rolled away, but TYO landed on his knees to break his fall. The two stand up and charge each other once again, only both take each others heads off with a double clothesline! They both seem to be down and the referee begins the count.
JR: “One of them must answer the 10 count or Mike remains the champion by double count out!”
RK: “Why can’t they both lose and the title goes to someone more deserving…like Tony Bonito!”
JR: “He already has two titles King…a-“
RK: “SO! He is the greatest wrestler to ever step inside a ring James.”
When the ref gets to 6, both superstars show life. By 8, the two are on both feet, but Sandy tries to take Mike Magnus back off of his with a vicious left. The two eventually start trading blows with each other, both staggering backwards after the other connects, but gets back in close. This goes on for about 30 seconds before Sandy Drake attempts his Age Before Beauty superkick. Mike catches his foot and then ducks a Shelton Benjamin like dragon whip kick from Sandy Drake. The Young One gets back on his feet and receives a spinning mma style elbow to the side of the temple!
JR: “BOOM, it looks like TYO is out on his feet King!”
RK: “If Mike is smart, which we all know he isn’t, he would go for the finish right now!”
Mike does just that, so he sets Sandy Drake up and drills him with the Magnus Driver to a huge pop! He then falls backwards though, and does not make the pin. The referee starts the count, but Mike crawls to his opponent by the time the ref gets to 3 and goes for the pinfall.
JR: “1…2…3, Mike Magnus has done it!”
“To The Pain” by Nonpoint hits the speakers and the crowd cheers in approval for Mike Magnus! Terri Hotbody II then makes the announcement as MM gets his title back and hand raised from the ground.
THII: “Ladies and Gentlemen, Sandy Drake has been eliminated by pinfall! Therefore the winner of this match and still X-WCW Television Champion………MIIIIIKE MAAAAAAAGNUUUUUUUUUUUS!!!!!”
Mike barely gets to his feet as he holds the TV title. He looks down at Sandy Drake and nods in approval before staggering towards the ropes to leave the ring.
JR: “That was a pure test of wrestling endurance for both superstars, I commend them completely.”
RK: “That was actually alright…but if it was someone like Christopher Back or D-Extreme it woulda been 20 times better.”
JR: “Ugh…anyway ladies and gents, more action coming your way.

We go back to Nitro and the camera shifts back towards the X-tron, where “Superbeast” by Rob Zombie starts playing. As soon as the music kicks, RA walks out with the Lost Boys, Rocky standing in the center of the trio as he raises their hands, stepping forward as the crowd boos madly at them.
JR: “Welcome back to the X-WCW. We're supposed to be having a match soon, the 3 way dance wi—“
RK: “I don't think anyone cares, you idiot. It seems like Rocky has a few things to say....”
Rocky slowly lets go of their hands as he walks down the ramp, holding a mic in his hand.
Rocky: “Well well well, how's Carnage doing tonight?”
The crowd boos wildly as the Lost Boys high five each other, rolling into the ring as Rocky climbs the steps.
Rocky: Ya know, it would be nice just to see how everyone would do against me. But damn, Nightmare....trying to put me against a girl? You're out of your damn mind!!
The crowd boos loudly at him as Rocky rolls his eyes.
JR: Hey, I'd like to see that fight, ya dumb block of bulk.
RK: You know what they say....All Brawn, No Brains.
Rocky: Though, I have a better idea.....There is another person she could fight, someone she could wrestle in that submission match with. She is the newest member of Carnage Inc, and I have to tell you, she is one HELL of a looker.... Aries!! Come on out!!!
“I like your style” hits as Aries steps out, looking around for a moment as she smirks to the crowd, the crowd mixed now in boos and cheers, though, the cheers seem to come from the back of the crowd.
JR: Wow....I don't know what to say there..
RK: She's got a nice body...but DAMN, did someone hit her face with the Ugly Stick?
Aries confidently walks down the ramp, rolling into the ring as the Lost Boys smirk, both of them patting her back as they nod to RA.
Rocky: Now, you know Aries. Rayne should truly be an easy opponent for you...
Aries immediately steals the mic.
Aries: I know what I'm doing, so shush it.
The crowd cheers as she turns towards the video-tron, doing the dramatic finger point towards the ramp.
Aries: Rayne Bloodstone, you KNOW that you are in some serious trouble at this poin---
She stops after a moment, blinking as something seems to move underneath the ramp. The Lost Boys look at each other for a moment as the bottom of the ramp opens up sideways, the Twisted Hunters slowly crawling from the ramp, coughing and dusting soot off of themselves.
Ken: God damn man, what the hell were you thinking?
Jake: What? I knew I could fit in there, but your fat ass couldn't even touch the floor...
Rocky clears his throat as he takes the mic back from Aries.
Rocky: And what the hell do you two think you're doing near MY ring?
The Hunters look at each other for a moment, pointing to each other. “Me? No, he's talking to you...no, he's talking to me...” Rocky just growls into the mic.
Rocky: Both of you just SHUT UP!!!
Both of the Hunters stop, looking up over at the four of them, blinking for a moment.
RA: Now, I think the best thing for you two to do, would be to step on out of here and get out of dodge. This is not the neighborhood for you to play in, kiddies.
JR: Oooh, smack talk from Rocky....
Both Hunters cock their eyebrows.
RK: The Hunters don't look happy....
Ken: He didn't jus---
Jake: Yea....I think he did.
Ken: Is he callin' us kids?
Jake: Yeaaaaa, s'what it sounds like.
Ken: You know, that give me an idea....
Jake: An idea? What is that?
Ken just gets a telltale smirk and runs backstage, Jake following him.
Jake: Wait up!!!
Rocky sighs, closing his eyes.
Rocky: As I was saying, we WILL BE the most DOMINANT force in this INDUSTRY!!
As RA goes on his rant, the crowd pops as a large truck pulls down from the ramp, all four members looking up at it, speechless as Jake steps out of the back of the truck, holding a hose.
Jake: TAKE THIS!!!!!
Jake laughs loud as he fires Faygo at Carnage Inc, all four members getting doused in Orange Faygo as the crowd pops.
Ken: “Where my Jugallos at?!”
The crowd pops even more as even the announce team is speechless. After a minute of spraying Faygo into the ring, the Twizted Hunters run into the ring, rolling inside and quickly jumping on the Lost Boys, pounding them as RA falls out of the ring, holding his eyes, and Aries quickly runs backstage, reminding herself to wear at least a sports bra into the ring as various wolf-whistles come from the crowd.
RK: “OH MY!”
JR: “Ladies and gentlemen, the three way tag team match will be coming here in a while. But right now we gotta cut to commercials to replace the ring that just got soak. Stay tuned, more Nitro when we return.”
Nitro goes to a commercial break.
#1 Contendership to the X-WCW World Tag Team Championship
The Twisted Hunters vs The Lost Boys vs StarStorm
We come back to Nitro with Terri Hotbody II in the middle of the ring.
THII: "The following triple threat tag team match is scheduled for one fall with the winners being the Number One Contenders for the X-WCW WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP."
Feed My Frankenstein hits the house speakers and the crowd begins to boo.
THII: "Making their way to the ring, being accompanied by Aries, Carnage INC. members Mike and Mark Daniels, THE LOST BOYS."
JR: "The Lost Boys not alone tonight as they bring Aries, the newest member of carnage INC. with them."
RK: "Man, you think Rocky Davis would let me join so I could get to know Aries a little better."
JR: "Easy uncle Randy. Besides, I thought you wanted to be a member of the n.T.o?"
RK: "I can be in both, can't I?"
The Lost Boys slide into the ring while Aries takes her position at the corner of the ring. The song suddenly changes to Enemy by Fozzy as the crowd continues to boo.
THII: "Next, from Parts Unknown, Raven Darkstorm and Alec Lightstar, n.T.o members, STARSTORM."
