Nitro 19…
X-WCW opens up as we get a black and white shot of Tony Bonito making his way down the ring. The scene fades as soon we see him already inside the ring with the mic.
TB: “You know, since Nitro #18 and the last Warzone, I have proven to you all that I am the real f’n Olympian Tony Bonito. But as much as I love dominating in my matches, I gotta ask someone a question. Oh dear Mr. Back, if your in your cozy little office right now and listening to me speak, why do I have to go on and fight another jobber night in and night out? I tell ya, I need a CHALLENGE here bucko! I’m Tony Bonito, and let me remind you this, I am the best wrestler you got in the roster so you better show me some respect and give me a good match bucko!”
While we hear his voice over, we see Tony Bonito delivering the Nito Plex on Desi Nidea. Afterwards, we get another clip of Tony Bonito as he locks on the ankle lock at Autobot Jazz. The video pans over to the X-Tron to show Chris Back’s response.
CB: “Ah! Tony, I’m glad I can see you clearly here from my house. You see, the camera has been a bit too s*** of a problem at times to adjust but not tonight. As for your plea of a challenge, I can give that to you. Infact, tonight, you will face the next X-WCW Xtreme Champion Nightmare and one half of Final Frontier Scifi Man. Your match will be a non-title…STEEL CAGED MATCH!”
The clip fades to black before we get a full colored shot of the show’s main event.
Nightmare stuns TB with a hard punch to the chin and sends him staggering back. SFM spins Nightmare around and hits him with an uppercut that also sends him staggering. SFM charges at both TB and NM, only to be caught in a flap jack onto the cage by both men. SFM crashes down the mat while TB and NM starts to punch and kick each other. TB catches a kick from Nightmare and takes him down with a single leg takedown. Soon enough, Tony Bonito slaps on the ankle lock.
JR: “He has the ankle locked in!!!”
RK: “Oh boy, its all over folks!”
Nightmare screams in pain as he tries to reach the nearby ropes. However, Tony Bonito pulls him out of the way and drags him into the middle of the cage. While Nightmare is locked in the submission move, we see SFM slowly getting to his feet. Tony Bonito still has the ankle locked and Nightmare seems to be ready to tap out. However, we see SFM on his feet and he charges at Tony Bonito. Soon enough, he makes TB let go after he kicks a shinning wizard kick to the Olympian.
JR: “Scifi Man forces Bonito to let it go! Bonito is down and SFM waits for Nightmare to get to his feet.”
SFM grabs Nightmare and sets him up for the spiral vortex. But in the middle of doing the move, Nightmare somehow counters it and delivers his finisher called ‘go to sleep’. SFM goes down hard on the canvas and Nightmare gets to his feet and looks down at the fallen opponent. He notices that TB was not lying nearby SFM and he wonders about TB’s whereabouts. Soon enough, someone grabs Nightmare and its TB. Bonito slams Nightmare hard on the canvas with the Nitoplex and goes for the pin.
JR: “NITOPLEX! The pin is made..1…2…3!!! TB wins this one!”
TB looks at the stage and starts to run into the side of the cage to climb up. Chris Back and Starstorm runs down the ramp and gets into the cage and try to attack TB, but as soon as they got in, TB already climbed out of it. TB walks up back into the ramp as CB grabs the mic.
CB: “So just when you thought I was back at my own house, I show up here. Its simple, Tony, I’ve been here and the message you all saw earlier was just a pre-taped video to fool you. On Warzone's 30th show, you will be facing me and Starstorm in a six man tag match.”
TB stops his tracks on the ramp and has a shocked expression on his face.
CB: “Well, if you so happen to NOT find two partners for ya, its gonna have to be a 3-on-1 handicap match then. Like that Tony? You wanted a challenge…YOU JUST GOT IT!!!”
The video package fades to black as Tony Bonito has a disgusted look on his face as he looks back to the ring.
**********
The drumbeats of the song hits and then we hear a 8 second intrumental while we see the X-WCW logo apperaing on the screen. In the background, we see various clips of X-WCW wrestlers battling it out in black and white. However, the logo fades and it bursts into color once we hear the vocals kick in.
"ON THIS DAY"
We see Ignavus raising the title belt in the air while he is on the top rope.
"I SEE CLEARLY"
The scene changes and we see Bonito locking in the ankle lock on TGO
"EVERTHING HAS COME TO LIGHT"
It skips and we see Otacon hitting a spear on Flash Stryker
"BETTER PLACE, AND A BROKEN DREAM"
The video shows a clip of Final Frontier entering the entrance stage and the pyros behind them explode.
"NOT A CHANCE TO FEEL....."
The scene changes and we see Christopher Back making his way into the ringside area
"CHANCE TO FEEL ALIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEE"
We see Karl Baller hitting the no.1 single in slow motion before the fades to black. The video goes pitch black before an explosion of red flashes out and we see the X-WCW Warzone logo on the screen.
Warzone goes on air and we go ringside to see the pyrotechnics explode on the stage. The fans are on their feet as the camera pans over to their side. Soon enough, the camera goes to the commentator’s booth with JR and RK.
JR: “Welcome everyone to WARZONE! Good Evening, this is James Russell and alongside with me always is Randal King. Tonight, Warzone will celebrate its 30th show live at the Quicken Loans arena here in Cleveland Ohio.”
RK: “Cleveland will definitely ROCK tonight with Warzone's big 3-0, JR! We got one heck of a main event. Well even though it’s a handicap match, its certainly gonna be one great match. It will be Tony Bonito vs Christopher Back and Starstorm.”
JR: “Don’t forger, King, its NOT yet finalized if it will be a handicap match. You see, TB still has a chance to make it a 6-man tag team match since he just needs two men to join his side.”
RK: “Like that’s gonna happen, JR! I mean, Tony Bonito is the best wrestler here in the X-WCW and I like him, but somehow I doubt he would have anyone in the locker room who wants to help him out or even consider him a friend. You see, Bonito is like a lone wolf here, JR. I hear that most of the boys in the back don’t like him. I know the reason why they don’t, they are jealous of his in-ring talent that everyone is just frustrated that they cant top him on the mat.”
JR: “As true as it is, it may not be because he is too talented above the other X-WCW stars, King. Maybe its just because Bonito has been known to be not too trustworthy. But lets send it over to Cole Ryan who DOES have Tony Bonito right now.”
Backstage
We go backstage where CR is standing beside Tony Bonito.
CR: “Yes JR, were here backstage with Tony Bonito. Tony, tonight, you gotta face Christopher “Cyberstrike” Back AND Starstorm in the main event. Any thoughts of that?”
TB: “Cole, Chris Back is nothing but a coward. He hides himself behind the nTo or any other goons who are in desperate need of money. True, the nTo and Chris Back go WAY…back. But it’s the year 2007, Mr. Back, and still you persist on running with your gang of goons? As far as Starstorm is concerned, the only reason why they got the tag team belts in the X-WCW is, the rest of the X-WCW tag teams here are nothing but either washups or just plain untalented hobos who cant wrestle in the ring alone. Tonight, I can singlehandedly whip Starstorm’s asses in that ring. Oh and Chris, just so you know, I can whip your ass as well. But unfortunately, that wont happen tonight.”
CR: “W-what?! But Mr. Back already booked you into this match.”
TB: “Yes, he did. I was just saying that it wont happen tonight that its just Tony Bonito in that ring against Chris Back and his two tag team champs. Tonight, it will be a real 6-man tag team match.”
CR: “So it seems you somehow managed to get 2 people to join you tonight then huh? Tony, WHO are these mystery partners of yours?”
TB just looks at CR and has a smirk on his face before he faces the camera yet again.
TB: “Cole…you just have to find out later. If I’d say it right now, that would kill the surprise now would it?”
TB leaves the corridor as the footage comes back to ringside.
X-WCW TV Championship
Reno Rayes vs Sean Byrne (c)
Linkin Park's 'Points of Authority' begins to play, and the crowd comes alive for their favourite high-flying Frenchman. Not that he's got much competition in that regard, mind you, but still...
TH2: "The following contest is scheduled for one fall, and is for the X-WCW Television Championship! Introducing first, the challenger...from Paris, France, weighing in at 195 pounds...'Hangtime' Reno Raynes!"
Reno strides down the ramp, nodding in greetings to the fans seated closest to the safety barriers, and slides gracefully into the ring, raising his arms in something like a taunt before settling into a warm-up routine.
RK: "Okay, I give up - who the hell is this guy?"
JR: "Please be kidding."
RK: "Did that sound like a damn joke? I honestly have no idea who I'm looking at right now."
