Warzone comes on the air and we see “Cyberstrike” Christopher Back, D-Extreme, and Cane Deathscream in Mr. Back’s office they are talking to Brendon Reilly, the former owner of the AWF.
CSCB: “What the hell are you do here Reilly?”
BR: “I’m here because I’m the official agent of the AWF superstars that you suspended last week.”
D-Ex: “Gimme a break.”
BR: “When you bought the AWF and the X Consortium you signed a deal that all AWF superstars that would agree to appear on X-WCW shows would be signed to an X-WCW contract and could not be suspended until after six months or unless they violated X-WCW rules, something which Myles did NOT do!”
D-Ex: “Maybe you missed the part where your boy Myles hit me in the back of the head with the AWF IC title belt, or when Summers and O’Con jumped us at Ground Zero.”
BR: “Correct me if I’m wrong but Otacon jumped Tony Bonito on his way to the ring to face you and there were plenty of times when you two tried to jump Summers and O’Con in the AWF!”
D-Ex: “Why you no good…”
Cane grabs D-Extreme’s arm to stop him from hitting Reilly. Back looks at Reilly and then a grin appears on his face.
CSCB: “You’re right Reilly, I had no right to suspend the AWF superstars because of Blaster, Summers, and O’Con did. In fact not only am I going to reinstate them I’m going to give Blaster a chance to defend the AWF IC title on Nitro next week!”
BR: “That is reasonable. It’s a pleasure to do business with you.”
Reilly walks out of Mr. Back’s office.
D-Ex: “What are you doing?! We fought for years to get rid of the AWF and now you gonna have an AWF IC title match on X-WCW Nitro?!”
CSCB: “Reilly is right about the contract deals with those three idiots if I keep them suspended chances are they would sue me, and besides we can use these so-called AWF superstars to help us.”
CD: “How?”
CSCB: “I can make Blaster’s match any match that I want and against anyone that I want. He’s going to be defending his title in an Xtreme Ladder Match and against his number one nemesis and you two know who I’m talking about. We can kill two birds with one ladder.”
Back laughs manically and D-Extreme and Deathscream join him after they realize who he is talking about.
X-WCW TV Championship
“The Scoropin” Jack Blade vs. Nightmare©
THII: “Ladies and gentlemen, the opening contest is, scheduled for 1 fall with a 20 minute time-limit. This match is for the X-WCW Television Championship!!!”
The crowd pops for a title match.
THII: “Introducing first, the challenger…”
“You Know My Name” by Chris Cornell hits the speakers and the X-WCW faithful immediately sing a chorus of boos towards the challenger.
THII: “Making his way to the ring, from Parts Unknown. This man stands at 6’3 and weighs in at 225 lbs, “The Scorpion” JAAAAAACK BLAAAAAAADE!!!”
JB comes through the curtains with a cocky smirk on his face. The challenger slowly walks down the ramp-way and tries to ignore the crowd against him. You can see a “Jack Blade sucks!” sign by a small Caucasian boy with glasses. The challenger slides into the ring and raises his hands to even more boo’s, but he treats it as if it is positive and looks towards the ramp to wait for his opponent.
JR: “This guy is a disgrace to wrestling. Ever since he came into the X-WCW, he has been trying to screw people over left and right. I can’t stand to see talented wrestlers resort to his crap!”
RK: “Ugh…here we go again. This guy came in and made an immediate impact, you could tell he would be someone special the second he showed his face at Starrcade.”
JR: “By doing what? Screwing Karl Baller out of his world title reign?”
RK: “He didn’t screw anyone that punk kid passed out, it wasn’t Blade’s fault he couldn’t take the ankle lock.”
THII: “And the opponent…”
“For Whom the Bell Tolls” hits the speakers and the hate from the fans turns into a mixed reaction.
THII: “From Our own living nightmares, he stands 5’11 and weighs in at 180 lbs…he is a former X-WCW Xtreme champion and now is the reigning X-WCW Television champion….NIIIIIGHTMAAARE!!!”
Nightmare comes through the curtains and walks quickly down the isle with the X-WCW TV title across his left arm. You can tell he means business as he quickly climbs into the ring and hands over the belt.
RK: “Now this son of a gun, he scares me JR. I have never seen someone so crazy in my life.”
JR: “He bulked up in weight, but he still retained his speed and agility. He also is starting to use more submissions. If you need proof for his improvement, just take a look at Nitro’s main event when he qualified for the X-WCW World Title match at Blood Bath. I see a very bright future for this young man.”
RK: “For once, I agree.”
Nightmare stares a whole through Jack Blade, but the challenger looks unfazed. When Nightmares music cuts off, the champion gets into his challengers face as the bell rings. The two share a few words and back away, then circle each other before an initial tie up. The challenger, who is taller and outweighs Nightmare attempts to use his power and throw Nightmare to the ground, but Nightmare uses his wit and holds on, turning the attempt into a monkey flip.
NM kips back up as Jack rolls to his feet. Nightmare makes a charge and launches for a cross body attack. Blade catches his opponent and smirks as he heads to the middle of the ring. He tries a Scott Hall like fall-away slam, but the champ holds on, wiggles loose, and flips it into an Oklahoma Roll up! The referee makes the count.
