X-WCW Nitro #27 comes on the air and we see footage taped earlier in the day showing the Revolution and the nTo entering the arena.
The Revolution enters their personal locker room behind X-WCW Global Heavyweight Champion Tony Bonito.
TB: “Tonight Alex you take out that punk Myles once and for all, David and Ron will watch your back.”
AB: “Don’t sweat it boss, Myles is history and besides I’ve been waiting years for this night!”
Then we see the nTo members, who are shown walking into the building each with a serious look on his face.
CSCB: “Gentlemen lets show the Revolution what a real war is like.”
Then we see a jammed packed arena as X-WCW Nitro #27 comes on the air live!
JR: “Hello and welcome to a historical X-WCW Nitro because we have for the first time ever an AWF IC title match, Alex Bombshell takes on his nemesis Myles Blaster in an Xtreme Ladder Match! I’m James Russell along with my broadcasting partner Randal King!”
RK: “Plus later tonight we have the third match in the Double 8 Tournament for the vacant X-WCW World Championship! Now how about we make some history and go to the ring with the lovely Terri Hotbody!”
AWF IC Championship
Xtreme Ladder Match
"The Mad Bomber" Alex Bombshell vs. "Y3B" Myles Blaster (c)
THII: “This is the opening contest and is an Xtreme Ladder Match for the AWF IC Championship! First from Maple Ridge, British Columbia, Canada; representing the Revolution and accompanied by David Powermaster and ‘The Renegade’ Ron Michaels, he is ‘The Mad Bomber’ Alex Bombshell!”
JR: “This is a history making event tonight, the first time ever an AWF title match in the X-WCW! These two men’s wars in the old AWF have been compared to Back and D-Extreme’s wars here.”
RK: “In other words they hate each other’s guts!”
JR: “Yep. That’s it.”
As Limp Bizkit’s “Rollin” plays Bombshell comes down the ramp with Powermaster and Michaels walking behind him, Powermaster and Michaels head over to the announcer tables.
The two just stand behind the announcers.
JR: “What the hell are these guys are doing here?”
RK: “They are here to support Bombshell.”
Bombshell looks around the ring he sees trashcans loaded with various weapons, ladders on top of tables and chairs everywhere. He looks up and points to the AWF IC title belt hanging high over the ring and motions of the belt around his waist.
THII: “His opponent from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; representing the AWF Legacy, he is the current and reigning AWF Intercontinental Champion, “Y3B” Myles Blaster!”
As “Personal Jesus” by Marilyn Mason plays Blaster comes out wearing a shirt saying ‘AWF 4-Ever! X-WCW SUX!’ on it and the fans boo him loudly.
JR: “Myles Blaster is the longest reigning AWF IC Champion ever; Mr. Back has learned that Blaster defended the AWF IC title at several small independent shows and has decided not to strip of him of it.”
RK: “Mr. Back knows the history between these two and he wants to soften up Bombshell for the Xtreme War Games and we both know he doesn’t like Blaster either.”
Myles looks over and sees Michaels and Powermaster. He walks over towards them and starts trash talking with them and suddenly Bombshell nails him in the back with a Closeline. He picks up Blaster by the hair and Irish-Whips into the steel ring steps face-first! The fans cheer as Blaster slowly gets up to his feet blood running down his face.
RK: “Say what you want about the Revolution they are all 100% loyal to the X-WCW!”
Bombshell picks up a trashcan and quickly dumps its contents on the floor and nails Blaster over the head with it! He picks up Blaster over his head and tosses him into the ring. Bombshell then starts tossing trashcans, crutches, chairs, chains, and a ladder into the ring. As the big man walks up the ring steps and he steps over the ring ropes Blaster kicks the top rope crotching him on the top rope Blaster then jumps up to the nearby top turnbuckle pad and jumps off of it at Bombshell and delivers a Ingursi Kick to side of his head knocking Bombshell into the ring. Blaster, who landed on the floor quickly slides back into the ring and drops an elbow on Bombshell’s chest. Then he picks up a steel chair and jabs into the right knee of Bombshell!
JR: “Blaster is going to the knees of Bombshell.”
RK: “I hate to give this prick any credit but it’s actually good strategy take out the knee Bombshell and he can’t climb the ladder to get the belt.”
Blaster throws the chair down and drags Bombshell to the nearby bottom rope and places the right leg on it and he Cannonballs down on it! Bombshell screams in pain, as Blaster repeats the move again! As Blaster attempts a third Cannonball on his right knee, Bombshell uses his left leg and kicks Blaster in the ass…literally, sending crashing to the floor! Blaster laying on the floor and Bombshell gets to his feet and sees his long time nemesis lying on the floor, he grabs the ladder he tossed in to the ring earlier and sets it up
and starts to climb up the ladder.
As Bombshell is setting up the ladder and is beginning to climb it; Blaster gets back up to his feet and sees this climbs up to the ring and quickly jumps up on the top turnbuckle pad and waits until Bombshell is high up on the ladder. He then drop kicks the ladder with Bombshell on it, crashing to the mat. Blaster gets back up to his feet and he knocks the ladder down and collapses it and he picks up the ladder and as Bombshell gets back up to his feet he jams into his mid-section!
Bombshell doubles over in pain and Blaster rams the ladder into the side of his head knocking the big man down! Blaster drops the ladder and drags Bombshell on top of it and does a Moonsault off the nearby middle rope but Bombshell is able to at the last minute roll off the ladder and Blaster catches only the ladder.
Bombshell gets back up to his feet and he picks up the prone Blaster and Powerslams him on the ladder! He then motions to Michaels and Powermaster to help him. They set up a table near the ramp, Powermaster starts looking under the ring and he pulls two bags and hands them to Michaels who sets them on the ring apron. Then he helps Powermaster pull out a plywood board with barbed wire stuck in it and they quickly place it on the table then each quickly grab one of the bags that Michaels set on the ring apron and they each open on and dump the contents of each bag on the table.
JR: “It’s broken glass and thumbtacks!”
Bombshell sets up the ladder in the ring and Michaels and Powermaster each slide two more ladders into the ring, and set them up next to the one Bombshell set up and they then slide out of the ring. Bombshell picks up Blaster and sets him up for a Powerbomb but Blaster starts fighting his way out of the attempt and runs off the ropes to try and nail Bombshell with a flying forearm smash but Bombshell grabs him and sets him up for a Choke slam but Blaster elbows him and breaks free of his grasp. Blaster quickly picks up a steel chair and hits Bombshell over the head with it, but it doesn’t affect him, in fact it fires him up and as Blaster goes for another chair shot, Bombshell punches the chair into Blaster’s already bloody face!
Bombshell picks up Blaster over his shoulder and drops him face first on the top turnbuckle pad.
RK: “Blaster just rolled Snakes-Eyes!”
He then propped him up in the corner and turned around and nailed him a series of rapid elbow shots to the side of the head!
Staggering out of the corner Bombshell picks up Blaster and drops him a massive Side Slam! Bombshell then points to the AWF IC title belt and starts slowly climbing up the ladders, but still favoring his knee and worn out from the match allows Blaster to start climbing up the ladder too.
Suddenly from out of nowhere Cane Deathscream and The Real Deal appear each with a steel chair and they nail Michaels and Powermaster then throwing them into the ring steps!
JR: “Where the hell did they come from?!”
RK: “I don’t know but it looks like they’re handcuffing Powermaster and Michaels to the ring posts!”
As Bombshell is about to grab the AWF IC title belt Mr. Back, kendo stick in hand, jumps over the guardrail and he slides into the ring and hits Bombshell in the back of both his knees with the Kendo stick! Bombshell lets out of a scream pain, as his knees buckle but they get caught in between the rungs of the ladder and he is hung upside down on the ladder! Blaster is able to unfasten the belt and wins the match!
THII: “The winner of the match and still AWF IC Champion, ‘Y3B’ Myles Blaster!”
All of the fans boo at the announcement but as Blaster is about half way down the ladder, D-Extreme slides into the ring with a Hockey Stick and smashes Blaster in the back with the Hockey stick so hard that he breaks the Hockey Stick in half. As Blaster, drops the belt on to the mat as he struggles to hold on to the ladder, D-Extreme rips his shirt off. Then D-Extreme grabs Blaster off the ladder, before he falls and holds him on his back and tosses him over the top rope and Blaster lands on the table with barbed wire board, thumbtacks and glass! D-Extreme quickly picks up the AWF IC title belt and drops it on top of the prone champion.
D-Extreme pulls out a pair handcuffs linked together and he cuffs them to Bombshell’s ankles as Back pulls out another pair and cuffs one side to a rung on the other side of the ladder and to the chain of the ankle cuffs.