RK: "You ever have been to Parts Unknown JR?"
JR: "No, but they must have a very good wrestling school to have created so many stars in the wrestling world."
RK: "Man, who writes this stuff?"
StarStorm climb in to the ring and have a stare down with the Lost Boys as the song changes to Mutant X by Twizted and the fans change from boos to cheers.
THII: "And finally, from Detroit Michigan, at a combined weight of 366 lbs, the team of Ken and Jake Hunter, the TWIZTED HUNTERZ."
JR: “Here come the Twizted Hunterz, King. Just a few minutes ago they doused Carnage Inc. and the ring with some faygo.”
RK: “Yeah, though we changed the mat during the break, the smell is still there, JR.”
Ken and Jake slide into the ring as the bell sounds as the referee orders two men in the ring, and everyone else out. The Lost Boys leave altogether leaving StarStorm and The Twiztid Hunter. While Ken and Jake do Rock Paper Scissors to decide who’s in, Raven just lets Alec be in the match.
RK: "Looks like it'll be Ken Hunter taking on Alec Lightstar, while the Lost Boys take a pre-match break on the outside."
JR: "They don't have to be in the ring. The rules state that only 2 wrestlers are in the match at a time while one team sits it out. The two wrestlers in the ring can tag anybody they want but should probably stick to their own partner."
Ken and Alec lock up in the center of the ring with Alec pushing Ken in the corner and giving him some chops to the chest, which result in a WOO from the crowd. Alec begins to choke Ken with his forearm, until the ref separates the two, but Alec delivers a cheap shot anyway.
RK: "Look at Alec go. that's why I'M picking StarStorm to take the belts from those two nerds."
JR: "Speaking of the tag team champions."
Shortly after the start of the match, Autobot Jazz and Sci-Fi Man make their way to the top of the ramp with chairs and sit down at the top to watch the match. Meanwhile Alec is snapping of a scoop slam on Ken while the Lost Boys continue to watch the match from the outside. Alec goes for another scoop but Ken gets free and lands behind Alec and hits a neck breaker. Ken makes a tag to Jake. Jake runs in and clotheslines Alec then hits a drop kick. Alec, thinking quickly, rolls out of the ring and talks with his partner Raven.
JR: "Two teams on the outside having a conference while the Twizted Hunterz are left in the ring."
RK: "The Lost Boys haven't had a say in the match so far. Which is smart. Let the other teams beat each other up, and they can pick the bones."
Ken and Jake are in no mood to wait however, so they meet in the center of the ring then rush the teams on either side of the ring. Ken leaps the rope and does a suicide dive onto The Lost Boys, specifically Aries and Jake does a rope flip senton onto StarStorm. Jake rolls Alec into the ring while Ken heads back to his teams corner and the Lost Boys on the outside, check on the fallen Aries. Jake whips Alec to the corner, Jake then runs and goes for a stinger splash but Alec escapes and tags in Raven.
JR: "Tag made to Raven Darkstorm. The Lost Boys are STILL on the outside."
Raven and Ken meet and start to exchange punches, Raven ducks a punch and floors Ken with the spinning clothesline. Raven picks up Ken and throws him to the ropes but as Raven ducks down, Ken hooks the head and does a spining DDT.
JR: "Beautiful move by Ken Hunter, he goes for the pin, 1...2"
RK: "Kick out at two. My boys are still alive."
Ken pulls Raven up and puts some knees to his ribs. Ken then goes for a snapmare but Raven locks in a waist lock and brings Ken down with a greco roman take down. Raven locks in a reverse head lock but Ken counters in to an arm bar but Raven swings his body around and puts Ken in a neck lock, only to have Ken counter in to a Northern Lights Suplex.
RK: "Oh no, a pin fall. 1...2... a kick out. Good"
JR: "Ken and Raven putting on an excellent display of counters here. Who knew they had it in them."
Raven moves to the corner to catch his breath. Ken rushes Raven but Rave hits a drop toe hold sending Ken face first into the bottom turnbuckle. Raven tags in Alec Lightstar. Alec picks up the fallen Ken and delivers some stiff forearms. Ken drops to his knees and Alec paint brushes the back of his head. Alec arm wrenches Ken and drags him to the StarStorm corner and tags in Raven. Raven climbs the ropes and drops the elbow on Ken's arm. Raven tags in Alec who kicks the ribs of Ken then the two members of StarStorm delivered a double team hip toss and launched him to the otherside of the ring. Raven leaves the ring as Alec goes to pick up Ken, but out of nowhere Ken hits a superkick then drops to the ground
JR: "THE JOKERS RAGE, OUT OF NOWHERE."
RK: "Ken can't go for the cover, he doesn't have it in him."
Ken drags himself to his corner, while Alec goes to his partner. The crowd is chanting "Hunterz Hunterz" as Jake stretches his arm out and rally's his brother on. Both men make simultaneous tags as Raven and Jake rush to meet in the center of the ring. Raven goes for a clothesline but Jake counters in to crucifix headscissors Jake hits a flying forearm to Raven, followed by another one. Raven gets up and Jake hits him with a snap suplex. Raven tries to get away but Jake won't let him. Jake goes for a chop but Raven blocks it and climbs up the ropes. Jake however follows him up and hits a superplex from the middle rope. Jake goes for the pin.
JR: "Pinfall, 1...2..."
RK: "Thankfully, Alec was here to break it up."
Ken rushes Alec and takes himself and Alec out of the ring while Jake sets up Raven by one of the corners, and climbs to the top rope. Jake motions to the crowd while, unknown to him, Mike Daniels makes a blind tag. Jake hits The Lotus Pod and goes for the pin. The ref however, won't make the count because Jake is no longer the legal man. Mike slides in the ring and throws Jake out while Mark makes sure Alec and Ken stay out of the ring. Mike goes for the pinfall.
JR: "Oh come on, this can't be legal."
RK: "Mikes going for the pin, 1...2...3"
Feed My Frankenstein plays on the speakers as Mark, Mike and Aries celebrate in the ring.
THII: "Here are your winners, and the Number 1 Contenders to the X-WCW Tag Team Championships, THE LOST BOYS."
JR: "This is bull sh*t, They didn't do a damn thing the entire match."
RK: "I have to agree with you there. They stood outside the entire match, and like it or not, they are the new #1 contenders."
The Lost Boys leave the ring as StarStorm and The Twizted Hunterz recuperate on the outside and shoot them dirty looks. Carnage INC. approach Final Frontier and engage in a stare down while The Lost Boys make a motion like the titles are there’s as Nitro goes to a commercial break.
8 Man Tag Team Match
Seith Helloct, Sean Byrne, Joe Goldstone, Justin Sane vs. Andrew Radon, Rocky Davis, Nightmare & TSJB
Nitro returns and we hear “Two weeks” by all that remains blaring at the PA systems. Justin Sane comes out to the ringside and the fans rejoice at his appearance.
JR: “Welcome back to Nitro! Right now we have an 8-man tag team match underway.”
RK: “2 teams with four members each, about to duke it out in the ring. That is something you’d love to call a slobberknocker huh JR?”
JR: “That is true, King. Right now the man we are seeing here is Justin Sane, one of X-WCW’s high risk takers inside and outside of the ring.”
THII: “The following is an 8-man tag team match and is scheduled for one fall. On the way to the ring, from Davidson Michigan…JUSTIN SANE!!!”
Justin Sane makes his way down the rampway and slaps a few hands of the fans before he slides into the ring. Sane hops onto the corner of the ring and poses for the fans before he jumps down to the mat. His music fades and soon enough, “Down with the sickness” plays and Joe Goldstone makes his way into the ringside area.
THII: “From parts unknown, he weighs in at 276 lbs. He is…JOE GOLDSTONE!!”
Goldstone menacingly walks down the rampway and lets out a few grunts.
JR: “The next competitor, Joe Goldstone, a combination of power and speed.”