JR: “1..2…thr-kickout! Nightmare almost caught Blade by surprise there, King.”
Jack immediately gets to his feet and attempts to clothesline Nightmare. However, Nightmare swiftly dodges and hits Jack Blade with a drop-toe-hold. He then wrestles his way on the back of Jack Blade and puts him in a ground headlock. The ref hurries over to see if Blade is ready to submit, but Blade quickly starts to get to his feet. The champion shifts his weight though, and takes his opponent down with a headlock takedown, once again grounding his bigger challenger.
Nightmare then sends a couple punches to the top of Jack’s forehead to help him decide on giving up. Jack Blade refuses, but stays grounded by his smaller opponent. About 30 seconds into the hold, Jack Blade gets a second wind, he starts to get on his own feet. Nightmare starts to violently shake Jack’s head, but the challenger lifts his opponent up.
All of a sudden, Jack throws his opponent off of his neck and into the ropes. On the return, he takes Nightmare down with a shoulder block. Right after Nightmare falls on his back, Jack drops an elbow on the chest of Nightmare. He goes for a pin fall, but Nightmare quickly quicks out at 1.
JR: “Jack Blade has Nightmare by the head as he helps him up, but the champion sends some punches to Jacks gut.”
RK: “Whoa! Jack tried to knee Nightmare, but the champ caught it and hit him with a leg takedown. This guy is freaking phenomenal JR!”
Nightmare starts to work the leg, a few kicks to the back of Jack’s knee and a leg drop on top of the leg. Nightmare continues his dominant performance with a few stomps on the body of his downed opponent, then smirks as he heads towards the turnbuckle. The TV champion gets on the top turnbuckle and looks ready to jump off, but he spots the challenger on all-fours.
Nightmare then jumps off anyway and hits his opponent with a senton splash from the top rope. He lands directly in the middle of Jack Blade’s back, the challenger rolls over in pain as Nightmare gets to his feet. He smirks and hits Jack Blade with a standing Moonsault. The TV champ stays on top of Jack Blade and attempts a pin fall.
JR: “1…2..shoulder up by Jack Blade. Nightmare is really showing no mercy here King.”
RK: “I think he is letting his would be opponents how dangerous he really is.”
Nightmare smirks in amusement as he helps his opponent up, but Jack Blade pushes off and hits Nightmare with a right. Nightmare hits him back, and the two begin to trade. Of course, the bigger and stronger Jack Blade gets the upper-hand and starts to win the punching war. He hammers Nightmare into the ropes and sends him off of them, then takes Nightmare down with a hip-toss.
With the champ on the ground, Jack waits for him to get up, but that was a mistake. When Jack makes his way to the standing Nightmare, he attempts an MMA-style elbow, but the champ ducks it and hits his opponent with a vicious overhand right. Blade is stunned and backs up a bit and Nightmare capitalizes. He hits him with two quick straight karate like punches, a kick to the right shin that causes his opponent to double over, and a vicious axe-kick to take him down.
Nightmare smirks at the carnage he just caused and waits for him to get on all fours. As soon as Jack Blade gets on both feet, the champion hits Jack Blade with a shining wizard! Just as the champion gets back to his feet, he helps Jack up and sets him up for the Permanent Nap.
JR: “This was pure domination King, and now he is going to end this with the permanent nap.
RK: “I can’t believe I am saying this, but you are right. He is taunting th-…whoa the lights JR!”
JR: “What the hell is going on, the lights just shut off!”
Just as Nightmare was going to finish Jack Blade off, the lights shut off. About 5 seconds later, they cut back on and Judge Death is standing in the middle of the ring. Nightmare stares Judge Death down and points at Jack Blade, but this is taking longer than expected. The two argue while Nightmare holds his challenger, long enough for Jack Blade to catch a second wind. The challenger quickly hits Nightmare in the temple, which stuns the champ and forces him to let go.
He then gets in position and hits his opponent with the fatal dose!
JR: “Fatal dose King! He goes for the pin fall.”
RK: “1…2…3, new TV champ! I can’t believe it!”
JR: “Judge Death just screwed Nightmare out of his TV title!”
”You Know My Name” by Chris O’Donnell hits the speakers and THII makes the announcement.
THII: “Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this bout by pin fall…THE SCORPION JAAAACK BLAAAADE!!!”
Jack is handed his title and he exits the ring hurting, but heads up the ramp-way to a chorus of boos. Meanwhile, JD stares at rival as he starts to stir up, then decides to leave the ring. He slowly walks up the ramp-way, but that gives Nightmare time to get back on his two feet. With anger in his heart, he runs and slides out of the ring.
JR: “Bah Gawd King, Nightmare is sprinting up the ramp way!
Judge Death turns around, BOOM!”
RK: “They are going at it JR! I love it!”
The two start trading blows on the ramp way and continue up it till they get to the curtains. Then, security comes and breaks them up! They try to pull away to get to one another, but more arrive and over power them.
JR: “A dominating performance turns into a heart breaking loss all thanks to Judge Death.”
RK: “Well, we know who Nightmare wants to win this fatal four way match tonight.”
JR: “Ladies and gents, don’t go anywhere, that match is coming up soon.”