JR: "It's Reno Raynes!"
RK: "Yeah, that's what Terri said...but that's just a name to me."
JR: "He's been quietly working throughout the company for quite some time now. I really fail to see how you couldn't have noticed him."
RK: "I have better things to do with my time than keep up with all the jobbers."
JR: "He's not a jobber! And how would you know if he was, if you've never seen him?"
RK: "I can tell at first sight. It's like I have a 'Jobber Sense' or something. It tingles."
'Points of Authority' fades, to be replaced by Black Sabbath's 'Iron Man'...
RK: "Oh, look, it's tingling again!"
JR: "Shut up."
TH2: "And the opponent...from Boston, Massachusetts, weighing in at 265 pounds...the current X-WCW Television Champion...'The Boston Rocker' Sean Byrne!"
Byrne leaps out onto the stage, headbanging and playing air guitar in time with the song's rhythmic bass, receiving a solid ovation from the crowd as he holds the TV title belt aloft on his way to the ring.
JR: "Sean's done a great job defending the TV Title of late, racking up an impressively long tenure with a belt which, lest we forget, must be defended at every show!"
RK: "Oh yeah, boy, that's MAN LAW!"
JR: "...What?"
RK: "Uh...please ignore me. I didn't get much sleep last night. I'm off my game!"
JR: "You're off your trolley, is what you are..."
Sean hops up onto one of the corner posts and flaunts that belt like it's going out of fashion, baby! (Yeesh, I'm off my game too) He steps back down and hands the title to the ref, who parades it around a bit for the benefit of those who somehow failed to notice Byrne doing the same, and the bell is rung. The two competitors lock up, and Reno takes the advantage with a side headlock, but Byrne simply lifts him up into a Back Suplex. Raynes quickly gets up, one hand pressed to his back, and Sean froces him against the ropes with forearm shots before irish-whipping him across the ring. On the return, Reno leapfrogs over Byrne, who was intending a Back Toss or similar, before catching a stiff elbow to the face after the second rebound. Byrne pulls Raynes up by his hair, and drags him into the turnbuckle, before climbing onto the second rope and raining punches down as the crowd counts along, pausing for some censor-baiting metal lyrics between each fist strike - but after five, Reno slides down and under Sean, before hooking around his midsection and throwing him off the ropes with a release German Suplex!
JR: "Sweet Christmas, the angle on that was - "
RK: "Sweet what?"
JR: "What's wrong with me liking Luke Cage?"
Reno hunches over Byrne and delivers a few sharp strikes to the brain-case, before pulling the Boston Rocker up and nailing a Gutwrench Suplex. Raynes goes to follow up with an Armbar, but Byrne pulls him down to the mat with a Hip Toss variant, and the two scramble to their feet in unison before coming to blows together. Byrne quickly gains the upper hand, and gives Reno a solid kick in the midsection, before pulling him in and up for a Piledriver - but Reno hooks his legs together around Byrne's neck and flips up to get the momentum for a Hurricanrana - BUT as Reno flips back down, Sean grabs hold on one of his legs and sits down into a Half Boston Crab!
JR: "How apt!"
RK: "Why?"
JR: "Because he's from Boston...how can you not know these things?"
RK: "I generally don't hear anything Terri 2 says, spellbound as I am by her powerful charisma."
JR: "Right..."
RK: "And her tremendous rack."
JR: *groans*
Reno shakes his head as the ref asks if he wants to give up, and inches his way closer and closer to the ropes - until Byrne drags him back to the centre of the ring. Now frantic, Raynes lashes out with his uncaught foot blindly, clipping the side of Sean's head enough for the Boston Rocker to release the hold. Reno begins to rise, only for Byrne to catch him on the back with a double axe-handle blow, flattening him out again. Byrne helps Raynes to his feet before hooking him into a front headlock and scoring with a Fisherman's Suplex! It's held on for a pin...
JR: "Kickout at 2 and two-hundred and ninety-nine three-hundredths!"
RK: "How you can say stuff like that in one breath is beyond me."
Sean pulls Reno up again, but Reno grabs him around the neck and brings him back down, wrapped up in a Small Package pin! Sean breaks it at 2, and quickly rolls up, angered, to rush at Raynes, but is caught with a Drop Toe Hold and a quick elbow drop to the back of his head. As Sean rises again, Reno forces him back with some sharp, knife-edge chops until he's up against the turnbuckle, before stepping onto the second rope and rolling backwards into a Judo Flip, sending Byrne to arc clumsily though the air and crash into the mat again, where he lies still, briefly winded. Reno climbs the turnbuckle again, this time turning around to face Sean and playing to the crowd before diving off into a Leg Drop, crushing Byrne's throat! He covers - 1...2...kickout!
JR: "Nice comeback from Raynes!"
RK: "How many people on our roster are called that now?"
JR: "Called what?"
RK: "Something about Rayne...we've got Brett and this joker, and there's that new entry, some girl called - "
JR: *coughs pointedly*
RK: "...Oops."
Reno pounds the mat in frustration, then heads out onto the apron before climbing atop the turnbuckle, where he waits as Byrne steadily regains his footing. The Boston Rocker shakes out the cobwebs - and then quickly dashes towards a very surprised Raynes, hopping up the ropes and grabbing hold of his head and -
JR: "FINAL CUTTER! ALL THE WAY FROM THE TURNBUCKLE TO THE FLOOR! BAH GAWD!"
RK: "Wow...I actually noticed that."
Sean and Reno lie unmoving on the cold concrete after that. They look dead. Maybe they are. The ref starts his ring-out count.
1!
2!
3!
4! Still no movement.
5! Maybe the EMTs should be here.
6!
7! Yes, they definitely should.
8! Oh, wait, they're moving!
9! Reno grips the announcers' table and tries to pull himself up - and Sean rolls into the ring and back out, breaking the count. He goes to pick up Reno again, but Raynes drives an elbow into his gut, then forces a meeting between Byrne's forehead and the table's plasticky top. Guess which comes off worse. Reno peels Sean's face away from its newfound friend, then connects with a Snap Suplex, flattening both men against the floor once more. With the ref reaching 4 on his second counting, Reno pulls himself up with the aid of the apron, then rolls Sean back into the ring and follows, swiftly applying a Swinging Neckbreaker and going for a pin...1...2...
JR: "And another kickout!"
RK: "How can I make the boredom stop?!"
JR: "Failing to talk for the rest of the match would be a start."
Reno indicates his displeasure at this absence of 3s to the ref, who ignores him. Shaking his head, he slips behind Byrne as he rises, and locks in a Dragon Sleeper hold! Sean's arms pinwheel uselessly as Reno applies pressure, and the Boston Rocker's legs collapse beneath him, returning him to a sitting position, eyelids fluttering then resting still. The ref tentatively nudges him and gets no response, then lifts Byrne's arm and lets it drop; it does so without resistance. He lifts it again...and again it falls.
JR: "We could have a new champion right here!"
RK: "Why do I doubt that so much?"
Byrne's arm is lifted for the third and final time - but on the way down it stops, as Sean throws a rather deregatory hand gesture at the ref!
JR: "And the suspense just keeps mounting!"
RK: "What, because he got out of the hold after 2 just like EVERYONE ELSE DOES EVERY FLIPPIN' TIME?"
Sean gets his feet beneath him again and slowly stands back up - then straightens completely, leaving Reno hanging upside-down on his shoulder! Reno can only stare in disbelief as Byrne takes a few running steps, then spins him around and -
JR: "ROCKER BOTTOM!"
Indeed it is! Raynes reels in pain for a moment, clutching his spine, then fades away. Sean takes some time to get his breath back, before rolling over into a pin just as the ref's double KO count reaches 5. The pin is counted; 1...2...
RK: "3! Let's all go home now!"
JR: "NO! There's a kickout!"
RK: "For the love of..."
Sean can't quite believe it, but is too tired to complain, instead choosing to just slump to the mat again. After a few beats, he gradually rises, pulling Reno up with him, before delivering the Rocker Dropper. Raynes looks quite out of it, but Sean aims to make sure, and heads up to the top rope, hailing the crowd briefly before launching into the Seanton - which misses as Reno rolls out of the way! Byrne eats canvas and cries out at the pain in his back, whilst Reno takes a much-needed breather.
JR: "The action here is more back-and-forth than a playground swing!"
RK: "There's action? I only see tedium."
Sean struggles up, still holding his back with one hand, as Reno approaches; a clumsy swing from Byrne is caught deftly before Raynes delivers a kick followed by a stinging DDT. With Sean sufficiently dazed, Reno heads up top once more and comes off again, twisting elegantly into the Flying Fury, which connects with a solid thud! Reno winces and massages his ribs, then makes the cover; 1...2...