RK: “He is one dangerous man, JR. No one crosses this guy and gets away unscratched.”
JG enters the ring and he and Justin Sane do a brief high five. After the show of camaraderie of the two, “The Crows” by Dark Lotus hits and Seith Helloct emerges to the ringside area. He gets a very mixed reaction of the fans.
THII: “From Pensacola, FL, weighing in at 198 lbs…SEITH HELLOCT!!!”
Seith makes his way to the ring as his music continues to play.
JR: “Seith Helloct, I can tell you King, is another tough customer in the ring.”
RK: “Ever know those strange and creepy kind of people JR? Well, Seith is one of them.”
Seith slides into the ring and heads up to the corner. He does his pose toward the crowd who continue to give him a mixed reaction. He climbs down to the mat and looks at his other partners. He leans on the corner he has and waits for the final partner. “Looking for a fight” by AC/DC plays and Sean Byrne enters with a positive response from the crowd. The US champ holds his title high in the air as THII introduces him.
THII: “And their partner, he is the current X-WCW United States Champion….SEAN BYRNE!!!”
Byrne walks down the rampway and gives some high fives to the fans.
JR: “Sean Byrne is the current US champ, as Terri has mentioned. He may not be one of the best here in the X-WCW, but he has the makings of becoming one of the best in the future.”
RK: “Sky is the limit for Byrne, that is true. However, I tell you JR, he has to keep his head low for now. Every once in a while he is easily goaded to get into a fight. He should pick his spots and know where he has to go before accepting the challenges he gets from left to right.”
JR: “He admits, he is not the smartest of the bunch, King. But he has a lot of heart, no one can deny that fact.”
Byrne enters the ring and gives high fives to Sane and Goldstone. He goes over to the corner where Seith is located and extends his arm. Seith shrugs and looks at the other way. Byrne lets out a sight and shrugs it off before posing with the belt for the fans.
RK: “Things look clear to me, JR. Seith is not interested in being all friendly with the rest of his teammates.”
The music changes to “Superbeast” by Rob Zombie and Rocky Davis enters the ringside area with the IC title strapped around his waist and with Aries in tow.
THII: “And their opponents, introducing first. Being accompanied to the ring by Aries, he is the X-WCW Intercontinental Champion…ROCKY DAVIS!!!”
The fans lustfully boo RA as he and Aries make their way down the aisle.
JR: “The intercontinental Champion is clearly not that liked by the people.”
RK: “Of course he is not! He’s not that smart either to begin with. As far as women go, Aries looks ok, but nothing to gawk at really.”
Aries stays outside with RA as the four men inside the ring goad the IC champ to enter it. RA, pointing to his brain smirks at them and waits on the outside for his backup to arrive. “30/30.150” hits the speakers and Andrew Radon makes his way to ringside.
THII: “Residing in Knoxville, TN…ANDREW RADON!!”
With the same reaction from RA, the crowd greets Radon with boos and jeers as he makes his way down the rampway.
JR: “There is no doubt, Andrew Radon is a man on a mission. Ever since his return to the X-WCW, he is gunning for the biggest title of the company.”
RK: “Sadly, tonight, he has to settle tagging with RA. Poor guy huh?”
Andrew Radon stands beside RA and Aries and points to the ring. He starts to mouth off some words that can’t be comprehended while the music shifts to “Hurt” by Johnny Cash. The Renegade Ron Michaels steps into the ringside area to be met by the boos yet again.
THII: “From out West, he is a member of the Revolution….THE RENEGADE RON MICHAELS!!!”
JR: “The Renegade, known for his take-no-prisoner’s attitude inside the ring. He is going to be a formidable member of this four man team.”
RK: “What’s more, he is a member of the Revolution!!!”
TRRM walks down the aisle and stands with his other team mates outside of the ring. Just then, “Go to sleep” plays and Nightmare comes out to the ringside area. In his usual and quiet self, he ignores the mixed reaction of the fans and makes his way towards the ring.
THII: “And their partner, from your living nightmare…NIGHTMARE!!!”
JR: “The master of the martial arts in the X-WCW, Nightmare surely is raring for a fight.”
RK: “I don’t know, JR. I am not sure if he and RA would co-exist being tag team partners for the night.”
The four men outside the ring with Aries look at one another before they enter the ring at the same time. Inside the ring, all eight men have the ring divided. The team of RA, NM, TRRM, and AR staredown the team of SB, SH, JS, and JG who stand on the other side. The bell rings and for the first team, it seems like they agree that Joe Goldstone will go first. On the other side of the ring, Rocky Davis and Nightmare appear to be the one’s arguing on who wants to take on Goldstone.
RK: “Haha, Rocky Davis and Nightmare cannot agree on WHO to go first.”
JR: “Seems to me that Goldstone isn’t waiting either.”
JG shakes his head and just runs towards RA and Nightmare on their corner. With a powerful shoulder charge, RA slumps onto the corner while Nightmare stumbles and goes over the ropes and onto the outside of the ring. Joe Goldstone keeps RA on his corner and delivers some hard shoulder charges to his gut. RA is whipped onto the other side of the ring and JG follows him over. When JG makes it to the other side, RA sticks out his foot and JG eats boot. Rocky Davis tries to charge at JG, only to be caught with a powerslam. RA is in pain as he recovers and JG is there to catch him with some hard kicks to the sides. He tries to whip RA again, but Rocky Davis reels him in for a hard knee to the gut. With JG momentarily stunned, RA bounces off the ropes and takes him down with a running knee lift to the face.
RK: “RA got JG down momentarily and now he is tagging in TRRM.”
JR: “Let’s see what double teaming schemes these two would employ on Goldstone.”
TRRM and RA pick up Joe Goldstone and whip him across the ropes. With the bounce off the ropes, Goldstone takes down his opponents with stereo clotheslines. TRRM is the first to get up and he receives a bodyslam that sends him down yet again. RA slowly gets to his feet and he receives a clothesline that sends him out of the ring. Joe Goldstone sends TRRM to his corner and tags out to Justin Sane. Sane heads over to the other side of the ring as Joe Goldstone goes down on all fours.
RK: “They got something cooked up here, JR.”
Justin Sane makes a run for it at the corner where TRRM is placed. On the way there, he uses JG as a stepping stone and launches himself on that corner with a jumping side kick. JG heads back to his corner while Sane grabs onto the Renegade and delivers a snap suplex. He waits for Renegade to get to his feet and attempts a flying crossbody, however, TRRM catches JS and slams him down to the mat. TRRM picks up Sane and delivers some hard punches to his body before he snapmares him to the mat. TRRM bounces off the ropes and delivers a hard kick right on the back of Justin Sane.
JR: “What a hard shot there by The Renegade on Justin Sane!”
RK: “Holy cow, JR! That shot reverberated all over the arena!”
Sane groans in pain while he is hauled up by TRRM for a bodyslam. JS is bodyslammed hard on the mat while The Renegade heads over to his corner and tags out to Nightmare.
JR: “Here comes Nightmare, King, Nightmare and Sane have a past with each other.”
RK: “I know that, JR. Right now, I think JS is on the disadvantage now that Nightmare knows what area to attack.”
Nightmare goes over Justin Sane and starts to deliver some hard knee drops to the back of his opponent. Nightmare picks JS up and locks him in an abdominal stretch. Justin Sane is stuck on the submission hold momentarily before he reaches out for the ropes to break the hold. Nightmare drops Justin Sane to the mat and waits for him to get up. Sane struggles to his feet, but midway of his ascent, Nightmare delivers a vicious kick to his gut and sends him down. The crowd boos out of Nightmare’s actions and NM shrugs it off.
JR: “That was just a cold hearted move by Nightmare. He saw Justin Sane getting up, and he hit him hard with that kick.”