Back grabs Terri’s microphone and speaks.
CSCB: “Bonito! I know you and the rest of the Revolution are in the back looking at the monitors unable to leave your locker room because the new member of the nTo locked the door! I said on Warzone that the nTo would kill two birds with one ladder well D-Extreme just took care of Y3B and now its payback time!”
Back and D-Extreme hit the levers that make the ladder fold up and slam the ladder down to the mat and Bombshell screams in unbelievable pain.
CSCB: “Did you think that the nTo would forgive you for this betrayal, Alex? You and David should have known that we will NEVER forgive you did to Josh Leyh and for joining the Revolution, and this is just a sample of what will happen tonight and in the Xtreme War Games! The nTo goes old school tonight! Tonight the world will remember why the nTo is the gang that rules!”
X-WCW comes back from the commercial break and we see Christopher “Cyberstrike” Back and D-Extreme inside the ring. It seems that the ringside crew has already collected the mess and the bodies of Bombshell and Y3B from the previous match and the area looks brand new.
JR: “Welcome back to Nitro! Before the commercial break we saw the Xtreme ladder match between ‘Y3B’ Myles Scott Blaster and the so-called ‘Mad Bomber’ Alex Bombshell.”
RK:” And we also saw their decimation at the hands of Team X-S and the nTo!”
The fans cheer as the cameras zoom into D-Extreme who has a microphone in his hand. On him, we see the AWF tag team championship titles hanging on his shoulders.
D-Ex: “Yes, that’s right; me and CB here just schooled a couple of jack asses before the commercials hit. But that’s not what I’m here to talk about. Recently, since the purchase of the AWF by the X-WCW, there have been fans all over the world asking me about the AWF Tag Team championship. Before the AWF closed, after numerous aborted revival projects by the company itself, the Serial Slackaz, were the AWF Tag Team Champions. So as of now, I’m holding one half of the title while the other is still questionable at the moment. It is a fact that indeed my former partner and co-slacker Ignavus is enjoying the retired life of a pro-wrestler, so there is no doubt he’ll come back for two reasons. First, he is telling me he is having a good gig sitting on his couch and sleeping all day, something I might do in a few years. Second, just like me, he might be a bit too lazy to return so…that’s just too bad, but more power to you buddy!”
D-Extreme gives thumbs up motion in front of the camera before he speaks again
D-Ex: “But yes, since he is retired, that means the X-WCW has allowed me to pick a NEW partner to be the other AWF tag team champion. Now I’ve tagged with Igz in the dying days of the AWF and formed a bond. So it’s a tough decision as to who I want to hand this other piece of gold to….”
D-Ex peer towards CB’s direction and grins
D-Ex: “But remember, before there was the Serial Slackaz and my second AWF tag team reign, there was my FIRST AWF Tag Team reign with someone named Cyberstrike. So who better to fill the void than the man who became my first tag team partner and helped me win this piece of hardware 8 years ago, right?”
JR: “It is a fact that D-Extreme won his first AWF Tag Team Championship Title with the man inside the ring with him, Christopher Back. That was about 2 years before winning the said titles back with Ignavus.”
RK: “Someone’s been reading up history haven’t they?”
JR: “It pays to know your history, King.”
The fans cheer for this announcement while D-Ex hands over one of the tag belts to CB. Chris Back applauds after getting the belt and is handed the microphone by D-Extreme.
RK: “I just hope he doesn’t cry like he just won Miss America or anything. He IS the boss right? So I doubt that’s gonna happen…but still…”
JR: “It won’t happen, King. Don’t worry.”
The fans chant “X-S!” around the ringside area as Chris Back starts to speak.
CB: “Thank you for being such a gracious friend to me, D. However; I cannot accept this title in this kind of situation. For me, I’ll accept it once we defeat RNR so there will be no one that will say that I didn’t earn it. So if we win, we will be christened as the new AWF Tag Team Champions. But if we lose to RNR, the titles go to their direction, is that a deal D?”
D-Extreme just smiles and gives his friend a nod.
CB: “Well then that settles i…”
Before CB could continue his speech, Erik Summers and Sean O’Con step into ringside and the fans boo them.
ES: “Hold on, hold on just one minute!”
The fans continue to boo and chant “Asshole” at the D-Next duo.
RK: “The crowd is really giving it to Sean and Erik.”
JR: “These X-WCW fans know that these men are not only from the old rival federation, but they are total jackasses.”
RK: “No. That’s just you talking, JR. Now quit being so negative about these two. I think they got something to say here.”
SC: “What’s going on here guys? Is this really gonna happen?”
Sean O’Con and Erik Summers, the duo known as D-Next, slowly walk down the ramp way and look to be heading to the ring.
ES: “Well Sean, it seems like it. These two idiots are yapping all over the ringside arena as if they think we give a damn about what they gotta say.”
CB and D-Ex glare at the two former AWF stars that slowly enter the wrestling ring. Soon, the two men go to the center of the ring and stare down Team X-S.
ES: “IF there is any team who have the right to challenge you idiots for the AWF Tag Team Titles, it should be US! Remember, it only took me and Sean a minute or less to take those titles away from you.”
SC: “That’s right boys, who better to face you than the team that humiliated you two and took away your first AWF Tag Team Title reign? Think about it, as much as you hate the Revolution, you hate us more. Your beef is with us, has been traced long into the history of the AWF and the X-WCW. Doesn’t it make you want to beat us more instead of Tony Bonito’s two bitches?”
CB and D-Ex stay silent before CB lifts his mic.
CB: “You know, you got a point there Erik, but that won’t change anything here. You want a shot at these titles, that’s fine, but not tonight. But since we are on the subject of title shots, on Warzone, D-Next and just about every X-WCW tag team will compete in a tag team battle royal to have a shot at the X-WCW World Tag Team Titles.”
JR: “A tag team battle royal on Warzone?!”
RK: “Yes, JR, I think your ears are not working properly if you didn’t hear that correctly. It’s gonna be D-Next and a few others competing in that match to get a shot at the X-WCW World Tag Team Titles.”
CB: “Now, I think you guys got what you wanted don’t you? You got your well deserved air-time in the X-WCW, now why don’t you get lost before we beat you up so bad you’ll be walking up that ramp licking your wounds?”
D-Next look at each other before Sean O’Con gets the mic.
SC: “How about we don’t and you will do nothing and like it?”
The tension is filled at ringside and the crowd could feel it. But before anyone in the ring would strike the other, we notice a few X-WCW security personnel storm into the ring and go between the two teams. Soon, they turn their attention to D-Next and restrain them.
CB: “No. How about we watch you get dragged out of the ringside area, while you can’t do anything and like it?”
D-Ex: “Sounds like a good idea to me!”
D-Next shoves the security away and they just walk out of the ring.
ES: “You guys will get what’s coming to you…we promise that!”
X-WCW heads for a commercial break as Team X-S watch D-Next exit ringside.
X-WCW TV Championship
Mike Magnus vs. “The Scorpion” Jack Blade©
THII: “Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall with a 20 minute time-limit, and it is for the X-WCW Television Championship! Introducing first…”
“To The Pain” by Nonpoint hits the speakers and former X-WCW TV champion Mike Magnus makes his way on the stage.
THII: “Introducing first, from Baltimore Maryland….he stands 5’10 and weighing in at 217 lbs…the challenger….MIIIIIIIKE MAAAAAAGNUUUUUS!!!”
The challenger walks confidently down the ramp way, while tagging hands from his fans. He is getting a lot of positive feedback as he makes his way to the squared-circle. The former TV champion climbs into the ring and raises both hands to cheers from the arena.
JR: “Here is the former X-WCW television champion King. He defeated Sandy Drake in order to win that title at Starrcade Revolution, now he has a chance to become a two-time champion.”
RK: “Well he did lose it in a TLC match, he was never pinned and he never submit. Still, Jack Blade is just too darn good; he is going to have his way with him.”
“You Know My Name” by Chris O’Donnell hits the speakers and the crowd starts to send boo’s throughout the arena. The lights go out as the song plays.
THII: “And his opponent, from Parts Unknown, he stands 6’3 and weighs in at 225 lbs….he is the current X-WCW Television champioooon…JAAAAACK “THE SCORPIOOOON” BLAAAAAAAAADE!!!!”
When the lights cut back on, TSJB is standing in the middle of the ring with the X-WCW TV title around his waist. The champ removes the title and hands it to the referee, but still soaks in the hate from the crowd with a cocky smirk on his face.
RK: “Just look at that poise JR, he has no chance of losing to Mike Magnus. I can feel an aura emitting from him, he is going all out tonight.”