RK: "Pleasepleasepleasepleaseplease - "
JR: "Kickout!"
RK: "****!"
Reno is thrown off by Sean's instinctive bucking, and holds his head in despair. Sean uses the ropes as an aid to get back to his feet, and is soon forced against them by Raynes, using some chops again, before stepping back, going off the ropes for momentum, and leaping up into a Cross Body - which Byrne catches, and steps forward before delivering a Fallaway Slam! Both take their time to rise, before Sean whips Reno into the corner and dashes sluggishly after him - but Raynes falls to the side, and Byrne can't stop in time, colliding headfirst with the turnbuckle post. As Sean slumps back out, dazed, Reno slips behind him and applies another Dragon Sleeper!
JR: "Byrne's in trouble!"
RK: "No, he's not."
JR: "Would you stop being so damn miserable and ruining all my good work?"
RK: "Not if your 'good work' consists of shameless hype I won't."
Sean's arms slump almost instantly, with the rest of his body following suit. The ref gently lifts one of his arms as Reno lowers him to the floor. The arm is released, and drops loosely.
JR: "One down..."
RK: "Whatever..."
The arm is raised again, and again it falls.
JR: "Two gone - last chance!"
RK: "The suspense is killing me."
The arm is raised...
RK: "And he's back up..."
...And it falls a third time without resistance.
RK: "Hang on...what?"
The bell is rung!
TH2: "Here is your winner, and the new X-WCW TV Champion - 'Hangtime' Reno Raynes!"
RK: "WHAT?!"
Reno sinks to his knees as the ref hands the belt to him, absorbing the positive vibes from the crowd. Byrne lies quite still.
JR: "A dramatic victory - no, an upset - for Raynes tonight!"
RK: "Wait, he actually won with a frickin' sleeper hold?"
JR: "I could've told you that can happen if you hadn't interrupted..."
RK: "Weird."
JR: "And what was that you were saying earlier about Raynes being a jobber?"
RK: "I said the same about the other guy, so the Frenchy with the belt here is just the lesser of two jobbers."
JR: "Ugh...I give up. Congratulations to Reno Raynes, our new TV champion!"
Reno leaves the ring and staggers up the ramp, belt held high. We focus on Sean Byrne as he gradually reawakens, shaking his head groggily, before we cut to a commercial.
Backstage
Warzone comes back from the commercial break and we see the Lost Boys in their locker rooms and are ready to leave. However, someone opens the door and enters in. Its Real American and the two brothers look at their leader.
RA: “Tonight, we aint taking it anymore..you hear me boys?!”
Both men nod.
RA: “Tonight, we aint takin no more S*** from anybody!!! These people here treat us like crap and give us the shaft each and every show since were so called ‘perennial jobbers’? Tonight, we will show them once and for all..that we…can..WIN! So, will we stick to the plan tonight, boys?”
The two men nod before they leave the room. The cameras zoom in at RA’s face, a face that is filled with a malicious smile across his lips.
RA: “Yes..the plan that my mistress has given hand on…yes…”
RA laughs evily as the scene fades out.
The Lost Boys vs The Stix Brothers
We go back to the ringside area as eerie piano music rings out over the arena, and the crowd quickly begin to voice their displeasure at the sight of the two silent, masked entities stalking down the ramp.
THII: "The following tag-team contest is scheduled for one fall! On their way to the ring...at a combined weight of 700 pounds, from Parts Unknown...Damien and Dante, the Stix Brothers!"
RK: "Oh, look, it's my new favourite tag team!"
JR: "Folks, we're about to get started on, believe it or not, an exact rematch from Nitro 19! It'll be Damien Stix and Dante Stix - "
RK: "Walking Stix and Fiddle Stix!"
JR: "...like I said, Damien and Dante facing off once more with the Lost Boys of Mike Daniels and Mark Daniels. Apparently, Real American demanded the rematch, stating clearly that the Lost Boys would never get any more...favours...from his, uh, 'Mistress' unless they beat the Stix Brothers!"
RK: "Why are you shaking?"
JR: "You've never seen the Mistress, have you?"
RK: "No."
JR: "Lucky man..."
Damien steps over the top rope whilst Dante rolls into the ring, and the two slowly pivot to face the ramp, faces betraying no thought or feeling. At that moment, a 'bouncing betty' antipersonnel landmine springs up from the stage and detonates with an echoing THOOM! The more sensitive types in the crowd give little squeals of shock.
JR: "There's a good chance we'll see some borderline illegal antics in this fight. For that matter, there's a good chance we just killed a few audience members with shrapnel from that bomb, too."
RK: "EH?"
JR: "...And we've deafened Randal into the bargain."
RK: "WHAT'RE YOU SAYING?"
The piano music cuts out, to be replaced by 'Be My Frankenstein'...
THII: "And the opponents...also from Parts Unknown and weighing in at 700 pounds, Mike and Mark Daniels...the Lost Boys!"
...But the boys are not yet back in town. Or anywhere else, it seems. Damien and Dante exchange suspicious looks.
JR: "A no-show?"
RK: "Maybe they're still trying to lace up their boots!"
JR: "I don't get it - I mean, RA would be forcing them out through fear if nothing else, and they probably wouldn't be able to - JESUSMARYANDJOSEPH!"
The Lost Boys abruptly come leaping over the safety railings and sliding into the ring behind Damien and Dante! Well, one of them does; Mike (or I think it's Mike - they both kinda look the same) trips over his untied laces and falls short of the apron, whilst Mark slides in alone, confidence undamaged, even when the sound of his brother falling makes the Stixes turn around to face him. Unleashing a cry of startling incoherence, Mark/Mike/whichever one is standing rushes forward with a Double Diving Clothesline that the Stixes neatly dodge, leaving that particular Lost Boy to flatten his nose against the canvas, just before Damien and Dante deliver a pair of matching elbow drops to his shoulder blades. The bell rings, belatedly.
JR: "Mark's already in trouble here!"
RK: "Are you sure that's not Mike?"
JR: "Stop trying to confuse me!"
RK: "Seriously, though - are you?"
JR: "Yes, since Mark was gracious enough to write his name on the soles of his boots."
Indeed, the soles of Mark's boots bear his name.
RK: "Why on the soles? Who's gonna look there?"
JR: "Besides us, I've no idea...but why would anyone other than us be interested in his name?"
Damien Stix heads to his corner whilst Mike finally gets in the ring, only to be forced onto the apron by ref Sid Greene. Dante tugs Mark up and sends him to the ropes; Mark ducks an attempted elbow strike, but walks right into a Swinging Neckbreaker! A quick cover, but Mark kicks out at 2. Dante drops another elbow, this time onto Mark's knee, and twists the calf into a nasty angle. Mark can be heard screaming, "Oh god, my arm!" This causes the ref to go cross-eyed long enough for Mike to break the hold with a firm boot to Dante's chest.
RK: "He DARES to raise arms against Fiddle Stix?!"
Mike decides to stick around, for the purposes of dancing a little jig. This fails to impress the ref, who repeatedly orders Mike back to his corner, but allows Real American - arriving with impeccable timing - to wipeout Dante with a Running Butt Thump. And no, he's not covering his thong with anything else this week. RA slides back out of the ring, Damien seethes silently, and Mike finishes his routine with some jazz-hands before heading back to his corner and waiting to get a tag from Mark.
JR: "Wow. Just...wow."
RK: "There was nothing remotely good about that."
JR: "No, but think for a minute...RA had a strategy."
RK: "Oh...OH MY GOD!"
JR: "I know!"
Mark squirms about on the canvas like an abominable genetic mutation created from half a sea-lion and half an exotic dancer. Minus the 'exotic' bit. Eventually, his wiggling lets him reach his own corner, where he loosely slaps Mike across the face, which the ref counts as a tag. Mike steps through the ropes and dashes towards the rising Dante, applying a Bulldog - but he forgets to keep a tight hold on Dante's head, and goes flyin' solo, landing heavily on his rump. Much of the crowd giggles, which Real American takes as a cue for him to start his sexy dancing. Most of the crowd resort to plucking their eyeballs out with knitting needles.
RK: "My...brain...is...melting..."
JR: "Try not to look directly at it, is my advice."