JR: “Cole Ryan has gotten Karl Baller, Cane Deathscream, D-Extreme, and “Cyberstrike” Christopher Back to agree to a rare backstage pre-match interview.”
CR: “What a show it has been so far and up next is an Eight Man Tag Team and I have four of the men involved in that match, so let’s begin with an oblivious question: who will face Y3B on Nitro for the AWF IC title?”
CSCB: “Why none other than his old nemesis “The Mad Bomber” Alex Bombshell and it will also be an Xtreme Ladder Match!”
CR: “Karl last week on Nitro we saw you and Mr. Back tore the house down in what some are already calling a match of the year candidate now you’re teaming with the nTo I have to ask this are you now a member of the nTo?”
KB: “What I am is pissed off that I can’t my hands on Tony Bonito and beat his sorry ass within an inch of his life.”
CR: “That’s not an answer…”
D-EX: “Hey Cole, we will reveal the newest member of the nTo at Bloodbath 4, and not before! Tonight the Revolution is going to learn what happens when you injury a member of the nTo!”
CD: “The nTo is a brotherhood and David Powermaster and Alex Bombshell have betrayed us and set Josh Leyh on fire and that wrong will be avenged!”
CSCB: “This interview is over. We got a match to win.”
8 Man Tag Team Match
Karl Baller, Cane Deathscream, & Team XS vs. TRRM, Powermaster, & RNR
THII: "The following contest is an eight man tag team grudge match and is scheduled for one fall with a twenty minute time limit! Team number one representing the Revolution they are the team of “The Playboy” Brett Rayne, R.E. Rage, “The Renegade” Ron Michaels, and “The Powerful One” David Powermaster!”
As “Fury of the Storm” by Shadows Falls plays and the four men come down the ramp to a chorus of boos.
JR: “After what Michaels, Powermaster, and Bombshell did to Josh Leyh on Nitro you know that the nTo is revenge mode tonight.”
RK: “And don’t think that the Revolution knows that, and they will try to use their anger against them.”
TKII: “Team number two representing the nTo they are the team of Cane Deathscream, D-Extreme, and “Cyberstrike” Christopher Back, and their tag team partner he is “Da Kid” Karl Baller!”
As nTo followed by Dope’s “No Chance” plays the four men walk down the ramp Back, Deathscream, and D-Extreme all wearing their nTo t-shirts, Baller wears his normal wrestling gear.
RK: “Do you think that Baller is newest member of the nTo?”
JR: “Back has stated that the nTo will have a seventh man for the Xtreme War Games but he’s not telling although Baller would be a logical chose due the fact that he won the first one.”
Baller and the nTo climb up to apron and Christopher Back enters the ring to start the match for his team with Brett Rayne starting for the Revolution and then the referee signals for the bell and the match begins. Back locks up with Rayne. Back is able to get Rayne into a Side-Headlock and shoot him off into the ropes. Rayne ricochets off the ropes and kicks him in the face and goes for a quick pin but Rayne kicks out before the referee can get into position. Back then tags in Baller would picks up Rayne by the hair and Irish-Whips him into the ropes and he nails Rayne with a stiff Clothline. Baller picks Rayne up and throws him out of the ring and then Michaels, Rage, and Powermaster all enter the ring and try to gang up on Karl Baller and they toss him out of the ring, but Back, D-Extreme, and Deathscream all enter the ring. Back nails Rage with a Crackdown and goes for a pin but Michaels breaks it up and nails Back with a Superkick, and attempts to pin Back, but D-Extreme breaks it up. D-Extreme nails Michaels with an X-Ocution and goes for the pin but it’s broken up by Powermaster. Powermaster choke slams D-Extreme and goes for a pin, but it’s broken up by Cane Deathscream.
Deathscream picks up Powermaster and drops him with a Deathknell and goes for a pin but is pull off of Powermaster by Rayne who drives Deathscream face first into the ring steps and slides back into the ring and he sees Back now back on his feet and he nails him with a Stunner and goes for a pin on him but the pin is broken up by Baller who hits Rayne with a Headshot and pins him and gets the three count.
THII: “The winner of the match Karl Baller, Christopher Back, Cane Deathscream, and D-Extreme!”
The four men slide out of the ring and raise their hands in victory as the Revolution members all get back to their feet and as John Crook, Tony Bonito, and Alex Bombshell come down to berate them.
JR: “Bonito, Crook, and Bombshell are pissed that their team lost!
RK: “I don’t think that the rest of the Revolution are all that happy about it either. They need to be on the same page if they want to win the XWG.”
As Bonito, Crook and Bombshell are yelling at the other members of the Revolution! Y3B Myles Blaster jumps runs down the ramp with a Steel Chair and nails Bombshell in the back of the head with it and he quickly jumps out of the ring before the Revolution can do anything!
JR: “Blaster just nailed the man he will meet next week in an Xtreme Ladder Match for the AWF IC title!”
RK: “Oh man I can wait to see Bombshell beat that little bitch senseless!”
Warzone goes to a commercial break.
Otacon vs. Tony Bonito
Warzone comes back after the brief commercial break and the cameras switch over to the announce table with James Russell and Randal King.
JR: “Welcome back to Warzone! Right now we are preparing for tonight’s main event which would pit two of the best X-WCW wrestlers today against each other!”