Blade’s music cuts off and the two superstars look each other in the eye. The bell finally rings about a good minute later to start the match. Mike Magnus comes off aggressively and initiates a lock-up. It looks like a stalemate, the bigger Jack Blade is not able to push around the smaller Mike Magnus, but he trips Mike out of nowhere and backs up. The TV champ smirks as Mike gets back up. They initiate a tie-up again, but this time, Jack starts to bully Mike towards the turnbuckle.
The Television champion gets pushed back first into the turnbuckle. A struggle goes on for a couple seconds until the referee gets in between the two superstars. Jack Blade puts his hands up and backs off as the referee gets out of the way. All of a sudden, he tries for a sneaky clothesline. Luckily for Mike, he ducks out of the way. When Jack realizes he missed and turns around, Mike hits him with 2 quick snap jabs to the jaw.
JR: “A couple quick jabs to the face by Magnus, looks like he stunned the champ there King.”
Blade takes a few steps forward, enough for Mike Magnus to take his opponent down with a nice drop-toe-hold. The TV champ rolls to his feet, lucky enough to duck an incoming clothesline from Mike Magnus. Right then and there, he turns around with a stiff kick to Magnus’s gut, then takes him down with a hard Jake The Snake like DDT! He attempts a pin fall right there.
JR: “What a hard DDT King!”
RK: “Here it is, 1…2…thr, kick out! Whoa, he actually kicked out of that; I thought it was over right there. His head bounced off of the mat like a basketball.”
JR: “I agree with you there partner, that looked like the end.”
Blade mounts Magnus and starts giving him MMA style ground punches. Mike blocks some, but also is the recipient of a couple as well. Blade tries to fake Mike out with a punch and it looks like it works. Only problem is that when Jack swings, Magnus moves his head and the champion hits the mat. Mike uses Jack’s own momentum to push over and assume mount position. Only this time, he grabs Jack’s arm and attempts a ground armbar.
He locks it in, and the champion screams in pain as Mike pulls and pulls on his arm. About 40 seconds into the hold, Blade has had enough. He screams “NO” to the referee about giving up and then turns to get on all fours. He gets on both feet and uses unfound strength to actually lift Magnus from the canvas! With everything he has, he slams the challenger back first, then holds onto his own shoulder right when Mike lets go.
As Mike lies on the canvas rubbing his back in pain, the champion starts to unleash the boots on him. You can still see that Jack Blade’s right arm is still in a bit pain as he winces and grabs his arm with each stomp. 5 of them later, he helps Mike Magnus to his feet. With no hesitation, the bigger man uses his left arm to set Mike up for a backbreaker. He gets him up and drops Mike back first on his knee.
JR: “A vicious looking backbreaker by the television champion King.”
RK: “Ouch, I can feel my back breaking with Mike’s.”
Blade attempts another pin fall.
JR: “1…2..shoulder up by Magnus. I don’t think he has it in him to kick out right now.”
Mike is rolled over by his opponent and hit in the lower back with a standing knee drop. Jack Blade wastes no time and hits his opponent with the same tactic two more times. The champion then helps Mike Magnus up, only to take him back down with a snap suplex, but he holds on Eddie Guerrero style. When he gets back on his two feet, he hits Magnus with a regular suplex, holds on and gets back up one more time.
RK: “This kid is methodical right now JR. He is taking a relentless attack to Mike’s back. He just hit him with a snap and regular suplex.”
JR: “He is still holding on King, looks like he might try a vertical suplex next.”
RK: “Well no duh, Sherlock Holmes.”
JR: “….Anyway…”
Blade goes for the last one, and attempts to hold Mike up for a couple of seconds, but you can see his arm is starting to give away. Mike starts kicking, and kicks his way out of this painful predicament and behind Jack Blade. He wraps his arms around Jack and hits the champion with a release German suplex!”
Mike slowly crawls to his opponent and attempts a pin fall.
JR: “1…2..kickout by the TV champ.”
Mike slowly struggles to get to his feet, but he still gets there. The challenger then helps his opponent up by his hurting left arm and hits a few punches on it. He then twists it and starts to hit the champion with a few Scott Hall-like shoulder charges to Jack’s left arm. He then twists him again and takes him down with an arm drag.
With that move completed, the challenger charges the champion who is just getting up after the arm drag. However, it seems like Jack Blade scouted this and hits him with a powerslam. The ring shakes from the impact as both superstars lay on the canvas. With both superstars down, the referee starts the 10 count.
RK: “See, Blade is up very early, I am telling you he is going to win this fight.”
Blade is the first one to get up, and while Mike starts to turn up a bit, Jack attempts another pin fall. This time, Mike kicks out at 1, so the champ hits him with a few ground punches then attempts another one.
Mike gets his arm up at one again, which makes Blade get a little angry. He gets up and helps his challenger up, then takes him back down with a nice scoop slam in the middle of the ring. Blade heads over to the turnbuckle, and this time climbs to the top. The champion then dives off and connects with a big splash from the top turnbuckle. He then attempts another pin fall.
JR: “1…2…thr-kickout again! Mike Magnus has a lot of Maxi I tell ya King.”
RK: “Alright Jack Blade, it’s time to finish this kid.”
As if he heard Randall King himself, he signals for “The Nightmare Of the Scorpion”. He helps Mike up and sets him up for his unprettier. Unfortunately, Mike pushes Jack Blade off. Jack hits the ropes and on the rebound, almost takes his head off with a running big boot. The TV champ starts to get furious and helps Mike up again.
RK: “Looks like something creative here JR. He helps Magnus up again and gets behind him. The champ looks like he is sitting him on his shoulders.”
JR: “You can see the pain in his eyes when he does that. I think he is going for the electric cha-VICTORY ROLL UP BY MAGNUS!”
RK: “1…2…3, what the hell just happened!? Mike just snuck a victory in!”
“To The Pain” by Nonpoint hits the speakers as the replay shows Mike Magnus turning an electric chair attempt into a victory roll pin fall.
THII: “Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this bout by pin fall and NEW, X-WCW TELEVISION CHAMPIOOON, MIIIIKE MAAAAGNUUUS!!!”
Mike rolls out of the ring as Jack Blade looks surprised and upset at the same time. The referee hands Mike his new belt and he raises it in the air in victory while Jack Blade stands in shock.
JR: “He caught Jack unexpectedly, that’s what won Mike the match.”
RK: “He took a lot of punishment King, and he hit him with a move that was least expected.”
JR: “Great match, but we have more action for you guys so don’t go anywhere!”
X-WCW Xtreme Championship
Xtreme Rules Match
Judge Death vs. Justin Sane (c)
THII: “Ladies & Gentlemen! The following contest is an Xtreme Rules match for the X-WCW Xtreme championship! The rules are simple, you can win an Xtreme Rules match by making your submit inside the ring only, or by pin fall or standing 10-Count outside of the ring. Introducing first…the challenger!!”
“Out of the Silent Planet” by Iron Maiden hits the speakers, and the crowd gives a pretty good reaction.
THII: “From Dead World, standing 6’0 and weighing in at 100 lbs…JUUUUUDGE DEEAAAAATH!!!”
JD emerges from the curtains in his usual eerie fashion. The former X-WCW Xtreme champion slowly walks down the ramp-way with a sly smirk on his face. He stops in front of the ring and stares at it for a few seconds.
JR: “This man is one of the superstars that made it into Bloodbath IV’s main event! He has a shot at the X-WCW World title. Right now King, he has a chance to bring the Xtreme title with him.”
RK: “The insane thing about this freak is he is barely 100 pounds…but he is so strong!”
JD slides into the ring and awaits his opponent. “Two Weeks” by All That Remains hits the speakers and the crowd continues to go insane.
THII: “And his opponent, from Davidson, Michigan, he stands at 5’10 and weighs in at 173 lbs…he is the current X-WCW XTREME CHAMPIOOOOON, JUUUUUUSTIIIIIIIN SAAAAANE!!!”
JS comes out on a snowboard on his shoulder and the X-WCW Xtreme championship on his left shoulder. He then sits the board on the ground and gets on it, he then starts to slide down the ramp way!
RK: “And what is this fool doing right now JR?”
JR: “He is sliding down the ramp with a snowboard King!”
As soon as he gets close enough he jumps up really high and lands on the apron, then poses for the crowd. They chant his name as he removes the board and climbs into the ring, raising his title high in the air. Justin Sane then locks eyes with Judge Death as he gets himself ready for battle.
JR: “The last time these two met, it was a one sided affair. Lets see what Justin learned from that humiliating defeat.”