Justin Sane is on his feet thanks to NM’s assist. NM has him yet again and this time he delivers a hard sidewalk slam. JS is down yet again and NM goes for a pin. Justin Sane kicks out at two and Nightmare snarls. Nightmare goes over to his corner and tags out to Andrew Radon. Nightmare and Radon grab Justin Sane and takes him down to the mat with a double suplex. AR works on Justin Sane’s back with a camel clutch.
RK: “Andrew Radon got him on that camel clutch, JR. That’s a move that is going to stretch the back area of your opponent. It’s timely of AR to slap that on JS since he is getting his back hurt here since the time he entered the ring.”
JR: “Pretty strategic move by Radon’s team as they just continue to work on the back area of Justin Sane.”
After nearly a minute, JS does not quit while getting stretched by the hold of Radon. Radon drops Sane on the mat in frustration. He picks up Sane and tries to whip him across the ring. Radon tries to clothesline but JS slides down. AR turns around and catches a leg of JS, but the other leg of Sane hits Radon hard on the chest area to make both of them fall down. Justin Sane and Andrew Radon struggle to head over to their corner. Radon tags out to Rocky Davis while on the other side, Byrne gets tagged by Sane.
JR: “Here come two new men in the ring.”
RK: “RA was in the action earlier but Sean Byrne is still fresh as a daisy. He has a can of heat right now and I know he is not going to think twice in using it against RA.”
Indeed he didn’t as during the moment he stepped into the ring, Sean Byrne leveled RA with a hard right hand. He waits for RA to get to his feet yet again and takes him down with a flying elbow smash. He turns around and sees an incoming TRRM and sends him to the mat with a back body drop. Andrew Radon enters the ring and he tries to charge at Sean with a clothesline. It’s ducked and Sean Byrne hiptosses him to the mat. With the other team recovering, we see Seith Helloct and Joe Goldstone get into the ring to waylay the illegal men. Joe Goldstone takes Andrew Radon to the outside with a hard clothesline while Seith Helloct beats up The Renegade at the corner before he hauls him up and dumps him over the ropes. Seith and Goldstone follow TRRM and AR on the outside while Sean Byrne waits for Real American Rocky Davis to get up. He has Rocky Davis on his sights and kicks him on the gut.
JR: “He has RA stunned, and he is going for the Final Cutter!”
RK: “There it is and Rocky Davis falls down like a ton of bricks!”
Sean Byrne goes for the pin, but the referee is being distracted by Aries who is arguing with the ring official at the corner. Byrne goes over to where the referee is, but from behind he is attacked by Nightmare. Nightmare delivers some hard clubs to Sean Byrne and drags him to the center of the ring for a DDT. Justin Sane enters the ring with a springboard clothesline that takes down Nightmare.
JR: “Justin Sane! Out of nowhere, he just took out Nightmare!”
He helps Sean Byrne get to his feet while RA is up and has a steel chair in his possession. With the referee still distracted by Aries, RA tries to use this opportunity to blast both Sean Byrne and Justin Sane with the chair. However, Sane and Byrne get out of the chair’s swing. Instead, the chair lands on a recovering Nightmare who was just behind Sane and Byrne.
RK: “Oh man, this is NOT going to be good.”
Nightmare falls to the mat and RA looks shocked at what he did. Sane and Byrne kick RA at the same time to disarm him. Sane takes RA down with a tornado DDT while Byrne gets the referee’s attention back for him to count the pinfall.
JR: The pinfall is being made..1…2…3! We got a winner!”
The bell rings to signal the match’s conclusion. Byrne and Sane get their hands raised by the referee. Eventually, Sane lets go of the ref’s hands and sees the action on the outside. He runs over it and launches himself to the outside with the rest.
THII: “The winners of this match, Seith Helloct, Joe Goldstone, Justin Sane and SEAN BYRNE!!!”
Byrne’s music plays momentarily while a couple of referees rush to ringside to break up the brawl that erupted on the outside with the remaining competitors. “Fury of the storm” hits and Tony Bonito comes into the ringside area with a big grin on his face.
RK: “Look JR, it’s our champ!”
JR: “Tony Bonito is heading down the ringside area, I can tell, something big is going to happen here.”
Bonito enters the ring with a mic in his hand and looks at Byrne.
TB: “Byrne, I saw everything and I applaud you and your team for the win. I mean, that is something I admire in a wrestler, the ability to finish off in a big match situation. Recent months, I have to admit Sean, I’ve been watching you holding the US belt. Though at first I was a bit apprehensive since I treated that belt like my own child in the past and seeing it now as someone else’s possession, I grew to respect the fact you are an ample US champ. So to cut things short, Byrne, I am here to invite you to the TONY BONITO INVITATIONAL!!!
Byrne looks somewhat perplexed about the thing Bonito just said. TB keeps his smile and explains.
TB: “Don’t worry, it’s nothing fancy Sean. Its just that on Warzone 36, you will face me on a one-on-one match for MY belts. So that basically means, bucko, that you have a chance to be the US champ AND the World Heavyweight Champ. Doesn’t that just sound so grand?”
Byrne pauses for a while and eventually agrees. He nods and gets the mic.
SB: “Bonito, I gladly accept your invitation.”
TB: “Good, now let’s shake hands to seal the deal.”
Both men shake hands, but afterwards, TB quickly lands a kick to the midsection of Byrne. Before Byrne could react to the kick, TB is already behind him and connects with the Nitoplex. Bonito smiles at the fallen Byrne while the fans boo his fiendish actions.
RK: “Haha, Byrne just got punk’d by the champ. He should have been on his toes that time, JR!”
JR: “Punk’d? I think Bonito just took a cheap shot at Byrne. Regardless, a match between two champions are set for Warzone. This is going to be one interesting fight, King. But right now, we gotta go to a commercial break. Folks, stay tuned, more Nitro after this.”
Nitro heads to a commercial break as Bonito continues to smirk at the unconscious Sean Byrne inside the ring.
X-WCW World Tag Team Championship
RNR vs. The Final Frontier (c)
Nitro returns to ringside where we see Terri Hotbody II inside the ring for the next match.
THII: “Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is a tag-team match set with a 30 minute time-limit and it is for the X-WCW WORLD TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIIIIP!!!”
The crowd pops for the incoming title match.
THII: “Introducing the challengers…”
“Filmstar” by Suede hits the speakers and the crowd immediately jeers at the challengers. About a minute into the song, R.E. Rage & Brett Rayne both appear through the curtains with their THFT Tag-Titles and raise them in the air smiling. The two walk down the ramp-way as if they are celebrated tag champs and sarcastically thank their fans as if they were cheered.
THII: “The team of R.E. Rage & Brett Rayne…R…N…R!!!”
RK: “These fans love RNR and I couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t.”
JR: “Either I’m crazy, or you are def King. I think I am hearing the complete opposite that you are hearing.”
RK: “You’re just crazy.”
JR: “Look at these two hooligans, walking down the ramp with those self made championships like they are the tag team champs. It is despicable.”
When RNR gets in front of the ring, Rage says to his partner “after you” and Rayne climbs into the ring. Rayne then holds the middle and top rope open for his partner and Rage climbs in as well. The two then raise their titles high in the air only to get booed even harder.
All of a sudden, “No More Words” by Endeverafter hits the speakers and the crowd switch to cheers like night and day. Final Frontier then come through the curtains with the X-WCW tag titles around their respective waists. The two stroll down the ramp-way as Teri Hotbody introduces them.
THII: “And their opponents, they are the X-WCW tag-team champions, Autobottjazz & Sci-Fi Man…FIIINAAAAL FROOOONTIIIIEEEER!!!”