RK: “Otacon will take on Tony Bonito in this contest, JR! Nothing could be bigger than this if I do say so myself.”
JR: “These two have had bad blood for a long time, King. Recently, Otacon made his return at Ground Zero IV after being taken out by Tony Bonito a year ago.”
RK: “I’m betting, just like how D-Extreme squared off with Bonito last Nitro that Otacon is looking forward for this match to happen after a long time.”
The cameras pan over to the ring where we see Terri Hotbody II with a microphone at the center of the ring.
THII: “The following contest is scheduled for one fall!!!”
The ringside lights dim down as we hear a flurry of guitar riffs filling the PA systems of the arena. Soon enough, a loud explosion occurs on stage before “fury of the storm” by shadows fall continues to play in the background. Once the smoke on stage clears up, we see a figure wearing a sports jacket with his head casted down on the ground.
THII: “Introducing first, from Boston Massachusetts, he is TONY BONITO!!!”
After his name being announced, he quickly points up the sky with his index fingers and the red, white, and blue pyrotechnics shoot up from stage. He makes his way down the aisle and the fans bombard him with boos and jeers that are coupled with the usual “Nito, sucks” chant.
RK: “The Revolution leader, Tony Bonito, is making his way down the aisle and seems pumped up for tonight’s matchup.”
TB slides into the ring and spins around before he heads up the corner and takes off his hood. From there, he poses for the fans who continue to boo him and he lets out a primal roar as an act of defiance. He climbs down the ring ropes and waits for his opponent while “Superstar” by Saliva floods out Bonito’s entrance theme. Soon enough, Otacon makes his appearance at ringside to the delight of the fans.
THII: “And his opponent, from Manchester, he is the Con Man…OTACON!!!”
The fans continue to cheer for the con man as he jogs down the aisle and slaps some of the hands of those in the audience.
JR: “This is Otacon’s first in-ring action since Nitro #25, the night that Bonito brutally attacked Otacon after the match.”
RK: “Otacon’s ankle seems fine, JR, and I am sure he wants some retribution tonight from Bonito.”
Otacon slides into the ring and glares at Bonito before he heads to the ropes and poses for the fans. His music slowly fades out and both men eye each other from opposite sides of the ring.
JR: “You can feel the tension in the air, King, both men can’t wait for that bell to ring and beat up the other guy.”
RK: “As we said earlier, these two have a lot of bad blood in this rivalry. Tonight just adds another chapter to this intense rivalry between the con man and Tony Bonito.”
Otacon points directly at Bonito before he does a slit throat motion at his opponent. Bonito grins and just mouths off at Otacon to bring it on just as the ring bell sounds off to commence the fight. Both men go into the center of the ring and tie up. Bonito is quick on his feet to go behind Otacon and delivers a waist lock takedown to bring both himself and Otacon to the mat. Otacon is laying on the mat belly-first as Bonito switches over and locks in a headlock on his grounded opponent. Otacon gets to his feet and grabs Bonito’s hands to get out of the hold. Surely enough, Otacon reverses the headlock and has Bonito with an arm wringer. Bonito kicks Otacon hard on the chest cavity before he reverses the hold.
JR: “Bonito has that arm locked in after reversing the hold of the con man. He’s cranking up the left arm of Otacon right now…wait a minute! Otacon reversed the hold yet again!”
Otacon tries to ‘crank up’ the arm of Tony Bonito by twisting it once more. Bonito has a pained expression but does a front flip before he swipes the back of Otacon’s leg for him to let go and go to the mat. Both men scramble up to their feet and TB is the first to attack with a clothesline attempt that is ducked by Otacon. Otacon catches TB with a boot to the mid-section before he delivers a couple of hard clubs to the back that sends TB down.
JR: “Bonito is down and the con man is raining the boots on his opponent.”
RK: “That pent up, frustration, JR…I can see it coming out now from Otacon.”
Otacon sneers at the recovering TB before he charges at him and tackles him back to the mat. He begins to assault TB with a bevy of punches to the face before the referee breaks things up. TB pulls himself back up to his feet on the nearby ropes as Otacon approaches him. Before the Con Man could lay a hand on TB, Bonito delivers a mighty chop that sends Otacon aback. TB follows up with two more sets of chop across the chest of Otacon before he whips him into the ropes. TB catches Otacon and sends him down with a hip toss. Otacon gets to his feet, but Bonito is there yet again to take him down with a shoulder block.
RK: “The con man is down and Bonito is slowly stomping away on that ankle of his.”
JR: “Remember King, it was thanks to Bonito’s ankle lock that took out Otacon for a number of months away from the X-WCW. I think it’s a prime target for Bonito tonight.”
Bonito hauls the Con Man to his feet before he whips him across the other side of the ring. Otacon hits the corner and Bonito charges at him with a clothesline. The clothesline connects and Otacon staggers into a belly to belly slam from Bonito. Otacon is grounded and Bonito makes his way to the nearby corner.
RK: “Otacon is dazed and confused after that well executed belly to belly by Bonito. He’s heading up to the high-rent district, JR! This is gonna be some high-risk kind of thing for Bonito now.”