The bell rings and the two circle around each other. They go for a lock-up, but at the last second Justin ducks under JD and gets behind him. The former Xtreme champion realizes he missed and spins around with a quick spinning backhand. Sane ducks that and retaliates with a quick three right hand combo and follows it up with a dropkick! JD rolls a bit before he gets up and when he does, Sane is there. The champion starts alternating between right and left hands. Judge Death reels into the ropes as he takes punishment, but it seems as if he is taking them well.
RK: “That skinny freak is barely affected!”
Sane realizes this and hits a dropsault that flips JD over the top rope and onto the floor. JD lands on his feet, to the crowd’s amazement. Sane, who also landed on his feet with the dropsault, jumps onto the middle rope and hits a shooting star press from the middle rope outside of the ring onto his opponent. The crowd chant “HOLY SHIT” in unison for the great show of athleticism. The referee looks like he is about to start a 10-count, but Sane gets to his feet since he landed on Judge Death. The Insane One see’s the snowboard he bought to the ring and grabs it.
Judge Death, who is now on all fours, rises to his feet. Justin Sane charges and swings the board at his opponent, but Death catches it and smiles.
JR: “JD has blocked the snowboard shot.”
RK:”This does not look good for the Xtreme champ.”
JD starts to lift the board up while Justin holds onto it. Sane lets go of it, but gets it broken over the top of his head for his troubles. Sane drops like a sack of bricks and Judge Death smiles. He grabs the champion by the hair and helps him to his feet, then drags him over to the barricade. Without hesitation, the former champion starts to relentlessly slam Sane’s head into the barricade over and over again.
JR: “This is sick King; he is just destroying poor Justin’s face!”
RK: “I guess Sane is getting his own ugly maker eh JR?”
After the 9th time, Death slams Justin’s head into the barricade once more and the champ falls backwards. He looks exhausted and beaten already. JD wastes no time and attempts a pin fall.
JR: “1…2…thr-kickout! The first pin fall of the match was almost the last one, Sane is in serious trouble right now King.”
RK: “I see that JR, this is not looking good for our Xtreme champion.”
Justin Sane is helped up, but then hit with some hard right hands. You can see that his forehead is bleeding from the barricade incident, but he still stands as he is being punished with fists. Judge Death then picks his opponent up and puts him on his shoulder. JD easily gets a running start and rams Justin’s head into the ring post! He then turns around and drops him with a hard tombstone pile driver! Judge Death attempts another pin fall, but Justin shows great heart and kicks out.
JD shakes his head and drags Sane towards the barricade; he then catapults him over it and into the crowd! JD then climbs over the barricade and helps Justin to his feet. The dazed champion hits JD with a left hand, but JD hits him right back, which causes him to stumble. He takes Sane down with a stiff clothesline, and then picks up a metal pipe that was conveniently lying on the floor. He waits for Justin to get up then attempts to hit him with it. At the last second, Sane ducks and JD hits a fan.
Justin uses this time to hit JD with a European uppercut twice, and then hits him with a huge standing Hurrucarana. Both superstars stay down, and the ref, who climbed the barricade himself and reaches the two superstars, starts a 10 count.
At 5, both superstars make it to their feet at the same time.
JD, who climbed over the barricade, then decides to head over to the announcer’s table and grabs the Xtreme title. He turns around and clocks a charging Justin Sane with the title and knocks the champion back down. Immediately after that, he starts a rabid attack on the champ by mounting him and sending hard punches to the forehead.
RK: “JR, this guy is not showing any mercy right now.”
JR: “You are right about that one King.”
After about the 12th punch, JD rises and Justin lays there motionless. The referee decides to count. At 7, Justin is almost completely standing. The champion gets on both feet, but finds himself staring eye to eye with his challenger. Judge Death then head butts him as hard as he can, creating a gash on Justin’s already bleeding head. JD then puts Justin on his shoulder, turns around and charges full speed towards the ring post. At the last second, Justin wiggles free and pushes JD into the ring post.
The challenger’s head bounces off of the post and when he turns around, Justin takes him down with the hardest clothesline of his career! The crowd is in awe as Justin clotheslines Judge Death.
JR: “Good Gawd! He just took Death’s head off King! That was very Bradshaw-like!”
As the count starts, Justin gets to his feet and goes under the ring. He pulls out a huge sheet of glass.
RK: “This isn’t looking good JR. Judge Death has a sheet of glass in his hands, but he also has a sledgehammer lying right next to him as well.”
JR: “JD has gotten to his feet.”
Right when JR acknowledges the challenger getting to his feet, Justin slams the glass over his head, it shatters and JD goes in daze mode. The strange thing is he is still standing.
Sane, who is shocked of this, picks up the sledgehammer next to him.
RK: “This is strange JR, the guy is just standing there, and it looks like he is already knocked out!”
JR: “Sane has the ham-OH BAH GAWD, HE JUST DESTROYED JUDGE DEATH!”
RK: “WHOAAAAA!!!!”
As JR began to describe what Sane was about to do, Justin took the sledgehammer and hit is opponent as hard as he can horizontally right on the temple. JD drops down as Justin looks at what he just did. The referee is in shock at the blow, but starts counting after staring for an additional few seconds.
JR: “1…2…3…4…5, no sign of movement King! 8…9…10, this one is over!”
RK: “Judge Death might really be dead here…and I don’t mean zombie dead, I mean like when zombies die dead.”
THII: “The winner of this bout and still X-WCW Xtreme champion….JUuuuuuuuuuuuusTIIIIIN SAAAAAAAAAAAANE!!!”
The championship is handed to Justin as “Two Weeks” from All That Remains hits the speakers once again. He slowly heads up the ramp-way as JD gets helped up.
JR: “Justin Sane continues his dominant reign as the Xtreme champion. He might be the greatest Xtreme champ we have ever had King.”
RK: “You might be right. We got more coming for you though ladies and gents don’t touch that dial!”
#1 Contendership to the X-WCW U.S. Championship
No Disqualification
Triple Threat Match
Nightmare vs. “The Renegade” Ron Michaels vs. Andrew Radon
THII: “The following match is for the number one Contendership to the X-WCW U.S. Championship and is a no disqualification triple threat match, set for one fall!
Challenger number one from somewhere Out West, representing the Revolution he is “The Renegade” Ron Michaels! “
“Hurt” by Johnny Cash plays and Michaels walks down the ramp as the boo him!
JR: “While Michaels isn’t winning any popularity contests he is determined to be the number one contender to the US title and he is no stranger to gold he’s a former X-WCW Xtreme Champion.”
RK: “Also added that he’s a member of the Revolution and the nTo have already injured Alex Bombshell a member of both the Triad and of the Revolution as well and the nTo are still on the warpath tonight”.
THII: “Challenger number two now residing in Knoxville, Tennessee; he is Andrew Radon!”
“30/30.150” by Stone Sour plays and Radon is met by a chorus of boos.
JR: “Formerly known as The Great One, Radon is also no stranger to gold, being a former X-WCW TV Champion and one half of the X-WCW World Tag Team Champions with Karl Baller.”
RK: “Radon is long overdue for a win, and I think tonight he will become the new #1 contender to the X-WCW US Championship, a title he has almost won.”
THII: “The third and final challenger from your living nightmare, here is Nightmare!”
Metallica’s “For Whom the Bell Tolls” hits and the fans start cheering as Nightmare makes his down the ramp towards the ring.
JR: “Nightmare is already one of the four finalists in the Double 8 Tournament he will be in the main event at Bloodbath 4, as well being a former X-WCW TV and X-WCW Xtreme Champion.”
RK: “No way about it Nightmare is on a roll as of late, but can he focus? He knows that he is in his first-ever X-WCW World Championship title match but he has problems with both Judge Death and Rocky Davis, both of whom want a piece of his hide.”
The three men are in the ring and the referee signals for the bell and the match begins. Radon and Michaels quickly double team Nightmare beating him down in a corner and Radon puts his boot across Nightmare’s throat, while Michaels slides out of the ring and starts looking for weapons and he pulls out a steel chain and wraps it around his fist. The ref pulls Radon off of Nightmare’s throat as Michaels slides back into the ring, Nightmare is back on his feet when Rocky Davis runs down the ramp and pulls him out of the ring and the two start brawling on the floor as the ref leaves the ring to break up Nightmare and Davis, Michaels spins Radon and decks him with the chain wrapped around his fist. Michaels starts yelling at the ref when a man dressed in black and wearing a black mask and an nTo jacket armed with a steel chair slides into the ring and nails Michaels in the back with the chair and he quickly drops the chair and nails Michaels with an inverted DDT on the chair and drapes Radon over the unconscious Michaels. The ref unable to control the chaos going on outside of the ring sees Radon pinning Michaels slides back in makes the three-count!
THII: “The winner of this match and new number one contender to the X-WCW U.S. Championship Andrew Radon!”