Dante pulls Mike up by his hair, and delivers some nasty shots to the ribcage, and follows up with a Standing Armbar that makes Mike flail around weakly like a trapped fish. After ten seconds, Dante releases the hold and drags Mike over to his corner, tagging in Damien. The two Stixes whip Mike ot the ropes, but rather than bounce, he falls straight through them. Dante shrugs and steps out onto the apron, while Damien makes throttling motions into empty air before heading out after Mike. Mark takes the opportunity to launch at Damien with a Diving Cross Body from the apron, but misses completely and smacks his jaw off the edge of the announcers' table.
JR: "Bah gawd, what a sickening impact!"
RK: "Heheheheheheee!"
JR: "Any signs of real professionalism and...humanity from you would be really appreciated, Randal."
Damien pulls Mike to his feet, and somehow lifts the Lost Boy above his head momentarily with a Body Press! This feat deserves the awed silence it creates, which only serves to make the sickening crunch of Mike falling all that way down to the floor again even louder. Damien doesn't wait for Mike to recover before rolling him back into the ring and going for a cover -
JR: "2 and Mike kicked out!"
RK: "Did he?"
JR: "Okay, okay...maybe it was more like a sudden blast of gale-force wind that made him roll one shoulder slightly off the mat. Happy now?"
Damien drags Mike along the canvas to the Stix corner again, and tags Dante. Damien sits atop the turnbuckle whilst Dante lifts Mike up for a Back Suplex, instead handing him over to Damien, who connects with a Dudley-style Sitdown Powerbomb! Mike rolls away, uttering pleasant duck mating calls to the ceiling, whilst Mark climbs unsteadily back onto the apron. Dante shadows the reeling Mike Daniels, eyes glittering a dull orange hue...
RK: "Ooh, fancy contact lenses for Fiddle Stix..."
JR: "I think this'll be the end, folks - it's Dante's Inferno!"
Mike pulls himself up with the aid of the turnbuckle, just as Dante rears back...Mike turns...and Dante lets fly with the flames!
JR: "But look!"
Oh yes! Mike dropped to the ground at that exact instant, the flames licking the spot where his head used to be, harmlessly! And he kicks Dante in the nuts! Hard! With Sid Greene entranced by the flames, this goes without a warning, and as Dante sinks to his knees, Mike scrabbles away to his corner and makes the tag to Mark!
JR: "Mark Daniels now in, after a bit of...ah...calculated capriciousness from Mike."
RK: "Can't you just say he's a snivelling little cheat?"
JR: "..."
RK: "Oh, right, he's supposed to be one of the 'good guys' here..."
Mark Daniels keeps the pressure on Dante with swift kicks to the midsection; unfortunately, on the sixth kick, he overbalances and falls on his head, thus giving Dante a chance to recover. As soon as Mark gets back to his feet, he finds himself caught in the clutches of Dante, who delivers a stunning Belly-to-Back Suplex!
JR: "The Lost Boys are being seriously manhandled out there!"
RK: "...You realise how inherently wrong that sounds, right?"
Dante gestures to Damien just as Mike tries to get in the ring again. As ref Greene restrains Mike, Damien hoists Mark up onto his shoulders in the Electric Chair position, whilst Dante goes onto the top rope - but RA reappears and...
JR: "..."
RK: "WTF?"
...Skips back and forth, slapping Damien lightly in the face with a dildo. Damien takes this abuse without a word, and Dante freezes on the turnbuckle, understandably confused - when suddenly, RA pulls out a much larger dildo and floors Damien with it! Dante can only look on in shock as Mark Daniels falls back to his feet, then hops up the turnbuckle and delivers a Frankensteiner!
JR: "BAH GAWD!"
RK: "DILDO!"
JR: "What a move!"
RK: "Dildo-dildo-dillll-doh!"
JR: "Stop it...there's a cover!"
Mike Daniels has returned to the apron, RA leaves the ring, the ref turns - to find Mark covering Dante nice and tight! The count goes down - 1 - 2 - 3!
THII: "Here are your winners...Mike and Mark Daniels, the Lost Boys!"
The fans boo loudly as the Lost Boys get the victory due to some help from RA. The three leave the ring and the fans start to chant ‘asshole’.
JR: "An impressive...victory...for the Boys..."
RK: "Wait...they WON?!"
JR: "...Y...yes."
RK: "OH MY GOD! THE APOCALYPSE HAS COME!"
RA and the Boys, in celebration, begin to do the macarena on the outside. The Stixes can only look on in surprise.
JR: "Well folks, after all that, we'll be taking a commerical break, but we'll see you again in five..."
RK: "Assuming the world doesn't end...which it will! OH GOD, I CAN SEE THE HORSEMEN ON THE HORIZON!"
JR: "That's a bunch of Elvis impersonators you're pointing at."
RK: "Oh...well, that's bad too."
Backstage
We see Jake and Ken Hunter walk down the corridors of the backstage area until they are stopped by Starstorm. The Hunter Brothers have grins on their faces while the tag team champs just look a bit disgusted.
RD: “So, what do you two misfits want?”
AL: “Aside from change? Yeah guys, what is it?!”
The two brothers just look at each other before they point at the belts of Starstorm.
Jake: “Obviously, your gold. On the next match, we will get ONE step closer to that. You hear me?”
RD and AL just shake their heads at Jake and Ken before they just walk out of the corridor itself.
Triple Threat Tag Team Match
Fragile Minds vs The Final Frontier vs The Twisted Hunters
”Land of Confusion” hits, and Vanish, Thornn and Absinthe – The Fragile Minds – make their stage appearance, receiving a mixed response from the fans.
THII: “The following is a Triple Threat Tag Team Match, and is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first: the team of Vanish, Thornn and Absinthe – THE FRAGILE MINDS!”
The indifferent response continues as all three Fragile Minds members make their way to the ring.
JR: “I’ve been notified, King, that all three members of The Fragile Minds will be competing in this match!”
RK: “Well, JR, I’ve also heard that The Fragile Minds wouldn’t leave the dressing room unless that was the case! I think they’re calling it ‘The Fragile Minds Rule’!”
Then “We Don’t Die” hits, and Ken and Jake Hunter – The Twisted Hunters – appear on stage, also receiving a mixed response.
THII: “Their first opponents: the team of Ken and Jake – THE TWISTED HUNTERS!”
The Twisted Hunters make their way to the ring, then “Comin’ To Your City” hits the PA system, and the fans erupt as Autobot Jazz and Sci Fi Man – The Final Frontier – appear on stage!
THII: “And their next opponents: the team of Autobot Jazz and Sci Fi Man – THE FINAL FRONTIER!”
The cheering continues as AJ and SFM make their way to the ring. They enter it, and the bell rings to commence the match.
AJ, Vanish and Ken start proceedings for their respective teams. Though while AJ and Vanish tie up in the middle, Ken takes to the front left turnbuckles, attempting a missile dropkick that hits Vanish in the back and takes both of his opponents down. Ken turns Vanish over and rolls him up for a pin attempt.
JR: “1…. 2…. Autobot Jazz breaks it!”
RK: “That sort of pinfall only works in that other company, much to the chagrin of a certain Grandmaster E! Just imagine if he lost his last match at Bloodbath IV that way! HA!”
AJ brings Ken to his feet, whipping him to the front ropes and hitting a hard tilt-a-whirl slam on Ken, but before he can capitalise on this any further, Vanish leaps onto AJ’s back, bringing him down with a victory roll and a pin attempt.
RK: “1…. 2…. NO! He kicked out!”
JR: “Autobot Jazz is much harder to beat than that! And with The Final Frontier being the crowd favourites here, I think the fans would riot if that pin had been successful!”
As AJ and Vanish get up, Ken tags his brother Jake into the contest. Jake then gets up onto the back right turnbuckles and onto Ken’s shoulders, launching into a springboard plancha that brings AJ and Vanish down again. Ken leaves the ring, and Jake goes for a pinfall on Vanish.
JR: “1…. 2…. Autobot Jazz breaks it again!”
RK: “Talk about déjà vu!”
And while AJ brings Jake to his feet for another move, Vanish tags Thornn into the contest. As AJ picks Jake up for an aeroplane spin slam, Thornn mounts the front right turnbuckles in preparation for another high-risk move.
AJ hits the slam on Jake, but as he turns around, Thornn launches into a cross body block. AJ, however, catches him, turning the move into a fallaway slam. AJ then gets up, and walks to his corner to tag SFM into the contest.
SFM enters the ring, and both Final Frontier members proceed to clean house in the ring! Jake and Thornn are quickly taken down by stiff clotheslines, and Vanish and Ken come in to try and stop the rot, but they are also repelled with stiff blows from AJ and SFM.
However, Absinthe has remained on the outside, and proceeds to take a large sip from her trademark bottle….