Bonito launches himself off the turnbuckle and attempts a Moonsault. Unfortunately, Otacon had his knees up and Bonito’s abdominal region lands directly on the knees of the Con man before he rolls to the mat. TB clutches his mid-section as he and Otacon roll back to their feet. Otacon charges at TB and catches him with a knee to the gut. Otacon grabs Bonito and puts him on his shoulders before he sends him down with a knee to the gut. Bonito is grounded and Otacon approaches him to pick him up.
JR: “The Con Man has a hold of Bonito and he delivers more kicks and knee strikes to the gut area of his opponent.”
RK: “Otacon is beating up Bonito right now and just backed him into that corner.”
Otacon continues his assault on Bonito on the ring corner and delivers some hard kicks to the midsection. TB slumps down on the corner and the Con Man uses one of his boots to choke his
opponent. The referee breaks up the choke and pulls Otacon away from the corner for Bonito to get his bearings.
RK: “Man, Otacon really gave it to Bonito at the corner. A flurry of kicks to the gut and then that choke with the boot.”
JR: “As we said, this is one bitter rivalry, King.”
Bonito gets to his feet and Otacon starts to charge at him. It would appear that the Con Man attempted for a clothesline but is quickly captured by a single leg take down by Bonito Otacon hits face first at the turnbuckle and staggers backwards where Bonito captures him in a waist lock. In no time, Bonito delivers a German suplex on Otacon. He has Otacon on his grasps and he rolls on the mat and delivers a second German suplex on his opponent. Bonito lines Otacon up for his 3rd and final German suplex, but Otacon blocks it by holding the nearby ropes with both hands. Otacon is quick to deliver an elbow smash to the face of Bonito not once, but twice. Otacon spins his body around to face Bonito and delivers a nasty head butt that forces his opponent to let go.
JR: “What a hard hit by Otacon.”
RK: “He literally used his head on that exchange, JR!”
Bonito staggers and Otacon catches him with a running forearm smash that takes him down. Bonito gets back to his feet, but Otacon takes him down yet again with the same forearm smash. Bonito gets to his feet once again and Otacon captures him in a front face lock before delivering DDT. Otacon rolls Bonito over and pins him for the count.
JR: “DDT and a pin: 1-Kickout by Bonito.”
RK: “C’mon Con Man! You know better than pinning Bonito this early in the fight.”
Otacon waits for Bonito to get to his feet before he delivers a nasty right hand to the face of his opponent. TB staggers, but fights back with a punch of his own. Both men exchange punches until TB breaks it off with a face rake on the Con Man. Otacon is momentarily blinded and this gives Bonito the opportunity to sneak behind him and deliver a back suplex that sends his opponent to the mat.
RK: “Bonito used that to his advantage and slams Otacon with a back suplex to the mat. Right now, Bonito is raining down the stomps on that leg that belongs to the Con Man.”
JR: “Bonito is dangerous when he starts to focus on one body part, King.”
Bonito grabs a hold of the leg and tweaks it into a leg lock. Otacon tries to get out of it by using his free leg to kick out Bonito. Bonito lets go of the leg and goes over the body of the Con Man to pull him to his feet. Otacon shoves TB out of the way and tries to clothesline his opponent but it’s ducked and TB uses his leg to trip Otacon’s weak leg. Otacon falls to the mat yet again and Bonito grabs the leg of the Con Man before slamming it knee-first to the mat. Otacon groans in pain after the knee smash and Bonito delivers some well placed kicks to the leg of Otacon before locking in a figure four leg lock this time around.
JR: “Otacon’s leg is getting worked on pretty well by Tony Bonito. The cold and calculating Bonito seems to have where he wants his opponent to be.”
RK: “He is isolating that left leg area of Otacon, JR. He’s trying to soften it up before he would lock his ankle lock and you know it.”
Otacon groans in pain as the submission move is applied by Bonito. Otacon struggles to get out of the move and eventually attempts to turn around to reverse the momentum of the submission hold. Otacon turns it over and the brunt of the leg lock before Bonito lets go. Both men get to their feet and Otacon quickly hits a hard punch that sends Bonito to the mat. Bonito slowly gets to his feet and Otacon scoops him up for a body slam. Otacon bounces off the ropes to connect with a running knee strike to the chest cavity of his opponent. Otacon stands up and delivers a couple of elbow strikes to the upper body of Bonito. Otacon tries to pick up Bonito, but out of nowhere, Tony Bonito grabs a hold of Otacon’s prone leg and twists it into the ankle lock.
JR: “ANKLE LOCK OUT OF NOWHERE! BAH GAWD!!!”
Bonito tweaks the ankle of Otacon as he continues to have his opponent’s ankle locked in on his grasps. Otacon struggles to make it to the nearby ropes but Bonito pulls him to the center of the ring. Otacon does his best to get out of the hold by kicking Bonito a number of times away from him and it partially works until Bonito grabs a hold of his leg yet again. Otacon uses a last ditch effort by rolling out of the hold and convert it to a brief cross face submission hold.
RK: “Did you see that JR?! He just got out of Bonito’s ankle lock!”
JR: “The determination of Otacon just led him to get out of that impossible situation.”
Bonito struggles to get out of the submission hold he’s in, but Otacon quickly lets go and waits for Bonito to get to his feet. Otacon charges at Bonito and levels him with a spear that drives him to the ring mat.