While all this goes on Rocky Davis throws Nightmare face first into the ring steps and then picks him and drops chest first on the guardrail and he starts choking him as X-WCW security comes down to break it up.
JR: “Davis is still upset about Nightmare ruining his wedding!”
RK: “I think it’s more than that Davis is making statement no more Mr. Nice Guy!”
AWF Tag Team Championship
Team X-S vs. RNR
We go back from the commercial break to the ringside area.
THII: “The following tag team match is scheduled for one fall and is for the AWF Tag Team Championships!”
“No Chance” by dope plays and we see the crowd rise to its feet in anticipation of the duo of Christopher Back and D-Extreme. Seconds later, the duo arrives ringside to a loud chorus of cheers from the capacity crowd. D-Ex and CB bump knuckles before they march down the ramp way.
THII: “Introducing first, at a combined weight of 498 pounds, the team of Christopher Back and D-Extreme…TEAM X-S!!!”
The two enter the ring at separate sides and pose for the fans.
JR: “Say what you want about Christopher Back, he could’ve accepted D-Extreme’s offer to become AWF Tag Team Champions again but he decided that he wanted to earn it by beating RNR! Christopher Back and D-Extreme, the two icons of the X-WCW and the iconic members of the nTo, throughout their careers they have either fought each other or fought together. Tonight, they certainly will be on the same side as they take on the Revolution’s RNR.”
RK: “These two have a score to settle with Bonito’s flunkies as much as they wanna settle it with the man himself. Remember JR, it was Rage and Rayne who helped Bonito to take out Chris Back. And D-Extreme, well let’s just say he also has some past beef with R.E. Rage.”
JR: “Indeed, I think Back and D-Extreme have been waiting to take on these two as much as anyone from the Revolution, ESPECIALLY Bonito and Crook.”
D-Ex and CB look on the stage and await their opponents. The footage at ringside goes onto wide-screen mode while the drumbeats of “Filmstar” by Suede start to play in the PA system. The guitar riffs fills in the speakers while the strobe lights are in full effect at ringside. R.E. Rage and Brett Rayne enter the ringside area to a loud round of boos by the crowd.
Filmstar, propping up the bar, driving in a car, it looks so easy,
Filmstar, propping up the bar, driving in a car tonight,
Filmstar, giving it class, living it fast, it looks so easy,
Filmstar, giving it class, living it fast tonight
R.E. Rage and Brett Rayne are wearing some expensive fur coats and shades on the stage while the X-WCW Tag Team belts are both on their waists. The ring crew rolls a red carpet down the ramp. As the carpet is eventually completed, the two men walk down the ramp while the crowd boos loudly at them.
THII: “And their opponents at a combined weight of 475 lbs, they are the team of R.E. Rage and Brett Rayne...R-N-R!!!”
Rage and Rayne look onto the ring as they are still outside. The two teams stare down each other while RNR’s music still blares on.
RK: “Whoa boy, the tension is already around the ringside area JR. The match hasn’t even started and you can just feel the utter contempt between these two teams.”
JR: “King that may be one right assessment of the situation right now. RNR and Team X-S, as we said, have a lot of history with each other outside of this nTo/Revolution feud. RNR was responsible for Back’s injury and D-Extreme and R.E. Rage have a notable feud outside the ring dating back to 2005.”
RK: “Add to the fact that both teams are two of the top teams in the X-WCW today adds to the gravity of this matchup.”
RNR eventually slide into the ring and charge at Team X-S. All four men start to brawl inside the ring. We see Brett Rayne and Christopher Back punching away on each other while D-Extreme and R.E. Rage slug it out.
RK: “It’s a brawl inside that ring JR! All four of them just want a piece of the opposing team in any way they can!”
JR: “I agree, King, the match’s intensity just picked up even before the bell has rung!”
D-Extreme stuns R.E. Rage with some hard shots to the gut and the head and sends him reeling towards the nearby ropes. D-Ex follows him over there, and in the spirit of Mick Foley, clotheslines Rage and himself over the ropes. With Christopher Back and Brett Rayne still slugging it out inside the ring, the referee sounds the bell to officially start the match.
JR: “The bell has rung and it’s Rayne and Back who’ll start this matchup.”
Brett Rayne kicks CB to the gut and tries to send him into the ropes. The whip is reversed and Chris Back anticipates for BR to head back to him for a back body drop. Brett Rayne stops in front of CB and delivers a kick to his sternum before scooping him up for the body slam. Rayne delivers some elbow drops to the chest of CB while he is down on the mat. BR waits for CB to get to his feet before attempting the playboy kick. Rayne misses and CB blasts him with a hard forearm smash over the face.
JR: “Brett Rayne tries to do the playboy kick early in the match and he just paid for it. Christopher Back has Brett Rayne on his grasps and delivers a couple of hard knees to the gut of his opponent. Back, with a kick to the gut of Brett Rayne, bounces off the ropes and takes him down with a spinning neck breaker!”
RK: “Christopher Back is showing his ring expertise early on and no sign of ring rust.”
Christopher Back waits for Brett Rayne to get up before delivering some stiff kicks to the side of his opponent and a snap mare. With Rayne sitting, CB bounces off the ropes and delivers a basement dropkick right on the back of his opponent. Brett Rayne screams in agony after the kick and rolls around the mat. Christopher Back stalks a recovering Brett Rayne. CB approaches Rayne, but BR sees him and rolls out of the ring. The fans are not too pleased with this strategy and boo the RNR member.
RK: “Some smart thinking here by Brett Rayne. The fans may not approve but this gives him some time to recuperate outside.”
Chris Back slides to the outside of the ring and the chase is on. Brett runs away from Christopher Back while the latter chases him. At one point, Brett Rayne runs past his corner where R.E. Rage jumps down from the apron and blocks CB’s way. Brett Rayne, by that time, slides back in the ring while CB stares down at Rage momentarily before he slides back himself. Christopher Back gets back to the ring but is met by a running clothesline by Brett Rayne.
RK: “What did I tell ya JR? This man is smart! Haha!”
JR: “I can hand you that, King. He did use his brain there to outwit the more experienced Christopher Back.”
CB gets to his feet but Brett Rayne meets him with some clubs to the back and drags him to the nearby corner. BR isolates Back to his corner. Brett Rayne delivers a couple of shoulder charges to his opponent’s midsection before he tags out to R.E. Rage. Rayne and Rage stomp a mud hole on Back at the corner before they pull him out of it. RNR whip Chris Back into the ropes and send him to the mat with a double hip toss. Rayne goes to his corner while R.E. Rage slaps around the head of a recovering Christopher Back.
JR: “The ever arrogant R.E. Rage is just jawing at his opponent, I doubt that is a smart thing to do at this stage of the match.”
Rage grabs CB and whips him into the ropes. CB takes down Rage on the rebound with a spinning forearm smash. He waits for Rage to get to his feet before he delivers a kick to the mid-section and a snap suplex for good measure. Christopher Back picks up R.E. Rage and delivers a series of punches to the body before he tries to back him into the nearby corner. R.E. Rage rakes the face of Chris Back before he turns the tables. On the corner, R.E. Rage begins to choke Chris Back with his boot.
JR: “That despicable Rage! He’s just using his boot to choke the life out of his opponent.”
The referee would force to break the choke on Chris Back on the corner. Rage breaks the chokehold on Chris Back and goes over to the corner of D-Extreme to deliver a slap to the face of his opponent. This incites the anger of the bigger man and he tries to enter the ring. However, the referee sees D-Extreme enter and restrains him while telling him to head back to his corner. While the referee’s back is turned, RNR are now double teaming CB on the corner with Brett Rayne holding CB from behind and R.E. Rage pummeling his opponent from top to bottom.
JR: “The dastardly duo known as RNR are working on CB at that corner!”
RK: “These two are pure genius!”
Brett Rayne lets go of CB as the referee’s attention is taken back to the action inside the ring. R.E. Rage drags CB into his corner and tags out to Brett Rayne. RNR whip Chris Back across the ropes, but unbeknownst to them, D-Extreme sneaks in and pats the back of his partner to get into the match.
JR: “RNR duck down and seem to be going for a double back body drop, but the referee surely saw the tag being made right now. CB on the rebound, delivers a kick to the sternum of R.E. Rage while D-Extreme comes charging in to deliver a big boot to the face of Brett Rayne!”
RK: “Team X-S might have turned the tide on this one already!”