JR: “Oh crap! I have a feeling someone’s about to cop some more Absinthe Mist!”
RK: “A very mystifying experience!”
By this time, the three legal men – SFM, Jake and Thornn – are back in the ring, and Jake goes after SFM once more, but the larger SFM shrugs off Jake’s left and right hands, dropping him with a thunderous body slam.
Thornn, therefore, takes advantage of being the odd man out by tagging Absinthe into the match. As SFM goes to continue his assault on the downed Jake, Absinthe runs up behind him, getting close enough to bring SFM to his knees with a low blow (unseen by the referee, of course).
Meanwhile, and with a sudden burst of energy, Jake gets up and locks SFM in a headscissor position!
JR: “Bah Gawd! What’s Jake Hunter about to do here?”
RK: “Certainly not a powerbomb! After all, Sci Fi Man’s about a foot taller and a lot heavier than him!”
To the surprise of the fans, Jake manages to launch into a FLIP PILEDRIVER on SFM, prompting a loud “HOLY SHIT!” chant. However, as Jake gets up again, Absinthe distracts him by proceeding to undress.
JR: “NO! Don’t do it, Jake!”
RK: “Ha ha! No competitor in X-WCW can resist this woman!”
Sure enough, Jake falls for Absinthe’s deception, copping a spray of Absinthe Mist for his trouble. Naturally, as the referee is seeing to the downed SFM, he misses this, and as Jake is disoriented, Absinthe launches into a hurricanrana, placing Jake in a completely helpless pinning predicament!
As Vanish goes after Ken, and Thornn goes after AJ, on the outside, the referee moves into position to count what will be the final pinfall of this encounter….
RK: “1…. 2…. 3! Another win for The Fragile Minds!”
JR: “In decidedly foggy – or should I say MISTY – circumstances!”
The crowd gives a most indifferent response as the bell rings to end proceedings.
THII: “Here are your winners – THE FRAGILE MINDS!”
Vanish, Thornn and Absinthe celebrate their win, and their four competitors are still in shock on the outside.
JR: “I don’t think this feud is over yet! Not by a long shot!”
RK: “Though it seems The Fragile Minds are on a one way trip to winning the X-WCW Tag Team Titles!”
JR: “Not that way, I hope!”
RK: “Quit your whining! We’ll be back!”
Warzone goes to a commercial break.
Real American vs TGO
Warzone comes back to its originally scheduled broadcast as “Clint Eastwood” by Gorillaz hits the speakers. The fans let out a huge round of cheers for the X-WCW UW champ as he steps out of the curtains. Ignavus wears a long sleeved white shirt and khaki pants while he has the X-WCW UW title on his shoulder. He makes his way down the ramp as he lazily scratches his bum.
THII: “Ladies and gentlemen, making his way down the ring is the X-WCW Ultimate World Champion…IGNAVUS!!!”
JR: “Welcome back to Warzone! Hi everyone, this is James Russell and Randal King at ringside and the X-WCW UW champ is on his way here to the announce booth.”
RK: “He seems to be uncharacteristically..UNLAZY tonight. Gee, must be the match that is scheduled huh?”
Igz makes his way into the announce booth and sits down. He grabs his own head set and shakes hands of both men.
Igz: “Nice to be here guys! I cant wait to see this clusterf*** of a match! If its crappy, Igz is always happy! Plus, I did promise the winner to face me on Nitro, so…”
RK: “You gonna scout the competition huh?”
Igz: “Hmmm..nah! I just wanna get an excuse of sitting on this comfy chair again. Damn, I’m the champ, yet I don’t get any chair like this.”
JR: “They only cost 50 dollars down at walmart, for your information.”
THII: “Ladies and gentlemen, the following singles contest is scheduled for one fall and will be under a 30 minute time-limit. Introducing first…”
*“Cocky” by kid rock hits the speakers and the fans give off a heated to the man who recently used a dildo to help his comrades in the previous match. Real American comes out looking a bit different then usual. He has on red white and blue tights on correctly, mid sized red wrestling boots, and a white muscle shirt. He slides into the ring and raises both hands only to continue getting his regular mixed responses.*
THII: “From Ellis Island, Real American!!”
RK: “Wow, it seems those hits to his head have really changed the way this guy thinks. He actually has a brain…I always thought he was…ya know.”
JR: “For once, we have been thinking the same.”
Igz: “Same here. It was GENIUS for RA to use that dildo on the Stix earlier.”
RK: “Stix got beaten by..a metallic stick! HAHAHA!”
*“Bullets” by Creed hits the speakers and the mixed response turns to a loud face pop. TGO comes darting out of the curtains and slides into the ring. Before our lovely ring announcer could say his weight, he immediately takes RA down with a running shoulder tackle! The bell rings as TGO picks up RA and sends a couple of snap jabs to the jaw and then hits a turn around haymaker to take Real American down. He then helps up Real American, backs up and takes him back down with a running STO.*
JR: “Jesus Christ what force! TGO has been very angry about losing Randall, I haven’t seen this side of him before.”
RK: “Your right, his win/loss record is worse then his Kevin Federline rapping partner Karl Baller. You KNOW a team is bad when Baller is the better out of the two.”
JR: “Stop it King. Besides, they didn’t seem like a bad team when they beat PowerBomb, StarStorm, and Final Frontier at the same time to become X-WCW Tag champions.”
Igz: “But you gotta remember JR, that was last year, this is the year 2007. I mean, TGO is slowly but surely reaching the .500 mark in the win and loss column. He is almost 3 loses away to tie up with KB..who had one enormous losing streak on his rookie season here.”
*As the announcers continue their argument, TGO is working like a mad man. He sends a vicious left right combo, followed by a kick to the shin and a head butt. He then grabs his opponent and takes him down with a Jeff Hardy style jawbreaker. Real American staggers back only to get taken down with a running cross body attack. He attempts the pin, but our Real American kicks out at two.*
Igz: “WOW! RA kicked out of something, is it just me or is the Chinese new year the cause of this?”
RK: “Last time I checked, RA was an American citizen, Igz.”
*The Great One picks up his opponent yet again and launches him into the ropes, but RA ducks a clothesline…only to come up to early and get his hand stuck behind TGO’s hair. He continues to run and pulls TGO into a neck breaker kind of maneuver. The fans look in amazement as RA’s bad luck actually turns out to be an awesome kind of move. The two both lay as the referee begins the count.*
Igz: “Damn, that was surprising huh guys?”
RK: “You tell me, when the hell did RA learn THAT move?”
JR: “I heard that it was actually RA himself who invented that move during the early 80s..but it was banned since it was too risky..and he was too..overweight then.”
RK: “You mean he was fatter before? Ugh..”
*Both superstars get up at 5 and trade blows, TGO blocks one and sends a very hard knee to the gut. TGO uses this time to lift his opponent up for his finisher “G.K.O”. Only just as it happens, RA moves like Spiderman and wraps his legs around TGO with an armdrag.*
JR: “When did Real American learn to do s…SMALL PACKAGE!!!”
RK: “1…2…3, HOLY COW! REAL AMERICAN BEAT THE GREAT ONE!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA”
JR: “I don’t believe it!”
Igz: “Hmm..I guess its me and RA. Oh fate can be so cruel huh?”
*As both superstars got up, TGO charged at RA only to be caught in a small package. He was so surprised and reacted to late. RA gets up and raises his hands to celebrate his first victory over an X-WCW superstar. As “Cocky” plays, the celebration ends fast as TGO tackles RA and starts wailing on him. The crowd starts to throw jeers at the sore loser tactics displayed, but TGO doesn’t give a damn apparently.*
JR: “And what a sore loser! Bah gawd I can’t believe this is happening! TGO has no right to act like this, even if its Real American. RA displayed great courage and deserves this win!”
RK: “Doesn’t look like he won though. Don’t you understand, this was TGO’s chance to get an easy shot at the X-WCW World title. Of course he is mad.”
JR: “Oh right. They were going at it for the X-WCW World title shot.”
Igz: “….you guys mind? I’m trying to watch the sore loser that didn’t get a shot at MY title.”
*Indeed the X-WCW United States champion, title around his waist, comes running down the rampway. He slides into the ring and pulls his partner off of TGO. He screams out “WHAT THE F*** IS WRONG WITH YOU DOG!?” TGO just lunges back at the fallen Real American and tries to continue, but KB stops him and pulls him off again.*
JR: “It looks like Baller is trying to calm him down.”