Final Frontier slides into the ring and remove the titles from their waists. RNR meets them face-to-face and hold up their “tag titles”. FF just shakes their heads, but RNR tries to take advantage of them and get a sneak shot with their belts. Both members of Final Frontier duck the attack, drop their titles, and go to work on their challengers. AJ starts sending rights to Rayne and SFM sends some hard rights to Rage. FF backs RNR towards the ropes and AJ hits a discus punch that sends Brett Rayne over the top rope. FF then double-teams Rage by sending him into the ropes, moving to the middle of the ring and hit him with a double flap-jack to a loud pop.
JR: “And the champs start the match off with a bang after they avoided a sneak attack from RNR!”
The two get up and hype up the crowd with their favorite taunts. They give each other a high five and AJ leaves the ring to allow SFM to start the match. The bell rings to officially start the match and SFM helps his opponent to his feet.
RK: “Heh…shows how honest our tag champs are huh JR? They snuck their challengers before the match started!”
JR: “You know damn well that RNR swung first King.”
RK: “That ain’t what I saw.”
When Rage is on both feet, he sends a quick thumb to the eye of SFM. Rage sends a couple rights to the blinded superhero and then picks him up for a body slam. Instead of a scoop slam, he hits his smaller opponent with a sick looking modified back-breaker. He then turns SFM over and locks in a surfboard submission hold. As SFM screams in pain, we see Brett Rayne climbing onto the apron.
About 2 minutes into the hold, Rage realizes that SFM won’t tap out, so he lets go. SFM gets a couple boots to the lower back and is then rolled over for a pinfall attempt.
JR: “1…early kickout for the first pin of the match.”
After the kickout, Rage gets to his feet and awaits his smaller opponent to do the same. When SFM does that, Rage sends a vicous boot to the stomach. SFM doubles over and then falls victim to a snap suplex. Rage holds on, gets back up and hits another snap suplex. He then holds on and gets back up for one more suplex, but this time he holds SFM up in the air. The crowd boo and starts chanting for Sci-Fi Man, and the champion starts wiggling and trying to get free. R.E. Rage stops this attempt though and falls back with a nice vertical suplex. He still holds on and gets back up though.
RK: “Wow, I have never seen Rage do this before, he is destroying that day care student.”
JR: “Sci-Fi’s back should be in serious pain right now, he needs to get the tag pronto!”
Rage suplexes SFM one more time before he drags him to his corner. Rage tags out to Brett Rayne and the other R of RNR enters the ring. The two superstars send the boots to their opponent, but Autobottjazz has had enough. He enters the ring and charges at RNR with wild swings going everywhere. The referee runs in and grabs AJ though and pulls him back to boo’s from the crowd. Rage screams “GET THAT PUNK BACK!” and smiles as AJ is restrained.
Meanwhile, BR continues the assault on poor SFM and continues working on his back. He picks up SFM and drops him with a backdrop. SFM screams in pain as the crowd chants his name and attempt to will SFM back into the match. It just does not look good for the little guy though as BR sits SFM on his neck and drops him back first with an electric chair drop! Brett Rayne bridges into a pin
RK: “1…2…broken up by AJ! Damnit, just stay down so we can give the titles back to their rightful owners.”
JR: “They are already there King, these cheaters don’t deserve to even have a glimpse at the tag-team championship.”
Rayne lets go as AJ gets back to his corner. He holds his opponent up and slaps him around a bit, but Sci-Fi retaliates with a slap back. Rayne is surprised by the attack and sends a HARD knee to the gut of Sci-Fi Man. When SFM bends over, Rayne hits him with Jake “The Snake” Roberts like DDT.
Brett Rayne gets up and smirks at the crowd. He then holds SFM by the hair and curses him out. Rayne calls AJ and taunts him. He then spits in AJ’s direction. AJ has had enough and storms into the ring. He charges in and tries to clothesline Rayne, but the referee stops him to boo’s. While the ref is distracted, Raynes best friend climbs into the ring and they both pick Sci-Fi Man up.
JR: “Look at these cheap tactics again!”
RK: “Heh, even without the cheating, Final Frontier are getting dominated right now.”
They both kick SFM in the stomach and Rage gets behind SFM. He holds him up and tells Rayne to give SFM everything he has. He backs into the ropes and uses it for leverage as Rayne gets ready for something. AJ see’s this while being restrained so he points and screams for the ref to do something. The referee turns around and spots Rayne charging SFM. Rayne attempts a running haymaker, but SFM times it and ducks. Rayne hits his partner R.E. Rage so hard that Rage is flipped over the top rope.
RK: “NO FAIR, HE SHOULDN’T OF DUCKED THAT! CHEATER!”
Rayne can’t believe it and runs over to his opponent, but adrenaline is rushing in SFM right now. He drop kicks Rayne from behind and Rayne goes stomach first into the ropes. He is pushed back, and SFM jumps on Rayne’s back for a crucifix pin!
JR: “1…2…3, FINAL FRONTIER RETAIN!”
RK: “What the hell, impossible!”
“No More Words” hits the speakers and AJ climbs into the ring and helps his partner up, the two then exit the ring quick as the announcement is made.
THII: “The winners of this match by pinfall and still the X-WCW World Tag-Team Champions….FINAAAAL FROOOONTIIIEEEEER!!!”
The referee hands the two the belts outside and they raise them in approval of the fans. They back up the ramp as Rage climbs into the ring to find his partner with a stupefied look on his face. Brett Rayne gets on his feet and the two look at Final Frontier and scream various profanity words at them. You even hear Rage scream “OUR TITLES LOOK BETTER ANYWAY”
JR: “They can look better all they want, but they ain’t the real thing. Final Frontier are still our tag champs!”
RK: “That was BS! I demand a rematch for my boys.”
JR: “Too bad, it ain’t gonna happen right now King. Stay tuned everyone, more action for ya!”
X-WCW goes to commercials while we see Final Frontier heading back through the curtains.
The 25th show of Nitro resumes its broadcast and we head over to ringside. The Xtreme Cage is lowered down and sits on the ring apron, the ring crew put tables, barbed wire wrapped steel chairs, kendo sticks, trash cans, barbed wire wrapped 2x4s, and other assorted weapons it’s topped by a two-foot high truss.
Xtreme Cage Match
Cane Deathscream vs. “The Renegade” Ron Michaels
THII: “The following match is an Xtreme Cage match and can only be won by pin fall or by escaping over the top of the cage and both feet touch the floor. First representing the nTo from parts unknown he’s The Big Blue Machine Cane Deathscream!”
As “Deadly Game” plays and blue lights flash around the arena and Cane walks down to the ring his blue eyes stare through his mask and he looks at the Xtreme Cage. Cane walks into the cage and he stands in the center of the ring and he waits for “The Renegade” Ron Michaels to enter the cage.
JR: “I think it’s safe to say that even though he’s a former 2 time X-WCW TV Champion and a former X-WCW Champion that this is the biggest match in Cane Deathscream’s career. If he wins this match he can pick the main event for Ground Zero IV, but if he loses the nTo is finished once and for all.”
RK: “You got that right, James!”
THII: “His opponent representing The Revolution from somewhere Out West, he is “The Renegade” Ron Michaels!”
As “Hurt” by Jonny Cash plays and the crowd boos him as he walks towards the cage.
JR: “The Renegade Ron…”
Before James Russell can finish his sentence Cane Deathscream leaps over the top rope and through the cage door and lands on Michaels, then Deathscream quickly gets back up to his feet and he grabs Michaels’ head and slams it into the announcer’s table! Cane quickly throws Michaels into the side of the cage then he slams his head into the guardrail! Then Cane Deathscream with a massive clothline that knocks “The Renegade” Ron Michaels into the front row. Cane steps over the guardrail and a nearby fan hands Cane his steel chair and he cracks Michaels in the back with it.
RK: “James are you OK?!”
JR: “Yeah, I’m fine. Sorry about that folks when those two came over here we got out of the way!”
RK: “Cane is taking it to The Renegade.”
JR: “Cane Deathscream is fighting for the nTo’s very survival he knows that he has to take the fight to The Renegade.”