JR: “SPEAR! SPEAR BY OTACON!”
RK: “Damn the ring just shook with that spear by the Con Man.”
Otacon gets to his feet yet again and picks up Tony Bonito. He delivers a swift kick to the mid-section and sets him up for the final impact. However, Bonito grabs him from behind and delivers the Nitoplex. Both men are down and the fans are shocked at the development inside the ring.
JR: “HE JUST DID THAT NITOPLEX OUT OF NOWHERE, KING!”
RK: “When you think it was over, JR, you are sadly mistaken.”
JR: “I didn’t even say it was over, King.”
Bonito crawls over the prone body of Otacon and the referee starts to count.
JR: “Bonito capitalizes on the opportunity and pins him 1-2-th...NO! OTACON GETS A SHOULDER UP!”
Bonito is equally shocked as the fans are while he is on his knees. His shocked expression faces the referee and asks if it was a 3 count. The referee shakes his head and Bonito glares at the recovering Con Man. He grabs a hold of the con man yet again and attempts a second Nitoplex but Otacon wriggles free and manages to go behind Bonito. As soon as Bonito turns around.
RK: “KICK! WHAM! STUNNER...I mean….Otacon delivers the final impact on Bonito by surprise!”
Bonito falls to the mat and Otacon hooks his leg for the pin.
JR: “Here’s the pin: one….two…three! It’s over, King! Otacon gets the victory over Tony Bonito!”
“Superstar” hits and Otacon gets his hand raised by the referee.
THII: “The winner by pin fall, OTACON!!!”
The fans cheer loudly for the victorious Con Man who celebrates in the ring. Tony Bonito slowly gets to his feet and realizes that he lost the contest. Bonito glares at the victorious Otacon before he tries to get up and approach him. Before he could lay a hand on him, however, someone spins him around and sends him back to the mat.
JR: “CHAOS FROM HEAVEN BY KARL BALLER!”
RK: “Karl Baller just made a mad dash into the ring and saw that impending danger in the form of a ticked off Tony Bonito.”
Tony Bonito rolls out of the ring and holds the back of his neck. He glares at the ring where KB glares back at Bonito and points at him.
RK: “Baller knew what was coming; it seems and made a drastic effort to save Otacon before TB would do anything.”
JR: “Well folks next is the second block in the Double 8 Tournament! Who will advance to the finals at Bloodbath 4? Find out after the break!”
X-WCW goes to break.
Double 8 Tournament
Fatal Four Way Match
CJ Baller vs. Andrew Radon vs. Judge Death vs. Joe Goldstone
We go back to ringside with Terri Hotbody II standing inside the wrestling ring.
THII: “The following is a double 8 tournament match and it will be done under fatal four way rules!!!”
“30/30.150" by Stone Sour plays and we see Andrew Radon steps into the ringside area. Almost automatically, the crowd boos at the sight of Andrew Radon while he makes his way down the ramp way
THII: “Introducing first, from Knoxville, Tennessee, he is ANDREW RADON!!!”
JR: “Andrew Radon, though most people overlook him, he is a talented individual in the ring.”
RK: “Yeah, the only reason I know is why people overlook him is because he was the Marty Jannetty in the partnership between him and Karl Baller. While KB got the gold already, all Radon had was the world title..of his OWN company. Talk about sad.”
JR: “Now king, that’s just harsh”
RK: “No one said the truth doesn’t hurt, JR.”
Radon rolls into the ring and does a pose near the corner for the fans. However, most of the fans still let him have it with some boos. His music slowly fades while Iron Maiden’s “Out Of the Silent Planet” hits the speakers and the fans start to cheer. Out of the curtains, we see the usually fragile Judge Death enter ringside and starts making it to the ring.
THII: “From Deadworld…he weighs in at exactly 100 lbs…JUDGE DEATH!!!”
RK: “Darn, so the skinny turd is here too?”
JR: “I believe so, King. Judge Death, though his frail body can fool most people, he is one of the dangerous competitors here in the X-WCW. He is a former X-WCW television champion and Xtreme champion on separate occasions.”
RK: “Yeah I’m not fooled at how he looks, but that doesn’t mean I ain’t freaked out about him.”
Judge Death enters the ring and gets himself a corner while Radon stares down at him.
JR: “Radon is not taking his eyes off Judge Death and for good reason.”
RK: “Yeah, Radon is definitely disturbed at how ugly JD is. I know I am.”
Judge Death’s entrance theme disappears into silence before we hear “War” by Nas blare into the PA systems. CJ Baller makes his way to the ringside with a positive response from the crowd. He makes his way down the ramp way as THII introduces him.
THII: “From Philadelphia, PA. He weighs in at 268 lbs…CJ BALLER!!!”
RK: “The brother of Karl Baller is also in the mix for this match huh JR?”
JR: “Indeed so, King. CJ Baller might be a relative newcomer to the X-WCW scene, but he has veteran experience on other federations. Having Karl as his brother also helps legitimize CJ’s reputation as an X-WCW wrestler.”
CJ slides into the ring and poses for the fans while the other two competitors just stare down each other. CJ Baller looks at Radon and then at Death before he shrugs and has a confident smirk across his face. “Down with the sickness” by Disturbed hits the speakers and the fans give a mixed reaction as the intense Joe Goldstone makes his way into the ringside area.