CB heads back to his corner, leaving D-Extreme to club away on the back of Brett Rayne. After a couple of clubs on his back area, Brett Rayne tries to stay away from D-Ex and clings onto the ropes. D-Extreme follows him there but receives a kick to the gut for his troubles. Brett Rayne uses the opportunity to deliver some stiff elbows and forearms to the head of his opponent before he backs him into the corner. There, Brett Rayne delivers some hard chops to the chest of D-Extreme. D-Extreme, however, would fight back and deliver some chops of his own to the playboy. D-Extreme grabs Brett Rayne by the head and rams him face first onto the turnbuckle 3 straight times. After the third time, D-Extreme bounces off the other end of the ring and comes back with a running big boot to the face of his opponent.
JR: “D-Extreme, with the bounce off the ropes, takes down the playboy with a big boot to the face!”
RK: “Those size 13 boots just put a mark on the face of the playboy, JR.”
Brett Rayne gets to his feet, but D-Extreme is there to grab a hold of him and whip him across the ropes. Brett Rayne, with the bounce off the ropes, is captured by D-Extreme and taken down with a power slam.
JR: “A power slam by D-Extreme and he hooks the leg for the pin: 1-2-and a kick out by Brett Rayne.”
RK: “That was one strong power slam that shook the ring, JR; I wonder why the playboy got to kick out of that one.”
JR: “Either luck, or it’s just too early for him to get pinned, King. D-Extreme, with that deadly gaze towards the recovering Brett Rayne seems to have something planned here.”
RK: “He looks like a stalker right now, JR, a stalker who is ready to devour his prey.”
D-Extreme approaches the recovering Brett Rayne, but momentarily, we see R.E. Rage distracting the referee by getting in. While the referee restrains R.E. Rage, Brett Rayne delivers a low blow D-Extreme. The fans boo as Brett Rayne does the illegal maneuver behind the referee’s back.
JR: “That despicable…”
RK: “Did you see that JR?! HAHAHAHA! I like RNR for doing things like this.”
JR: “Though you might be amused on this spectacle, King, I am not. This is a match that needs to be fair and square, not one that should be bastardize because of their cheating ways!”
RK: “Oh lighten up JR and go down from your moral high horse will ya?”
Brett Rayne rolls up D-Extreme for the pin and the referee’s attention returns to the match.
RK: “The count is being made: 1-2-KICKOUT BY D-EXTREME!”
JR: “After that low blow, that’s just amazing!”
Brett Rayne has a look of shock on his face after the kick out. He shakes his head and picks up his opponent. BR kicks D-Extreme in the gut before he bounces off the ropes and delivers a basement dropkick right on the knee of his opponent. D-Extreme goes down on one knee before he crumples over. Brett Rayne starts to focus on the knee of D-Extreme with some well placed stomps. Seconds later, he puts it in a leg lock and D-Extreme is seen having a painful expression on his face.
JR: “D-Extreme has a history with a bad knee and Brett Rayne is capitalizing on that said problem.”
RK: “D-Extreme better tag out, he’s really in a fix right now.”
Brett Rayne let’s goes of the leg lock but still has D-Extreme’s leg in his grasps. He slowly turns D-Ex around and locks him in a single leg crab. D-Extreme struggles to shake Brett Rayne off. Seconds later, D-Extreme uses his strength to crawl towards the nearest ropes and grab hold of it for his opponent to break up the submission move. The referee tells Brett Rayne to break it up and the playboy lets go of his hold of D-Extreme for a while. He waits for D-Extreme to get up and he charges at him and delivers a sweep from behind to let D-Extreme fall to the mat yet again and clutching his leg.
JR: “Brett Rayne is really targeting that weak knee and leg area of D-Extreme, King.”
RK: “You know as much as the next guy, JR, that that’s one smart thing to do right now.”
BR tags out to R.E. Rage on his corner and both RNR members approach the recovering nTo member. D-Extreme uses the ropes to pull himself up but RNR is there to waylay him with clubs to the back and some stiff kicks to his mid-region. Brett Rayne goes back to his corner while R.E. Rage grabs D-Extreme’s leg and does a single leg takedown. Rage still has D-Ex’s leg on his grasps and tweaks it slightly to add more pressure and pain to his opponent’s weak knee.
JR: “R.E. Rage is one half of RNR, King, that has a storied history in the past with D-Extreme.”
RK: “These two hate each other inside the ring and outside, JR. Right now I bet Rage is having the pleasure of torturing D-Extreme with his weak knee.”
R.E. Rage stomps on the leg of D-Extreme before he begins to lock it in a figure four leg lock. D-Extreme is fighting the move by trying to flail his arms around to reach the ropes. However, his distance to the ropes makes it impossible for him to grab on and make Rage break up the submission hold.
JR: “R.E. Rage, with that figure four leg lock, has D-Extreme where he wants him.”
RK: “You know, Chris Back could just get into the ring and do a quick break up of this hold.”
JR: “Well, King, that can be possible. But I doubt Chris Back and D-Extreme lack the honor of just letting the fight continue right down the middle, unlike RNR.”
The fans slowly do a clap and chant for D-Ex to will the big man on and break the hold he is trapped. D-Extreme uses his leg strength to try and force himself and Rage to turn over and reverse the momentum of the submission move. Rage, fearing that he might get the tables turned on him, releases D-Ex from the figure four.
RK: “Rage saw that shift of the momentum coming and did a smart move of just letting go. Let’s see how RNR will try and keep D-Ex away from Cyberstrike.”
The camera pans over to Chris Back on the corner of the ring, observing his partner as he gets to his feet. R.E. Rage is up on his feet as well and sees D-Extreme staggering towards his corner. Rage grabs a hold of him and spins him around, but D-Ex clocks him with a hard punch. Rage goes down momentarily and D-Extreme tries to make his way to CB’s corner. Rage is up on his feet and pounces on top of D-Extreme to apply a sleeper hold. D-Extreme is stopped a few feet near his corner and he tries to get R.E. Rage off his back. Seconds later, with Rage still clamping on the sleeper hold against D-Extreme, the bigger man falls down to his knees and seems incapacitated.
RK: “So close, yet so far for D-Extreme to get a tag in to Christopher Back.”
D-Extreme is now on all fours while R.E. Rage still has his sleeper locked on. The crowd starts to will on D-Extreme by their clapping and chanting of his name yet again, but the big man seems to be not moving from his position. On the corner, we see Chris Back stomping his feet, willing his partner on to fight out of the sleeper hold. The referee checks on D-Extreme’s condition, but seconds later, we see movement from the nTo member. D-Extreme slowly rises from his position and stands up with Rage still behind him. D-Extreme jumps up and falls back first, crushing Rage behind him. Both men are laid out at the center of the ring after D-Ex rolls off of R.E. Rage
JR: “Incredible! D-Extreme used maybe his last reserve of energy to get up and squish R.E. Rage using his body and the mat!”
R.E. Rage and D-Extreme slowly crawl towards their respective corners to tag out. R.E. Rage makes a tag to Brett Rayne and the playboy hops from the apron and into the ring. He tries to make it to D-Extreme before he tags out to CB, but it’s too late. Christopher Back gets into the ring and explodes on BR with a round of punches to the face before he whips him towards the ropes. On the way back, CB catches Rayne with an inverted atomic drop and takes him down with a clothesline. R.E. Rage gets back into the ring and he is met by a thrust kick to the chest by CB that sends him down. Rage rolls out of the ring leaving a recovering Brett Rayne all to Chris Back.
JR: “Christopher Back has wanted to get back into the ring after seeing RNR isolate D-Extreme. He has evil intentions right now, King.”
Brett Rayne staggers towards Christopher Back and gets a kick to the mid-section. CB hooks Brett Rayne’s arms and slams him to the mat with the Overdrive.
JR: “OVERDRIVE ON BRETT RAYNE! The Playboy looks knocked out and Chris Back hooks his leg for the pin.”
The referee sees the pin fall being made and starts to count.
JR: “ONE-TWO-THREE! TEAM X-S WINS THIS ONE!”
The referee calls for the bell to be rung and it does. Soon enough “No Chance” by Dope hits the speakers to signal the triumph of Team X-S.
THII: “The winners of this match and the new undisputed AWF Tag Team Champions the team of ‘Cyberstrike’ Christopher Back and D-Extreme…TEAM X-S!!!”
We see R.E. Rage sliding back into the ring with a steel chair in his hand. He tries to attack a recovering Christopher Back from behind, but D-Extreme comes in to deliver an axe handle behind the head of Rage. R.E. Rage drops the chair and is spun around by D-Ex. D-Extreme grabs him and sends him to the mat with the X-Ocution.
JR: “Rage tried to ruin the celebration tonight, but D-Extreme came to the ring just in time!”
D-Extreme and Christopher Back shake each other’s hand and then go on to raise each other’s arm in the air to signal their victory tonight. The fans continue to cheer as the two nTo members celebrate inside the ring as they are handed the all new AWF Tag Team title belts.