Cane picks up the Renegade and tosses over the guardrail, and he is quickly over there as well and then he picks up The Renegade and slams his head into the steel ring steps and then Cane starts looking under the ring apron for a weapon and he pulls a trashcan with a steel chair in it! Cane steps up the chair with its back facing the guardrail and places a very groggy Renegade in the chair and puts the trashcan in his lap. Cane quickly walks to the far side of the ring and runs at full speed into Renegade. But when Cane is about half to the where the Renegade is at, he gets up and tosses the trashcan right into his head and knocks Cane Deathscream to the floor.
JR: “What a shot that has totally derailed Cane’s offence!”
RK: “The Renegade is now looking under the ring for something!”
The Renegade quickly looks under the ring and pulls out a steel chain and he wraps it around Cane’s throat and chokes Cane out with it and after Cane passes out The Renegade thinks he has won the match! Senior X-WCW referee Sid Greene tells “The Renegade” Ron Michaels that the only way for him to win is to pin Cane inside the cage or he must escape from the cage. The Renegade begins to drag the unconscious Cane around towards the cage door and he somehow manages to get him inside the cage and as referee Sid Greene locks the door. The Renegade goes a pin attempt on Cane and only gets a two count before Cane kicks out it!
JR: “That was a close one for the nTo!”
RK: “The Renegade is now in control of this match!”
The Renegade Ron Michaels kicks Cane Deathscream in the back as he tries to get back up. The Renegade then picks up a Kendo stick and as Cane is using the ropes to get back up to his feet and The Renegade waits behind him ready to hit him in the face with it. Cane senses him and as he turns around he ducks the Renegade’s swing and Cane spears him! Cane goes for a quick pin but he only gets a two count! Cane picks up the Renegade and throws him into the side of a cage! He unhooks a trashcan and just as the Renegade gets back up to his Cane nails him with the trashcan and the Renegade falls back to mat. Cane then points to the table!
JR: “Cane is setting up that table! I wonder what he has got in mind for the Renegade.”
RK: “Nothing good I would say!”
Cane picks up the Renegade by the hair but the Renegade punches him in the gut! He quickly gets to his feet and he nails Deathscream with a jawbreaker that stuns him and as Cane Deathscream turns around and gets nailed with a Superkick that lands Cane on the table. The Renegade grabs a ladder and sets it up in the center of the ring and he nails Cane with a series a punches and a Kendo stick shot to the head. The Renegade starts climbing the opposite side of the ladder from the table and as he is at the top of it. Cane quickly gets off the table and he climbs the other side of the ladder and he quickly gets to the top of the ladder and the two trade a series of punches Cane is able to grab the Renegade’s head and he slams it into the top of the ladder and he falls to the mat. Cane steps over the top of the ladder and he jumps off the ladder and goes for a leg drop but the Renegade moves out of the way and he crashes into the mat.
As both men slowly get back up to their feet, the referee Sid Greene starts the ten count. By the count of seven both men are back up to their feet and The Renegade punches Cane Deathscream and he punches the Renegade back. They trade blows and finally Cane blocks his punch and he nails the Renegade with a stiff right that staggers him and he grabs his arm and Irish whips into the corner. Cane quickly follows up with a massive close line that stuns him and Cane places the Renegade on the top turnbuckle pad.
Cane climbs up to and starts biting The Renegade’s head and then Renegade shoves him off and Cane crashes to the mat and The Renegade Ron Michaels begins to climb out of the cage, Cane quickly gets up and he follows him up on to truss and the two begin punching each other as they each get up to their feet. Cane grabs the Renegade by the throat and motions that he’s going to choke slam him off the cage into the ring! The Renegade kicks him the groin and this breaks Cane’s hold on him. The Renegade charges at him and Cane grabs and nails a Spinebuster on him on the steel truss on the top of the cage.
JR: “OH MY GOD! Cane just nailed a Spinebuster on the Renegade right on that steel truss! ”
RK: “That could have busted his spine all right!”
The Renegade is able to slide back into the ring by putting his feet on the top rope and he falls to the mat and Cane also follows the Renegade down. Both men lay on the mat exhausted and the referee begin the ten count.
The Renegade gets back to his feet as Cane gets his too his knees and he kicks Cane in the back of the head. He then quickly drags the table near wear Cane is and drapes Cane over it. He then grabs the ladder and places in the corner or the ring near where Cane is still laying on the table and he climbs up the opposite of the ladder and then as he points to the cage Cane gets off the table and starts climbing the ladder and due his height advantage Cane is able to quickly get to the top of the ladder as the Renegade is yelling at the fans ringside. Cane slams his head into the top of the ladder and then grabs him and quickly motions for the Deathknell!
JR: “Cane has the Renegade up and OH MY GOD!”
Cane and the Renegade off the ladder and right through the table, Cane is able to twist his body and land on the Renegade and goes for a pin.
RK: “Hook of the far leg, one…two…three Cane wins!”
THII: “Winner of the match Cane Deathscream!”
Cane slowly gets back to his feet and Referee Sid Greene raises his arm in victory.
JR: “The nTo is still in business and Cane picks the main event for Ground Zero IV!”
RK: “Wonder when we will find out what the main event at Ground Zero IV?”
JR: “We’ll find out later tonight after our next match!”
Non-Title
Triple Threat Streetfight
Otacon vs. Karl Baller vs. Tony Bonito (c)
The 25th edition of Nitro comes back on the air and we see Terri Hotbody II inside the ring.
THII: “The following non-title bout will be a triple threat streetfight!”
The opening guitar riffs of “Fury of the storm” by Shadows fall plays around ringside. Eventually, a loud explosion occurs on the stage while the music continues to play. Eventually, we see Tony Bonito emerge from the smoke with his head casted down. Eventually, he lifts up his arms into the air and the usual red, white, and blue pyrotechnic displays shoot up. Bonito walks down the rampway with both of his titles placed on his shoulders as the fans start to boo loudly.
THII: “Introducing first, from Boston Massachusetts, he is the current X-WCW World Heavyweight Champion and the X-WCW Champion, TONY BONITO!!!”
JR: “Tony Bonito is one of the most talented X-WCW wrestlers we have today, King. However, being all that talented doesn’t make you all that popular to these fans especially if you go out there and blatantly cheat and use your leverage on the other competitors.”
RK: “Cheat? Leverage? Clearly, these people are just jealous of our champ! He exemplifies what the X-WCW is about, being extreme. He is pound for pound the most intense athlete I seen in the past few years, there is no denying that.”
Bonito gets into the ring and spins around a couple of times before letting out a ‘woo’ towards the crowd. He heads over to the nearby ropes and poses with his belts to draw more ire of the fans. He gives the belts to the ref before he heads towards the nearby corner and waits for his opponents. “Hate it or luv” blasts through the PA systems and Karl Baller enters ringside to a loud pop.
THII: “From Philadelphia Pennsylvania, he is Da Kid…KARL BALLER!!!”
The fans continue to cheer for KB as he makes his way down the rampway and gives out a couple of high fives to the fans.
JR: “Karl Baller, a former X-WCW Champion. King, I believe this young man should STILL be the champion. A couple of times already we have seen him try to regain the title but Bonito and company keep on preventing him.”
RK: “The truth is, JR, I think it’s also KB’s fault. I think all that is going through his head, him always getting screwed. It’s purely mental, you think you get screwed you will get screwed. Hopefully, he’d get the win tonight and would help his confidence up a bit.”
KB enters the ring and climbs up the nearby corner. There, he poses for the fans who continue to cheer and chant his name. He turns his attention to Bonito while he’s at the corner and makes the belt motion to threaten the champ that his time would come soon to take those belts back. The camera pans over to Bonito who doesn’t do anything but grin. KB hops down the corner and leans on the ropes while both him and TB await the last competitor. “Superstar” hits and Otacon comes out to the fan’s cheers.