THII: “Finally, from parts unknown, JOE GOLDSTONE!!!”
JR: “Joe Goldstone, he is a package of pure energy and raw intensity all rolled up into one.”
RK: “He is by far the favorite for me to win this match and advance in the double 8 tournament, JR. Just look at how physically imposing he is. I think he can steamroll the opposition tonight.”
Goldstone makes his way slowly down the ramp way as all three men just eye him and look wearily amongst themselves afterwards.
JR: “You can feel it in the air King. That man has a motive and he wants to get it tonight.”
RK: “Problem is, JR, those other three men are blocking him from his quest. Let’s see how he can take them out.”
Goldstone looks in the ring to see the other three competitors’ eyes gazing at him. Goldstone stands a few feet from the ring before he slides in and heads to the top rope to pose for the fans. He turns towards the other three and delivers a slightly savage snarl before landing on the ring mat. The song slowly fades into silence and all four men are now inside the ring. The bell rings and all four men go at it.
JR: “The match is on! CJ Baller just forced Radon to the corner and starts to deliver punishing blows to the head and body of his brother’s former tag team partner. On the other end, Joe Goldstone just speared Judge Death and he is pouring on the punches to JD’s cranium.”
RK: “Is it just me or is Death laughing?”
JD laughs as he is getting hit hard by the punches of Goldstone on the head. Goldstone is a bit dumbfounded before he gets up and waits for JD to get to his feet. Once he does, Goldstone pulls him in for a clothesline and JD stumbles to the mat. Back in the corner, CJ climbs up to continue the punching of Radon, but AR fights back and punches the gut of the Baller. CJ Baller is slightly stunned and AR drives him to the mat with a sit-down Powerbomb. CJ Baller favors his back after the impact to the mat.
JR: “Powerbomb from the corner!”
With CJ Baller down, Andrew Radon goes over to Joe Goldstone and delivers some chops to the chest of JG. Goldstone fights back with a hard chop of his own that sends AR stumbling into the ropes. JG charges at AR but Radon drop toeholds JG. Goldstone hangs on the second rope while AR goes behind him and presses the weight of his knee to choke him on the ropes.
RK: “Radon used his brain there to outwit and outmaneuver Goldstone. Right now he is using the ropes to choke him. Hey, is that legal here?”
JR: “King, it’s not so he better stop it before he gets disqualified and give this contest to Goldstone.”
The referee forces AR to break the choke. Radon turns around and he gets grabbed by a recovered CJ Baller. CJ Baller whips him towards the other side, but before AR could make it there, he collides with a recovering Judge Death. Both men hit and AR stumbles backwards into CJ Baller who sends him down with a belly to back slam. Judge Death goes over to the recovering Joe Goldstone and lifts him over his shoulders with ease.
JR: “Judge Death, with his extra-ordinary strength on display, is lifting Goldstone on his shoulders. He goes to the center of the ring and does a Samoan drop!”
RK: “That turd sure is strong huh JR?”
Judge Death goes for a quick cover, but Goldstone kicks out before the referee could count. Andrew Radon gets to his feet and he is met by a hard punch to the gut by CJ Baller. CJ Baller grabs him and sends him down to the mat with a body slam. CJ Baller heads to the ropes and bounces back to deliver a leg drop over Radon.
JR: “Shades of Hulk Hogan there by CJ Baller!”
Baller gets to his feet and he sees Judge Death picking up Joe Goldstone. CJ Baller helps Judge Death whip Goldstone to the ropes and both men catch him on the way back with a double flapjack. Joe Goldstone is down and CJ Baller goes over him to lock a camel clutch. Judge Death looks at CJ Baller and Goldstone before he shrugs and heads over to the ropes. JD comes back off the ropes and delivers a basement dropkick to the face of Goldstone.
RK: “Now that’s some shades of Kai En Tai by Judge Death and CJ Baller!”
Baller gets off Goldstone but Radon comes up from behind and delivers a sleeper-slam. Radon bounces off the ropes and takes down Judge Death with a running bulldog. With the other three men down, Radon poses for the crowd momentarily and draws some boos. As soon as he turns around, however, CJ Baller grabs him and delivers successive kicks to the gut before whipping him into the ropes. CJ Baller catches Radon with a hip toss and Radon goes down. Judge Death and Joe Goldstone get to their feet and they both attack CJ Baller and back him into the corner. Judge Death and Joe Goldstone stomp a mud hole on CJ Baller until he slumps down the corner. Death uses his boot to choke the living daylights out of CJ Baller while Joe Goldstone turns his attention to a recovering Andrew Radon.
JR: “Radon gets to his feet and Goldstone is there to deliver some hard clubs to the back. He sets him up for a suplex and hangs him in the air.”
RK: “All that blood rushing through the head of Radon won’t be good for him, JR.”
After a few seconds of suspending Radon in the air, Goldstone sends him to the mat with a powerful suplex. Judge Death grabs CJ Baller by the throat and lifts him up for a choke. He chokes him momentarily before he tosses him to the other side of the ring, yet again displaying his feats of strength to the audience. Judge Death slowly makes his way to the recovering CJ Baller and pulls him up. CJ Baller fights back with some stiff rights to the stomach of JD. Radon rolls nearby the corner and pulls himself up there while we see Joe Goldstone stalking him like a prey. Joe Goldstone waits for Radon to get to his feet and then charges for a spear. Radon gets out of the way and Goldstone hits the ring post.