*KB screams out “YOU LOST, CALM DOWN AIIGHT WE’LL BOUNCE BACK” but TGO shoves his partner as hard as he can out of his face. KB, who was caught by surprise falls on his ass, but gets right back up in anger. KB shakes his head as TGO leaves the ring.*
Igz: “I think it was better if he was as calm as his intentions were, cause it didn’t work that much.”
RK: “Ha, Baller got a ‘thrilling’ expierence there huh?”
JR: “That wasn’t funny…anyway folks I apologize for the heinous assault you have just witnessed. EMT’s are currently checking poor Real American out and are apparently going to help him to the back. When we get back, more action is coming your way.”
The scene fades looking at Baller stare at his partner go up the ramp.
Backstage
Warzone comes back from the commercial break and we see Cole Ryan with Nightmare.
CR: “We are back from the commercial break and the person with me right now is the X-WCW Xtreme Champion, Nightmare. Nightmare, comin up next, will be the 6 man hardcore battle royal for your title. Got any comments?”
NM: “Cole, I got no comments on those six losers who try their luck to get MY title. Eventually, it doesn’t matter if they use their weapons on that match, what matters is if they are lucky enough to get the pinfall without the other 4 men on their tail. You see, most of my challengers rely on the luck of the draw since in the Xtreme title division, we get some unearthly kind of match stipulations. But regardless of the matches, I will still come out on top. I have something more than luck on my side..and that’s my skills.”
CR: “So, you have no business to WHOEVER wins the match?”
NM: “Obviously, no I don’t! Cole, whoever will win I shall consider unfortunate. On the next show or at the PPV, he gets to face me and there will be immense pain that I will deliver upon him. I am the Xtreme champion, and I will push the level of pain..TO..THE..XTREME! Muhahahahah!”
After he laughs, he turns to his right to leave. However he stops as he seems to see someone outside the camera. The camera zooms out to show the bigger picture of the scene and a asian girl with black hair and wearing some sort of dress that makes her look like some sort of Shrine Maiden from Japan.
NM: “Bout damn time you came in here Rayne.”
Rayne Bloodstorm looks at Cole Ryan for a while before he nods back to Nightmare. Soon enough, bot Nightmare and Rayne exit the corridor.
#1 Contendership to the Xtreme title
7 Man Hardcore Battle Royal
TRD vs De’Si Nidea vs Bruce Ganser vs Greg Biafra vs Hellcot vs Judge Death vs Josh Leyh
All seven competitors are already in the ring, with numerous weapons laid out inside it. No music is played as Terri makes her opening announcement.
THII: “The following is a 7 Man Hardcore Battle Royal, and it will decide the Number One Contendership to the X-WCW Xtreme Championship! The only way to eliminate an opponent is to send him over the top rope to the floor, and the last man remaining in the ring will be declared the winner!”
The appropriate response from the crowd is given as each contender is introduced….
THII: “Your contenders are…. THE REAL DEAL…. DE’SI NIDEA…. BRUCE GANSER…. GREG BIAFRA…. SEITH HELLOCT…. JUDGE DEATH…. And finally, JOSH LEYH!”
The bell rings to commence proceedings, but instead of grabbing weapons, most of the combatants take to each other with their bare hands. Leyh ties up with Biafra, while Helloct and JD begin to exchange blows, and Ganser and TRD stalk each other around the ring for a few moments.
Naturally, this leaves Nidea as the odd man out, and being the Star Wars nutter that he is, he produces two highly unorthodox hardcore weapons: a pair of Force FX lightsabers. The fans in attendance break into loud laughter as Nidea switches his weapons on and swings them frantically at Ganser and TRD.
Sure enough, this has no effect on Nidea’s larger opponents, who grab one arm each and give Nidea a double team hip toss right over the front rope and all the way into the crowd!
JR: “DE’SI NIDEA’S BEEN ELIMINATED!”
RK: “And that was the funniest elimination I’ve ever seen in my many years in the business!”
JR: “If he keeps going the way he’s going, King, he’ll be seen as the next Shockmaster, and nothing more!”
RK: “I don’t think he cares, JR! He’s lapping up the laughter!”
JR: “I hope he realises they’re laughing AT him, and not WITH him!”
RK: “Like I said, he doesn’t care!”
TRD and Ganser then pick up much heavier weapons – a STOP sign and a 2x4 respectively – and take to their other four opponents. TRD floors both Leyh and Biafra in quick succession with his sign, and Ganser knocks down both Helloct and JD with equal speed.
Both Ganser and TRD continue to pummel their opponents for a further ten seconds after this. Then, TRD brings Leyh to his feet, placing him into the headscissor position and delivering a nasty crucifix powerbomb to Leyh, sending him over the ropes and to the floor!
JR: “JOSH LEYH IS ELIMINATED!”
RK: “With authority, I might add!”
Meanwhile, Ganser picks JD up, and proceeds to turn him around and lift him into a belly to back suplex position. Ganser succeeds in the lift and walks toward the right ropes, but at the last moment, JD slips out behind him and delivers a low blow to Ganser. JD then proceeds to lift Ganser up into the same predicament, delivering an atomic whip to Ganser that sends him over the ropes and out of the match!
JR: “OH MY GOD! BRUCE GANSER’S BEEN ELIMINATED!”
RK: “That I did not expect! He was on a roll!”
TRD, JD, Helloct and Biafra are still standing, and the match continues in earnest. TRD goes for Biafra, and JD and Helloct continue to fight, with JD whipping Helloct to the back ropes and throwing a trashcan in Helloct’s face on the rebound.
As JD mounts the fallen Helloct and unleashes a flurry of stiff blows to Helloct’s face, TRD and Biafra tie up once more. Neither man can gain the ascendancy, though, so TRD – in true nTo style – breaks the tie up with a knee to Biafra’s groin.
With Biafra smarting from the pain, TRD locks him in a front chancery, in preparation for a suplex that could take Biafra out of the match. TRD lifts Biafra up, but Biafra manages to slip out behind TRD, turning him around and lifting TRD into a military press, dropping TRD over the back ropes and eliminating him from the match!
RK: “NO! THE REAL DEAL HAS BEEN ELIMINATED!”
JR: “The nTo’s biggest stooge just got stooged! And rightly so!”
Meanwhile, JD still has Helloct locked in a blatant choke on the mat, but Biafra walks over to them and breaks the hold, throwing JD backwards with a Biel throw.
Biafra then begins to stomp on JD, but he makes the critical mistake of turning his back on the more experienced Helloct, enabling Helloct to grab a Kendo stick and smash Biafra over the head with it several times.
The now disoriented and seriously hurting Biafra does not stand a chance as JD springs up off the mat and delivers a pump handle-style lift, taking Biafra over the front ropes and out of the match!
RK: “GREG BIAFRA’S ELIMINATED!”
JR: “And then there were two! Exactly the two men I predicted to end this match, I might add!”
Naturally, JD and Helloct continue their simmering rivalry of late. They both tie up, but surprisingly, the significantly smaller JD gains the strength advantage, throwing Helloct to the mat quickly.
While Helloct is getting up, JD picks up a chair and prepares to hit Helloct with it. JD takes a swing, but Helloct manages to kick the chair right back in JD’s face! And then, Helloct leaps to his feet, grabbing the chair once more and smashing JD another 12 times!
By this time, JD is completely dazed, finally enabling Helloct to pick him up and body slam JD over the left ropes, ending the match-up.
JR: “JUDGE DEATH IS ELIMINATED! SEITH HELLOCT WINS!”
RK: “Quick and brutal! Just the way I like it!”
TH: “Here’s your winner – SEITH HELLOCT!”
The crowd gives a somewhat indifferent response as Seith Helloct celebrates in the ring.
JR: “And there’s still more to come right here on Warzone!”
RK: “Stay with us!”
Warzone goes to a commercial break.
Backstage
We go backstage with Cole Ryan who has Sandy Drake with him.
CR: “Were back from the commercial break and with me right now is “The Young One” Sandy Drake. So TYO, how have you been?”
TYO: “Sandy? He feels fine and dandy! Well Cole, aside from being ok, I am so eager to come back into that ring. Its been a while since I laced my boots since I had to leave due to family matters. Well, my mom is already a-ok and I wanna give her a live Warzone greetings tonight. HI MOM!!!”
He waves at the camera before he looks back at CR.
CR: “I hear that in the next show, you will debut a talk show. Is that true?”
TYO: “Yes it is, Cole. It will be the called “THE YOUNG ZONE”. Originally, we planned to tape it during the vendetta 3 PPV. However, since Igz was too lazy after getting the title, and I had family matters, it never transpired. On Nitro, the young zone will have its first set of guests. Ladies and gentlemen..the first guests will be none other than Karl Baller and TGO of..THE THRILLAZ! Controversies? Extravagant Guests? The HOTTEST issues of the X-WCW? WE GOT THEM ALL ON THE YOUNG ZONE! So folks, tune in on Nitro for it!”