THII: “Finally, from Manchester England, he is the con man…OTACON!!!”
Otacon makes his way down the rampway and has his eyes set on the ring.
JR: “If you talk about a former champion that made a difference, it would be Otacon. In Collision Course II, he defended the honor of the X-WCW by defeating Andrew Radon then known as TGO in the UCW vs X-WCW title match.”
RK: “To be honest, there was nothing much to defend for the con man since he made short work of TGO back then. But I do have to admit, he had a strong championship reign and so did Baller. However, I believe that Bonito has surpassed both men in terms of holding the belt.”
Otacon enters the ring and goes on to raise his arms in the air for the fans to cheer. He looks back at his opponents and flashes a grin at both of them before he goes over to his corner and holds the ropes for a while. His music slowly fades out and the bell rings to start the match. All three men go to the center of the ring, and it only takes a second before we see Otacon and Baller go after Bonito and back him into the corner with some hard punches and kicks.
JR: “The former champions are starting this one off by going after the current champion.”
RK: “Man, this is not fair! Just because they are not the champs anymore doesn’t mean they have to lash out on the current one.”
TB is somewhat contained on the corner of the ring by both men. Otacon backs away before he comes to the corner with a running shoulder charge right to the gut of TB. Otacon holds TB for KB to do the same thing. TB is slumped down on the corner and both men put on the boots on Bonito. They haul him up to his feet and bounce him off the ropes. Bonito is taken down to the mat with a double hip toss and the fans cheer. Both Baller and Otacon set their sights on one another while unbeknownst to them, Bonito rolls out of the ring. KB and Otacon start off each other by locking up in the ring.
JR: “Both men get the collar-elbow tieup on each other and this would initiate the exchange.”
Indeed it would as Baller gets the upper hand with a quick side headlock that grounds Otacon to the mat. Otacon struggles for a few seconds but eventually gets to his feet and delivers some select elbow shots to the side of KB. Baller loosens his grip on Otacon and this gives the con man the opportunity to escape the hold and lock KB in an arm wrench. KB tries to reverse, but Otacon kicks him in the rib area while he has a hold of him. KB is taken down to the mat while Otacon continues to grab him in the arm. He initiates a leg scissor on the arm of Karl Baller.
RK: “Otacon has Karl on that arm of his, but look who slides back into the ring, TONY BONITO!”
TB places an elbow drop in between the two other competitors to break it up. TB picks up Karl Baller and takes him down the mat yet again with an overhead arm takedown. Baller gets to his feet, only to get a hard headbutt from Bonito. With Baller stunned, Tony Bonito wraps his arms around his opponent before he tosses him over the ropes with an overhead belly to belly throw.
JR: “BAH GAWD! Look at that distance that Bonito has flung Baller!”
RK: “Its like the Olympics, JR, that’s one far throw.”
Tony Bonito turns around and is met by a couple of hard forearms to the face by Otacon. The Con man grabs Bonito by the head and sends both of them near the ropes. He delivers some well placed knees to the midsection of Bonito and then lifts him up for a vertical suplex. He has Bonito hanging on his shoulders and he sends him down stomach first on the top rope. Bonito is hung on the top rope while Otacon makes it to the nearby corner and delivers a springboard legdrop across the back of TB’s head. Bonito falls back into the ring while Otacon goes for the cover.
JR: “Amazing leg drop by Otacon and he’s going for the pin: 1-2-Kickout by Bonito.”
RK: “Amazing as it is, JR, he needs more than that to defeat someone here.”
Outside the ring, we see Karl Baller slowly stirring up. Inside the ring, however, it seems as if Otacon is going for the kill. The Con Man positions himself onto the corner of the ring while Bonito is gathering to his feet. Otacon starts to go towards Tony Bonito for the spear, but Bonito quickly gets out of the way and instead hits the corner. Otacon staggers backwards and Bonito captures him and takes him to the mat with a back suplex. Tony Bonito gets to his feet and waits for Otacon to attempt to get to a vertical base. Once Otacon is on all fours and is on the verge of recovery, Bonito delivers a kick to his sides, sending him down and drawing the fans to boo him.
RK: “The crowd does not like this at all, JR.”
JR: “Quite so, it’s not endearing to kick a man while he’s down.”
While Bonito has his sights on Otacon, from behind, we see Karl Baller re-entering the ring with what seems to be a garbage can. Baller shouts at TB for the man to turn to his side and goes on to slam the garbage can over TB’s head. The impact not only dents the said garbage can, but also lets out a few more items inside of it fall down like a stop sign and a small metal stick for instance. Bonito slowly falls down to the mat as Baller then delivers a hard smash over the head of Otacon as well, denting the garbage can a bit more. Baller picks up the dented trash can and makes his way towards the corner. There, he sandwiches the can in between two turnbuckles before he diverts his attention back on his two opponents.
JR: “Baller has placed the trash can on the corner and now looks to use it on his opponents. Tony Bonito seems to be his likely target right now as he heads towards him.”
KB picks up Bonito and tries to whip him into the corner. Bonito hits the corner with the garbage can and he winces in pain. With Bonito still on the corner, looking rather slumped , Otacon is helped up by Baller and is sent into the same corner. Both the con man and Bonito collide at the corner and soon, both of them fall to the mat. Karl Baller goes outside of the ring and collects more items on the apron. His first item he obtains underneath the ring is a foldable table and he slides it into the ring before going for more items.
RK: “Seems like KB is on a shopping spree inside the apron, JR.”
JR: “This is a street fight after all, King. Weapons are allowed and can be used at all times.”
Karl Baller has an odd look on his face when he pulls out a pogo stick from the apron, but tosses it into the ring anyways before muddling through outside yet again. Finally, he goes back into the ring when he collects a steel bat. By this time, Bonito and Otacon are up and both men see KB re-entering the ring. Otacon is the first to greet him with a clothesline that both disarms and sends KB down to the mat at the same time. Otacon starts to stomp down on KB while Bonito grabs the pogo stick that was previously placed inside the ring.
RK: “Now’s not the time to play, Tony! JR! Please tell him that it’s-OH MY!”
JR: “Tony Bonito just hit Otacon across the head with that pogo stick!”
Otacon is on the mat right now as Bonito continually hits him on the body with the said pogo stick. Karl Baller gets to his feet and he almost meets the same fate of Otacon. However, he is quick to avoid the pogo stick attack and delivers a jumping calf kick to take away the weapon off of TB. He hits a quick kick to the mid-section of TB before he bounces off the ropes and delivers a swinging neckbreaker. Otacon gets to his feet and is hit by some punches from KB. Otacon fights back and backs Baller into the nearby corner. There, he delivers some chops to KB’s chest while KB fights back with some kicks to the mid-area of the con man. Each hit is being countered by the other until a recovered Bonito attacks Otacon from behind with a baseball bat. Otacon gets out of the corner and slumps on the nearby ropes while TB also delivers a hard gut shot to KB using the bat. Tony Bonito smacks Otacon’s back with the baseball bat a couple of times while he delivers a hard shot to the face of Baller that makes him slump down the corner.
JR: “Tony Bonito is literally slugging away with that baseball bat against his opposition!”
Bonito hauls KB up to the top turnbuckle and goes to the second rope. He sets him up for a superplex, while he himself is not perched on the second rope of the said corner. However, Otacon slides back in to grab Bonito from below. Soon enough, a triple tower of doom happens with Bonito suplerplexing Baller while Otacon powerbombs TB from the corner. All three men are slowly moving while they are down on the mat. Otacon is the first one to get to his feet and he backs himself into the nearby corner. He leans back and observes that Karl Baller is first to get to his feet. He goes over to Karl Baller and helps him up to his feet before he sets him up for a suplex.
RK: “He has Baller up for a suplex here, JR, but it seems like Karl is fighting it off.”
JR: “Indeed so, King. KB is blocking that leg of Otacon.”