RK: “That is gonna have a huge effect on Goldstone in this match, or even after.”
JR: “One small mistake like that, King, and it might spell the end of Joe Goldstone.”
Goldstone is pulled by Radon and AR twists the damaged arm of Goldstone. He has it in an arm bar and starts to deliver some elbow charges to it. Goldstone bellows in pain before he starts to uses his strength to reverse the hold he is put into. Joe Goldstone delivers some hard chops with his free arm across the chest of AR before he whips him across the ropes. AR, with the bounce off the ropes, is captured by Goldstone and is sent down hard with a Spinebuster.
JR: “SPINEBUSTER! SPINEBUSTER BAH GAWD!”
RK: “Geez! Control yourself, JR!”
CJ Baller, on the other side, has worked on Judge Death on the corner. He climbs up the turnbuckle and begins to unload a series of punches to the face of Judge Death. After the tenth punch, he grabs onto Judge Death and takes him off the corner with a monkey flip. Just as the referee turns around, he is hit by a flying Judge Death and both men go down.
JR: “CJ Baller launches Judge Death off the corner and he collides mid-air with referee Sid Greene!”
RK: “Wow, for the first time in this match we actually called the referee by his name.”
JR: “But we USUALLY do that, King. Nevermind, well it seems like CJ Baller is heading towards Joe Goldstone now. He charges and tries to attack Goldstone from behind, but Goldstone turns around and delivers a nasty clothesline to take him down!”
RK: “Whoa! That impact looked like he just got taken inside-out by Goldstone’s clothesline.”
Inside the ring, we see Andrew Radon roll off the ring and starts to rest outside. Seconds later, however, we see Carnage Inc. The group led by Rocky Davis hops off the guard rail and is quick to swarm on Andrew Radon with some hard hits. Inside the ring we see Joe Goldstone waiting for CJ Baller to get up before he charges at him and levels him with a….
JR: “SPEAR! SPEAR!! SPEAARRR!!! What an impact! CJ Baller would be feeling that move the entire week!”
RK: “Well Andrew Radon just got swarmed by Carnage Inc. and they are heading inside the ring now!”
Joe Goldstone notices his predicament with Carnage Inc. securing all four corners of the ring and slowly enters the ring. Goldstone snarls and clotheslines an incoming Mike Daniels. Scott West, Rocky’s brother-in-law, charges at Goldstone head on, only to be taken down by a Powerslams. Mark Daniels, successfully clubs the back of Joe Goldstone and has him pinned down a few seconds, before Goldstone shoves him into the ropes and clotheslines him off the ring. While all this is happening, the referee is STILL down!
JR: “CJ Baller is recovering from the spear and gets up..but..BAH GAWD! Rocky Davis hits him with a sack!”
RK: “A sack?! What the? What’s in that thing?”
CJ Baller is laid out and we see Joe Goldstone shouting something at a downed Mark Daniels from outside. Rocky Davis slowly sneaks in and hits Goldstone with a sack that seems filled up with something. Before Goldstone could fully react, the sack hits him hard behind the head and he stumbles and is hung to dry on the ring ropes.
JR: “What is inside that sack?!”
RK: “I have no idea, JR! It might be a ton of bricks for all I care. I think it really knocked the hell out of Joe Goldstone!”
Rocky Davis sees the referee recovering and calls his minions to flee the ring. Within seconds, the entire Carnage Inc. leaves the ringside area with Judge Death and referee Sid Greene getting to their feet. Judge Death notices Joe Goldstone hung to dry on the ropes and he scratches his head before he shrugs. Judge Death pulls Joe Goldstone towards him and plants him with hard DDT onto the ring mat. He hooks the leg for the pin.
JR: “DDT by JD! Is this enough to win it? The referee counts..1…2…3! IT IS!”
RK: “That Skinny Little Turd…advances to the Double 8 tournament. Wow…talk about anti-climactic.”
Judge Death’s music hits and around ringside we see the laid out bodies of CJ Baller and Andrew Radon who are inside and outside the ring respectively.
THII: “The winner of this match as a result of a pin fall, JUDGE DEATH!!!”
The referee raises his hand in victory while Judge Death has a satisfied look on his face.
JR: “Judge Death knew something was up, but he didn’t bother, King.”
RK: “Of course! A win, is a win any way you put it!”
Judge Death celebrates inside the ring but it is soon disturbed as Nightmare is seen running down the aisle. NM enters the ring and spins JD around to give him a couple of hard punches to the face. JD fights back and a brawl erupts seconds later inside the ring.
JR: “Nightmare and Judge Death are going at it inside the ring!”
RK: “Whoa, I guess these guys just can’t get their hands off each other huh JR?”
JR: “We're out of time tonight we'll see you next week on Nitro!.”
RK: “When we got something interesting like THIS going on? Awww nuts…”
X-WCW Warzone #37 fades to black as a number of X-WCW road agents storm into the ring and break up the fight.