The scene fades as we go back to ringside.
Grandmaster E vs Otacon
THII: “The following contest is set for one fall. It will be fought under a 30 minute time-limit…introducing first, from Manchester England, Otacon!!!!!”
*“Superstar” by Saliva hits the speakers and the crowd immediately starts booing. Otacon comes out sarcastically waving and makes his way down the ramp. He slides into the ring and poses, only to get booed. He then gives off a vulgar middle finger, which causes more hate. The boo’s then switch to cheer’s when “King of my castle” plays.*
THII: “And his opponent, from Australia, Grandmaster EEE!!!!”
*GE comes out to the loudest face pop of the night. He runs down the ramp and slides into the ring only to get in the Conman’s face. The two talk trash until the referee separates both men. The song ends and they wait for the bell.*
JR: “These two men don’t like each other one bit. This will be a classic.
RK: “Damn right.”
*The bell rings and both former X-WCW World champions go nose-to-nose, talking smack. Otacon breaks up the verbal abuse with a punch to the jaw and the two superstars begin to slug it out. GME wins the slug battle with a right hand and starts sending them non-stop. Otacon reels back, but quickly throws a thumb to the eye to stop the attack. The ref spots the illegal move and starts scolding Otacon, but the con man doesn’t listen and takes GME down with a drop kick.*
*The fan favorite drops down back first and Otacon gets up to deliver the punishment. He sends a couple boots to the right leg and helps GME up, only to start catching some fists to the stomach. Otacon lets up after the 5th punch and gets taken down with a snapmare. Grand Master E attempts a chin lock, but Otacon starts getting to his feet. The move is quickly switched to a head lock and GME tries to take Otacon back down.*
*Otacon decides that he doesn’t want to be at such a disadvantage so he attempts a back suplex to take GE down. GE kicks his legs as hard as he can to stop the reversal and it works, he lands back on his feet in the same position. Otacon attempts to throw him into the ropes for a reversal, but GE still doesn’t allow his move to be changed and holds his ground. Finally, Otacon tries one more time and goes for one more back suplex. It works except GE reverses it in mid air and switches to a reverse DDT.*
JR: “Nice reversal by Grandmaster E!”
RK: “He goes for the cover! 1..early kickout by Otacon!”
*GE gets up with the Con man close behind. GE throws a couple punches to the jaw, but Otacon blocks one and sends a knee to the waist. He clubs the fan favorite in the back a couple of times, and then takes him down with a gut wrench suplex. Otacon gets up and flips the bird at the crowd only to receive the usual, loud jeers and “You Suck’s”. Otacon just smiles and turns around to find Grandmaster on all fours starting to get up.*
*Otacon walks over to him and start smacking him on the back of the head like a toy. He laughs a bit and slaps GE some more before helping him up. All of a sudden, a rush of adrenaline flows through GE’s left arm and he takes Otacon down with a vicious haymaker!. The Con Man goes down and gets back up only to be taken down with another haymaker.*
JR: “Bah Gawd, where the hell did this come from!”
RK: “Impossible”
JR: “That is what’s so dangerous about Grandmaster E, he can come back at any time.”
*After two more vicious knock out like haymakers, GE takes Otacon down with a hip toss. He backs up a bit and hits a quick running leg drop across Otacon’s throat. The Con man thrives in pain holding his throat as GME sends a couple of boots to the forehead. He begins to take a couple of breaths, regaining his figure and also allowing his opponent to his feet. When Otacon gets up, he is met with a couple chops to the chest.*
*GME grabs his arm and twists it around, then heads towards the turnbuckle. GME uses climbs to the top and in Undertaker fashion, walks the top rope. The fans cheer in amazement, nobody else except the Undertaker does this move this fast, except GME jumps off and turns it into a tornado DDT! He quickly attempts a pin fall.*
JR: “1…2. kickout by Otacon. The Con man is still in this.”
*GME sends an elbow to the Con man’s jaw and grabs the Conman by the head, he then puts him under his legs for a power bomb! Conman reverses it with a back body drop, and then falls on his face after enduring the vicious beating he took for the past couple of minutes. The ref counts and both superstars are up by 3, Conman goes for a clothesline, but GME ducks it. The heel gets caught from behind, but reverses a German suplex attempt, does a standing switch, and finally ends it with a sleeper hold.*
*About 45 seconds pass and GME drops to one knee. The referee checks his arm and lets it drop. The second time, GME keeps his arm up and balds up a fist signaling that this match is not over. GME starts shaking the fist, Otacon attempts to tighten the hold, but it works to no avail. GME gets on both feet and bends over; a series of elbows are thrown into the Manchester, Englander’s stomach. After the 4th one, Otacon lets go.*
*Quickly, GME hits the ropes, but Otacon reverses with a Arn Anderson like spinebuster, slamming the fan favorite onto the mat so hard the cheap seats heard a loud thump!. Otacon attempts the pinfall.*
RK: “1..2..kickout!? Damnit, come on Con man kick his ass.”
JR: “King, we are suppose to be neutral about this.”
RK: “Oh shut up…I see you kissing GME’s ass all the time.”
*Otacon goes for another pinfall and the same outcome happens again. OC gets up and helps his opponent to his feet to send a couple of head butts to GME’s skull. He then sends a few knees to the stomach and takes GME down with a tiger bomb! He doesn’t go for the pin though. Otacon heads to the nearest turnbuckle and climbs the top. GME rises to his feet and turns around only to be taken down by a vicious missile dropkick to the face. Otacon rolls over for the pin.*
JR: “1..2..thr- kickout by GME! He isn’t giving up”
*Otacon gets up and screams, “THAT’S ENOUGH”. He then does his vertabreaker signal. GME starts to get up and Otacon stalks him. He waits for GME to turn around and sends a boot to the gut followed by the set up to his finisher. Just as Otacon is about to execute, GME shimmies his weight and legs back to pull Otacon down for a surprise backslide pin!*
*Otacon kicks out at 2, quickly gets back up, and goes for a clothesline. Grandmaster E moves to the left and grabs his arm to take him down with an arm bar submission hold. GE is close to the ropes and after a minute of crawling and pulling, Otacon grabs the ropes. GE lets go and sends a couple stomps to the injured arm of Otacon. The crowd start up a “GME” chant as he poses.*
*The referee goes to check on Otacon as GME waits for him to get up. Otacon uses the ropes to help him up and charges at GME again. GME smirks and hits a lightning fast belly-to-belly suplex on his opponent. The referee looks at Otacon laying on the floor, then rushes to him out of no where.*
JR: “What is…ahhh so the Conman wanted to cheat huh?”
RK: “No, he just needed to clean his hands.”
JR: “With a flapjack?”
RK: “…..”
*Otacon dug in his pants to pull out a foreign object, luckily for GME, the ref saw this and confiscated it. GME furiously rushes to Otacon as the ref heads to the other side of the ring to dispose of them and Otacon stops GME in his tracks with a vicious low blow! GME drops on both knee’s as the crowd boo furiously at the heel Otacon.*
*Otacon helps GME up and puts him in a headlock, then walks him over to the nearest turnbuckle. He helps GME up onto the turnbuckle and follows up for a superplex. Just as Otacon slaps GME, the former world champ tosses a thumb to Otacon’s eye! The crowd cheer in approval and GME looks to be setting up his opponent for his own superplex.*
RK : “That freaking cheater! That isn’t right, he needs to be dq’d!!”
JR: “Turn about is fair play. It now looks like he is go-BAH GAWD JESUS CHRIST”
RK: “DAMNIT, NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!”
*As the two announcers spoke, GME superplexed Otacon “OUT” of the ring from the top turnbuckle! The crowd chant “XTREME” over and over as both superstars lie motionless on the ground. The referee begins the count out and both superstars lay motionless. GME gets up at 5, but Otacon is knocked out cold. GME picks Otacon up and rolls him and himself back in right before 10. He attempts a pinfall.*
JR: “1…2…3, Grandmaster E wins!!”
RK: “NOOOO”
*“King of my castle” hits the speakers and THII makes the announcement.*
THII: “The winner of this match as a result of pinfall….Grandmaster E!!!”
*Both superstars lay on the ground as the referee helps GME get to his feet and raise his hands in victory.
JR: “That was one big display of courage from both men inside that ring, King.”