JR: “For the second time in their careers they are AWF Tag Team Champions! Well folks, this has been one good tag team match, don’t go away, we got more action in stored for you here at Nitro!”
Nitro goes to a commercial break.
Tag Team Grudge Match
Karl Baller & Otacon vs. Tony Bonito & “The Powerful One” David Powermaster
THII: “Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is a tag-team match scheduled for one fall. It will be fought under a 20 minute time-limit, introducing first…”
“Hate it or Love It” hits the speakers and the crowd gets on their feet to welcome one of their favorite superstars. A “Kay-Bee” chant starts throughout the X-WCW faithful.
THII: “From Philadelphia, PA. He stands 5’10 and weighs in at 223 lbs…he is “THE KIIIID” KAAAARL BAAAAAALEERRR!!!”
KB emerges through the curtains with a huge smirk on his face. He has both hands high in the air as he slowly walks down the ramp-way. “Da Kid” tags as many hands as he can before he reaches the ring, which he slides into. He poses for the crowd as the “Kay-Bee” chants start to die down.
JR: “Here is the former X-WCW World Champion Karl Baller. He would still have that belt around his waist if it wasn’t for Tony Bonito bending the rules.”
RK: “By making him pass out to the ankle lock? I don’t think that is bending the rules JR, you sound like a biased Baller fan right now.”
JR: “H-..”
RK: “Biased Baller Boy!”
As the two argue, “Superstar” by Saliva hits the speakers and the cheering only intensifies.
THII: “And his partner! From Manchester, England…standing 6’4 and weighing in at 275 lbs…THE COOONMAAAN OTAAAACOOON!!!”
The Conman comes through the curtains with a concentrated look on his face. He smirks as he hears the fans chant “Otacon” over and over, so he slowly walks down the ramp and tags hands. He uses the ring steps to climb into the ring, and then raises his hands to another magnificent pop.
RK: “This guy lost his ruthlessness JR. I remember when he said he wanted to make you bleed…he really did it.”
JR: “He is just as ruthless as ever King; Tony Bonito seems to bring that out of him every night.”
RK: “Only thing Tony brings out of Otacon is out of the ambulance and into a hospital.”
The two superstars shake hands in the ring and wait for their opponents. All of a sudden, Tony Bonito and his tag-team partner and Revolution comrade, David Powermaster, slide into the ring behind Baller and Otacon!
JR: “I disagree with Bo-WHAT THE HELL! THEY ARE IN THE RING NOW!”
Bonito attacks Otacon from behind while Powermaster does the same to Baller. The Revolution starts to get the best of their opponents, but it gets even when both Baller and Otacon start to fight back. With a slugfest going on in the middle of the ring, the fans chant wildly in approval. Otacon starts to get over on Bonito and he hits him with successive rights without receiving any counters. He reels Bonito onto the ropes and hits him with a haymaker that sends Bonito outside of the ring over the top rope!
With that, he heads over to KB and PMP, where his partner is on the bad end of the exchange. As PMP draws his fist back to hit Baller, Otacon hits him from behind. Baller and The Conman both start hitting PMP back and forth before they throw him through the middle ropes!
JR: “The Revolution tried a sneak attack and it was thwarted thanks to the offense of Baller and Otacon.”
RK: “This is going to be a fight JR, I can feel it.”
The fans cheer for the crowd favorites as both superstars dare their opponents to get back in the ring. The referee restrains them to head to their assigned corner while PMP makes his way around the ring to help up Tony Bonito. After the ref restrains their opponents, PMP and TB slide into the ring. Tony tells PMP to start the match off while he gets on the apron, meanwhile Baller and Otacon talk it out and decide KB will start off on their side.
JR: “The bell now rings to signify the beginning of the match.”
RK: “It seemed to me like the match already started.”
The two superstars circle each other and attempt a tie-up. Baller goes under his larger opponent, turns him around, and hammers away with stiff snap jabs. PMP attempts a wild haymaker, but KB ducks that and connects with more swift and accurate punches. Da K.I.D. then hits PMP with two body shots and a very hard kick to the knee cap. PMP bends over just a little bit and KB takes his opponent down with a quick neck breaker. He attempts the first pin fall of the evening, but the 6’9 monster throws KB off before a count could be made.
Karl Baller springs up as PMP takes a minute to get on his knees. KB rushes his larger opponent and starts sending hard fists to the side of PMP’s temple. PMP pushes KB off, but KB like a relentless pit-bull comes back for more. This happens 3 times and on the 4th, it seems like PMP has had enough. He explodes with a vicious clothesline that flips Karl Baller completely in mid-air.
RK: “Woo! What a clothesline from David Powermaster.”
JR: “That was brute strength shown from the former tag-team champion.”
PMP gets up, but holds his temple from the hard shots KB dished out. He heads over to Karl and grabs him by the head to help him up. PMP sends a vicious knee strike to Baller’s abdomen then picks him up for an Oklahoma slam. Baller wiggles and wiggles though, enough for him to land behind PMP. Baller darts towards the ropes, just as PMP attempts a spinning backhand. As he hits the ropes, Otacon tags Baller in the back. On the rebound, PM tries to clothesline Baller, but “Da K.I.D” ducks it and gets to the other side.
JR: “Powermaster is turning around to focus on Baller, but he doesn’t realize that Otacon is now the legal man!”
You can see Tony Bonito screaming for PM to turn around, but the big fella ignores him. As KB comes off the ropes, he ducks another incoming clothesline. Otacon enters the ring and starts charging at PM. KB hops completely over Otacon and once PMP turns back around, he is taken down with a hard spear!
The crowd goes insane as the Manchester native jumps up and poses for his fans. He helps PM up and hits him with a stiff European uppercut. As PM staggers back, Otacon takes him down with a back drop driver! The former X-WCW World champion gets to his feet and points at Tony Bonito angrily. He then turns and waits for PM to get up. When PM does, Otacon comes forward and hits the former tag-champ with a vicious chop. About 4 more chops later, he takes PM down with a huge body drop.
Otacon then ventures towards the turnbuckle and climbs onto it! With that, the champion wastes no time and hits PMP with a big splash! He then attempts a pin fall.
JR: “1...2...kickout by Powermaster. Otacon is just giving his opponent a serious whipping here King.”
RK: “I guess he is taking all the frustrations of not being in the ring out on poor David. He is afraid to let Tony in the ring I bet!”
Otacon bends over and shows great strength by snap suplexing the 6’9 brawler from the mat! He gets up and spots Baller getting onto the top turnbuckle. He heads over to him and tags him into the match; Baller dives off and connects with a nice diving elbow to the stomach area of Powermaster. He attempts another pin fall.
JR: “1…2...broken up by Tony Bonito this time! A great save from the Global champion.”
Tony wants to do more damage, but the referee stops him and directs him back. KB slowly gets up to his feet, but he spots PM on all fours. KB once again hits the ropes and is tagged by Otacon in the back once again. When he rebounds, he hits PM with a quick senton. Otacon charges at the downed PM, and as KB holds his face up, Otacon rips it apart with a running dropkick!
RK: “These guys are working really well together JR. How is this happening?”
JR: “Remember King, both Karl Baller & Otacon have had the X-WCW tag-team championship around their waists in their careers. Actually, all of them have before. They are working very well though to keep Powermaster away from Bonito.”
The former X-WCW World Champion puts a ground headlock on his opponent and tweaks his neck back and forth. He lets go about 20 seconds later though, and smirks as he allows PM to get back up. He scoops the big guy up and shows tremendous strength by slamming him back down with a scoop slam. He gets up and points to Karl Baller, and “Da K.I.D” smirks. He jumps on the top turnbuckle and launches a perfect Randy Savage like elbow…square in the middle of Powermaster!
RK: “That was a cheap move…but that elbow was almost perfect.”
JR: “Who do you think has a better one King?”
RK: “Well well…in my day that elbow was spot on.”
The referee heads to Baller and like he did with Bonito earlier, orders KB into the ring. Meanwhile, Powermaster is receiving some vicious boots to the tip of his forehead by Otacon. The former champ helps him up and starts laying a series of clubs to the back, then ends everything with vicious DDT. Otacon gets to his feet and starts to goad Tony Bonito into coming into the ring.
JR: “Otacon wants a piece of Bonito King…and he wants it bad!”
Bonito sneers at Otacon, but the Global champion looks like he does not want to enter the squared circle with the man he put in the hospital. Otacon then picks up his opponent and sets him up for the Final-Impact. He points at Bonito and then hits the devastating finisher!
Baller then climbs to the top turnbuckle as Otacon gets up and launches with the Number One Single frog splash!
JR: “Good Gawd King, two finishers back to back! Powermaster is finished!”