Bonito gets to his feet while Otacon starts to deliver some punches to the sides of KB. TB finally gets behind Otacon and grabs him on the waist. Sooner than later, we see another three-way sequence with Otacon pulling off the suplex on KB but at the same time it is Bonito who delivers a belly to back suplex on the con man. This time, it is TB who is on his feet and goes right away at the recovering Karl Baller. He tries to deliver a clothesline on KB but it is ducked by Baller. TB turns around and is met by a superkick. TB stumbles to the other side and is met by a recovered Otacon who hits him with the final impact.
JR: “FINAL IMPACT ON BONITO!”
RK: “One miscalculation by the champ and he pays it hard, JR.”
Otacon falls on the mat and Otacon is quick to get the pin. Before the count, however, Karl Baller pulls him away. Otacon gets to his feet and both men start to throw punches. Tony Bonito is still on the mat while Karl Baller stuns Otacon momentarily with a hard headbutt before he scoops him up for a bodyslam. With Otacon down on the mat, KB bounces off the ropes and goes for a running elbow drop. It misses as Otacon rolls back to his feet. The Con Man waits for KB to get up before he pulls off a thez press. Otacon hammers away on the face of Karl Baller before he mounts off and waits for his opponent to get to his feet.
RK: “He just did the thez press with the punches, JR. I think another Final Impact is in the works here.”
While Otacon’s gaze is transfixed on Baller, Bonito gets to his feet. Tony Bonito bounces off the ropes that’s behind Otacon and takes him down with a chop block on the leg. Otacon goes down and Bonito pulls down his straps. Bonito lets out a primal shout that signals one thing, the ankle lock.
JR: “Tony Bonito grabs the same leg of Otacon and has him on the ankle lock!”
Tony Bonito has the ankle lock on the con man, however, Karl Baller is up to his feet. KB bounces off the ropes and deliver a springboard dropkick that catches TB by the face and forcing him to let go of the hold. Otacon gets released from the ankle lock while TB goes down the mat. Karl Baller waits for TB to get to his feet before he lines him up for the chaos from heaven.
RK: “Chaos from heaven! A former finishing move of KB and its delivered to Tony Bonito.”
TB falls down and the con man is slowly moving up. Karl Baller bounces off the ropes and capitalizes on this opportunity to hit the axe kick to the con man. Otacon looks outcold and Karl Baller is the only one standing inside the ring. He looks around before he points up in the air for the fans to pop.
RK: “Karl Baller is looking for some high risk maneuvering here, JR!”
JR: “There is no doubt about that, King. The fans here are even willing him on to do so.”
KB heads up to the top rope and looks at the con man who lies prone on the mat. He is on the top rope right now and signals for the number one single. He launches himself off the top turnbuckle, but as soon as he would descend, a stray trashcan hits him on the side. Instead of hitting his target, Otacon, he crashes and burns on the mat just a couple of feet near the con man. A satisfied Tony Bonito, the source of the foreign object, laughs at the thing he has done to KB before he heads over to the fallen man. He drags KB up to his feet and casually delivers the nitoplex.
JR: “That despicable man! He just hit KB from the air like he was a flying bird on his crosshairs. Now that the bird just got grounded, he is stomping on him.”
RK: “Man, JR, you need to find better metaphors.”
Karl Baller is sprawled down like an eagle spreading his wings as Bonito does nothing but to pin him to the mat. The referee goes over for the count.
RK: “Here’s the count: one-two-thre-WHAT THE?! Otacon gets up just in time and breaks it up!”
The Con Man waits for Bonito to get up before he hits him with some hard clubs to the back. He whips him into the ropes, but Bonito bounces back and tries to clothesline him. The conman ducks down and does a bridging pin. A two count later, TB kicks out. Both men get up and this time, TB is the one who rolls Otacon into an inside cradle.
JR: “Here is the cradle by Bonito…1…2…Otacon reverses it! 1-2-3! HE DID IT! THE CON MAN BEATS BONITO!”
The bell rings as Otacon lets go of the pin and gets his hand raised by the referee. TB is on his knees, stunned on what has transpired. He sees Otacon’s hand raised in the air to signal his victory and it makes TB somewhat angry. Seconds later, we see TB slapping the mat hard in frustration while the con man continues to celebrate his win in the ring. While he is celebrating, it is clear that he is also limping after the ankle lock given to him a few minutes ago.
RK: “Oh boy, Bonito is NOT taking this in stride.”
JR: “Talk about being a championship-caliber man. I guess Bonito is a sore loser after all.”
Karl Baller is helped up by Otacon while we see Bonito looking away from them and concentrating his sights on the stage.
JR: “Why did TB change his expression King? He just turned from mad, to happy.”
RK: “Guess you’re wrong JR. I guess TB is taking this in stride with that smile on his face.”
Seconds later, all is explained when the Revolution storms down the rampway and attacks both Karl Baller and the victorious Otacon. R.E. Rage and Brett Rayne beat down on Karl Baller on one side of the ring while Powermaster Prime and Bombshell have Otacon on the other corner. “The Renegade” Ron Michaels grabs the steel pipe and smacks it across the leg of Otacon, the same leg that TB used with the ankle lock. Otacon tumbles down to the mat, clutching the attacked knee in agony.
JR: “BAH GAWD! Ron Michaels struck that pipe on Otacon!”
RK: “That was already worked on a few minutes ago, JR! This could lead to trouble for sure!”
Otacon tries to get up, but TRRM continues his assault on the leg with the steel pipe while PMP and BS hold the con man on his tracks. On the other side of the ring, RNR has KB in their grasps and hits the inverted atomic drop-enzugiri combo. KB goes down and TB kicks him on the side before the body of Baller rolls to the outside of the ring. Bonito heads over to the fallen Otacon and tells TRRM to stop his attack. He goes for the injured leg of Otacon and applies the ankle lock on him yet again.
RK: “This is brutal JR!”
JR: “I agree, King. This brutality has to stop! Bonito is out of his mind right now.”
RK: “I guess that goes to show how crazy Bonito is in competition. If he can’t win em all, there is no point in winning against him.”
Bonito continues to apply the ankle lock on Otacon while the rest of the Revolution watch on. The fans do not agree to the method that Bonito and Co. are doing so they start to boo to give their voice on the thing happening inside the ring. While Otacon is still on the ankle lock, Bonito shouts to the rest to give him the microphone. TRRM enters the ring with a mic and places it near TB while he speaks.
TB: “Cane, get out here at ringside and tell me who is facing who at GZ IV. IF you won’t I’ll keep this ankle of Otacon locked up good. Now we wouldn’t want that now would we?”
Seconds later, Cane appears to the ringside area with a microphone in his hand. He looks at the ring before he lifts up the arm and points with his other.
CD: “I’m here Bonito, now let Otacon go.”
TB shakes his head violently before he shouts through the microphone
TB: “NO! Tell me…who is the team and who they are facing…at Ground Zero…NOW!”
Cane looks at TB before he speaks.
CD: “On Ground Zero, it’s gonna be you and John Crook vs Team XS in a tag team throwdown match!”
TB, looking satisfied, lets go of Otacon while the rest of the revolution look at the stage where Cane is standing. Bonito has a smirk on his face before he snatches the mic from Renegade’s hands.
TB: “That’s more like it Cane. Team XS, I do not care who the hell they are, but tell them they have to be ready for me.”
JR: “It’s going to be Bonito and Crook vs the mystery team dubbed ‘Team XS’. I wonder who could it be, King.”
RK: “Who else could it be? Xille and maybe…well…shattered night? X plus S…get it?”
JR: “Well just like King is trying to figure it out, folks, let the speculations begin! But right now we have no more time, thank you for tuning in to our 25th edition of Nitro. For Randal King, this is James Russell, GOOD NIGHT!”
X-WCW goes off the air.
*********