Baller gets up Otacon goes for the pin fall attempt. He stares at Bonito as he covers PMP. The crowd counts a long with the referee.
RK: “1…2…3 it’s over. Wow, those guys really gave a beating to Powermaster. I never seen someone take so much punishment.”
JR: “Bonito barely got any action in this one King, it was a one sided affair tonight.”
“Superstar” by Saliva hits the speakers as THII makes the announcement.
THII: “The winners of this bout by pin fall…KARL BAAAAALEEEER AND OTACOOOOOOOOOOON”
KB raises his hands in victory as Otacon gets back on his two feet. The two stare down Bonito, who hesitates to get into the ring. After about 5 seconds, the global champ jumps off of the apron. PMP rolls out of the ring and onto the floor. Bonito helps him up and shakes his head as he helps PMP to the back.
JR: “Bonito did not want any part of Otacon in that ring tonight King. He was more than afraid.”
RK: “Please…if that fool Powermaster just made his way to Bonito, Tony woulda single handedly taken both Otacon and Baller out of the match himself.”
JR: “I disagree.”
RK: “I agree.”
Baller and Otacon raise each others hands and pose for the crowd before leaving the ring.
RK: “That ain’t all though folks, more action coming your way!”
Double 8 Tournament
Fatal Four Way Match
“The Real American” Rocky Davis vs. "The Boston Rocker" Sean Byrne vs. Sci-Fi Man vs. “The Young One” Sandy Drake
THII: “The following match is your main event for the evening and is a non-title Fatal Four Way match that is a part of the Double 8 Tournament! Challenger number one, representing Carnage, Inc. He is “The Real American” Rocky Davis!
As “Seek & Destroy” by Metallica plays as Davis comes down the ramp to loud chorus of boos. He simply ignores the fans and enters the ring.
JR: “Rocky is a former X-WCW IC Champion and now he is setting his sights on the X-WCW World title.”
RK: “A lot of people don’t think that Rocky should be in this tournament but Mr. Back said he wants to give wrestlers that have never held the X-WCW World title a chance.”
THII: “Challenger number two from Boston, Massachusetts he is “The Boston Rocker” Sean Byrne!”
As “Spoiling for a Fight” by AC/DC plays Byrne walks down towards the ring and the fans chant for him.”
JR: “Byrne has to be one of favorites in this tournament; he was the longest reigning X-WCW U.S. Champion.”
RK: “He’s also former two time X-WCW TV title.”
THII: “Challenger number three: from Seattle, Washington he is one-half on The Final Frontier…he is Sci-Fi Man!”
As “Hero” plays and Sci-Fi Man walks down the ramp and he is met by a chorus of cheers!”
JR: “Sci-Fi Man’s been a tag team specialist in the X-WCW and is a former to time X-WCW World Tag Team Champion and X-WCW International Tag Team Champion with his partner Autobot Jazz.”]
RK: “If he wins this match and Autobot Jazz wins his match on Warzone that would be a huge advantage for them going into Bloodbath.”
THII: “Challenger number four: from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada he is the current and reigning X-WCW U.S. Champion, ‘The Young One’ Sandy Drake!”
As “It’s Not My Time” by Three Doors Down plays and Drake walks down the ring the fans give him a very mixed reaction.
JR: “Drake is currently the X-WCW U.S. Champion and he is a former X-WCW Xtreme Champion winning a tournament that was very similar to this one, and while the title is not on the line tonight we have just received word that he will defend the title on Warzone against Radon!”
RK: “I can’t wait for that match, Drake has not only that but he has to face to man defeated to win the X-WCW US Title, Sean Byrne!”
With all four men in the ring the ref signals for the bell and match begins, Byrne ricochets off the ropes and nails Drake with a close line and the two men land on the floor. Byrne quickly gets back to his feet and slams Drake’s head into the ring steps. Sci-Fi Man punches Davis but it has no effect Davis hits a Sci-Fi Man with a big knee in the mid-section and he Irish Whips him into the corner and then charges at him. Sci-Fi Man is able to quickly slide through the middle rope and all Davis hits is the turnbuckle pads!
As Davis holding his ribs stumbles around the ring in pain, Sci-Fi Man quickly jumps up to the top turnbuckle and as Davis turns around he jumps off and nails Davis with Cross-Body-Block and gets a two count before Davis kicks out.
Byrne throws Drake into the guardrail and then runs back a few feet and attempts to nail him with a splash but Drake is able to move out of the way at the last minute and Byrne slams chest first into the guardrail! This allows Drake to get enough time to get back on his feet and he kicks Byrne a few times and then puts his boot on his throat.
After the near fall Davis tries to get back on his feet but Sci-Fi Man nails him with a Dropkick to the side of his head, Davis lands near the ropes and Sci-Fi Man hits a Standing Shooting-Star-Press on him and goes the pin!
Drake sees this and quickly runs over yanks Sci-Fi Man out of the ring before the ref can finish the three count. Drake Irish-Whips Sci-Fi Man into the ring steps but Sci-Fi Man is able to reverse it and instead it’s Drake that goes head first into the ring steps! Byrne slides into the ring just as Davis is finally back on his feet and Byrne tries to nail Davis with a Discus Closeline but Davis ducks and nails him with a super kick! Davis goes the pin but only gets a two count before Sci-Fi Man breaks it up with a kick.
Sci-Fi Man’s kick only makes Davis furious and he grabs Sci-Fi Man by the throat and Choke slams him down to the mat, then instead of pinning him he points to the corner and he picks up Sci-Fi Man by the head and tosses him into the corner and then props him up on the top turnbuckle and climbs up to there as well and looks to go for a Super Plex off the top rope.
Drake finally back to his feet on the floor and sees what Davis is up to and quickly gets on to the ring apron and he punches Davis in the ribs and then tries to suplex both of them off the top turnbuckle when Byrne runs over and nails Drake with some shots to the back and then crawls under Drakes and he uses his strength to Powerbomb all three men off the corner and they all crash to the mat in a Tower of Doom!
Byrne goes for a quick pin on Drake but he kicks out. He then tries a quick pin on Davis but he too kicks out. Byrne then goes a pin on Sci-Fi Man but Drake breaks it up. Byrne bulrushes Drake into the nearby corner and the two trade blows then Davis splashes them in the corner and then he is able to get both of them on his shoulders and drops them with a double F-5! Drake rolls out of the ring and before Davis can go for the pin on Byrne Sci-Fi Man tries to spear him but Davis side-steps and is able to grab him and throw him out of the ring with an incredible amount of force. But just as Davis goes for the pin Nightmare jumps the guardrail with a steel chair and tries to hit Davis with it. Davis sees Nightmare and kicks the chair into his face! Then the lights go out inside the arena and when they come on Judge Death is standing in the center of the ring! Death picks up the chair and asks Davis to hold Nightmare for him and Davis agrees!
As Judge Death swings the chair Nightmare is to get free of Davis’ grip and Death nails Davis a massive Chair shot! Byrne is back on his feet and he nails Davis with a Diamond Cutter and goes for the pin as Nightmare spears Judge Death out of the ring!
JR: “One…two...three! Byrne wins!”
THII: “The winner and advancing to the finals at Bloodbath IV…’The Boston Rocker’ Sean Byrne!”
As “Seek & Destroy” by Metallica plays the rest of Carnage, Inc hits the ring and so does Joe Goldstone, Rayne Bloodstone, and Autobot Jazz!
Autobot Jazz helps to get his tag team partner out of the way. Goldstone and Bloodstone help pull Nightmare off Judge Death, and X-WCW Security hits to ring side area to get everyone out of the way!
Davis back on his feet yells at the Lost Boys to get Judge Death and they grab him and roll him into the ring. Death tries to explain that it was accident and offers his hand in friendship and Davis grabs his hand and then kicks him in the gut and nails him with an F-5 and motions to the Lost Boys to get him another chair and he sets them up in the ring and he nails Judge Death with another F-5 on the steel chairs! He looks down at Judge Death and then at the Lost Boys who quickly fold up the steel chairs and place one at Judge Death’s throat and Davis picks up the other chair and slams into the chair that the Lost Boys are holding into Judge Death’s throat!
Carnage, Inc. then tosses Judge Death out of the ring and Davis then picks him up and nails him with another F-5, but Judge Death’s head hits the ring apron and Davis grabs a microphone and screams:
RD: “It looks like Judge Death is out of the Double 8 Tournament and Back you had better give me his spot or this will happen to you!”
Davis throws the mic at Judge Death and he leaves with the ring side area with the rest of Carnage, Inc. Paramedics and EMTs race the ramp to check on the condition as X-WCW Nitro #27 comes to a close!