RK: “Yeah it was JR, I cant believe just how they pulled it off. Both men really gave it their all, and GME came out the winner…regardless of my displeasure for it.”
GE gingerly makes his way towards the ropes and reaches for the mic. The fans continue to cheer as he signals for his music to be cut.
GME: “See that? I did it. I beat the livin hell out of Otacon from pillar to post here tonight. So Chris Back, you better come out here cause I want my damn title shot!”
The fans cheer loudly as GE waits for CB to appear at ringside. It wouldn’t be a bit later that “Immortal” by adema comes blaring out of the speakers and CB makes his presence felt in the arena. He has a mic on his hand and looks at GE who is at the ring.
CB: “Now settle down, bitch boy. As it stands, both you and Otacon are tied for the #1 contender’s spot. Another thing is, since the champion already has a title defense for Nitro, you two need to sort out who gets the right to fight the champ. So on Nitro, it will be the third and final match between Grandmaster E and Otacon. The winner, will face Ignavus at the X RUMBLE!”
The fans cheer yet again as GE just stares at CB from the ring before he nods.
GME: “I like the sound of that…youre on.”
“Immortal” plays and CB leaves the ringside as X-WCW goes to a commercial break.

Six Man Tag Team Grudge Match
Christopher Back and StarStorm vs Tony Bonito and RNR
We go back to ringside for the night’s main event and we see Terri Hotbody II in the middle of the wrestling ring with a microphone.
THII: “The next match is Warzone’s MAIN EVENT!”
She lets out a pause as the fans cheer for the upcoming match.
THII: “This six man tag team contest is scheduled for one fall. If Tony Bonito would have 2 partners on his side tonight, the six man tag team match will be held. However, in the event of Bonito’s failure to obtain two men, it shall be made into a handicap match.”
“Enemy” by fozzy plays into the speakers and out come Starstorm to a very acceptable round of cheers.
THII: “Introducing first, representing the nTo, they are the tandem of Alec Lightstar and Raven Darkstorm. The X-WCW Tag Team Champions…STARSTORM!!!”
The two men make their way down the ring as the fans continue to give a light cheer for the tag team champions.
JR: “Raven Darkstorm and Alec Lightstar is receiving one good response here in the arena. The tag team champions have made the crowd pay notice that they can really get it done in the ring as one of the X-WCW’s top tag teams.”
RK: “Since its only the walkin stix and those lost boys bein the newest batch of tag team here in the X-WCW, I doubt anyone could actually top the mediocre tag team that is Starstorm. These two are just overrated…oh wait, they are a part of the nTo! I mean, THEY ARE GREAT JR!”
JR: “Oh gee..why do I sense someone wants to get his regular paychecks instead of speaking whats REALLY on his mind?”
Starstorm enter the ringside area and they pose for the fans before they remain in the ring as their music fades out. Soon enough “Immortal” by Adema hits the speakers and Christopher Back enters the ringside area.
“I know who you are”
“Leader of lost souls”
“You cant kill me”
“I’m immortal”
THII: “And their partner, he is the X-WCW CEO, CHRISTOPHER BACK!!!”
The fans cheer for CB as he makes his way down the ramp.
JR: “Here comes the leader of the nTo, King.”
RK: “And he is one helluva leader for the nTo. His right hand man might be out forever thanks to Bonito, but he and the nTo are still one of the biggest entities here in the X-WCW.”
JR: “Tonight, Chris Back is making sure that TB shall pay for his crimes to the nTo and to his dear friend D-Extreme.”
As soon as Chris Back steps into the ring, he gives some high fives to Starstorm. On one corner, they talk to each other before the music dies down. Soon enough we hear some familiar guitar riffs from the speakers and the stage pyros kick off as the lyrics starts to play
“I fly above the rest”
"What it takes to be the best."
"I'll burn this whole place down."
"I'll put you in the ground."
Tony Bonito comes out to the ringside area with the crowd giving him a huge amount of heel heat. He is show wearing his ring attire and coming down the ramp while he has a mic on his hand.
THII: “And the opponent, from Boston Massachusetts….TONY BONITO!!!”
JR: “Here comes Tony Bonito, King. Earlier on the broadcast, he told Cole and the rest that he found a couple of men to help him.”
RK: “Right now, we will see WHO these two men are.”
The fans continue to boo him as the camera gets a medium shot of him on the rampway with a smirk on his face. He stops on the end of the rampway and looks at the ring while he pulls up his mic.
TB: “Chris, hold the champagne for tonight, cause it wont be a win for you and your two paper tin champs there in the ring. Tonight, it wont be Tony Bonito being the sole wrestler to school you three nTo d***wads in that ring. Tonight, I got the services of the X-WCW’s HOTTEST tag team to date…”
The lights dim out as we hear a couple of drum beats in the PA systems. All of a sudden the footage from the ringside area goes widescreen and black and white. We hear a couple of drumbeats in the speakers before a guitar riff fill it up. Soon enough the cameras focus on the stage as we hear some vocals kicking in.
"Filmstar, propping up the bar, driving in a car, it looks so easy,
Filmstar, propping up the bar, driving in a car tonight,
Filmstar, giving it class, living it fast, it looks so easy,
Filmstar, giving it class, living it fast tonight"
"Filmstar" hits the speakers while two men appear on the stage. They are revealed to be R.E. Rage and Brett Rayne wearing black leather jackets and shades on the stage while the ring crew rolls a red carpet down the ramp.
JR: “OH MY GAWD! Rage and Rayne, has reunited as RNR here in the X-WCW!!!”
RK: “MARK OUT MOMENT!!!”
The two men finally walk down the ramp and the two men stand behind TB with smirks of their own as the fans boo the trio outside the ring. Rage and Rayne take off their shades and jackets before they slide into the ring with Bonito.
JR: “Its actually unbelievable that Tony Bonito managed to acquire the services of Rage and Rayne. The last time I heard, Rage was supposed to be taking a night off and Rayne was still back in his hometown due to a family crisis.”
RK: “Well JR, anything can happen here in the X-WCW, so you can never be too sure what will happen. Tonight is just another example of that.”
The lights go back on and inside the ring, CB doesn’t look too pleased at the outcome of the events. He looks back at his own team and he talks more strategy to them while Bonito and RNR just have a huge grin on their faces for some unearthly reason beside thinking they got the upperhand on the nTo.
JR: “Now that Bonito has evened up the numbers, this will be one interesting main event, King.”
RK: “It certainly will be interesting, JR. The team of Chris Back and Starstorm maybe a potent 6-man tag team, but Bonito and RNR? That’s like the trio of CB, D-Ex and Cane Deathscream in current time…star studded!”
JR: “Lets not try to discount the fact that CB and Starstorm has the team chemistry, and I doubt Bonito and his team mates still have that, discount Rage and Rayne. Bonito might just be the odd man out of this, since there is still a cloud hanging over him as a loner in the X-WCW locker room.”
The bell rings and it seems like Alec Lightstar and R.E. Rage will start it off as the other four men go to their corners. Rage and AL go to the center of the ring and they slowly raise their arms in the air to initiate a lock up, but Rage delivers a hard kick to the mid-section of Alec before they could grapple. The tactic draws up a huge amount of boos from the crowd before Rage continues his attack with a couple of clubs to the back of AL. He tries to whip AL into the ropes, but it is reversed and Rage bounces off the ropes. AL ducks down for a back body drop, but Rage greets him with a vicious kick to the face.
RK: “OW! That really has to hurt, JR! Alec might be missin a couple of teeth already.”
Rage grabs Alec by the arm and reels him in for a clothesline. While Alec is down, Rage starts to stomp down on his opponent for a couple of seconds.
JR: “Rage is really in a fighting mood right now, King. Usually, he’d taunt his opponent or the fans after her levels his opponent.”
RK: “I guess he is really energized since his return here in the X-WCW that he doesn’t care anymore about the fans, don’t you think?”
Rage approaches the recovering Alec Lightstar and pulls him up by the hair. However, before he could pull him up, AL grabs him by the head and delivers a jawbreaker. Rage gets to his feet as he holds his jaw and AL delivers a couple of chops to the chest. He pulls Rage close before he delivers a bodyslam on his opponent. He covers Rage, only to get a quick arm up from his opponent.
RK: “Alec better recognize that it aint the lost boys he is fighting in this match. Too early for a pinfall, JR.”
He waits for Rage to get up before he tries for a spinning wheel kick. However, Rage ducks down and grabs him from behind for a sleeper takedown. Alec holds the back of his head while he is on the mat and Rage slaps him around the head region after a while to draw some heel heat. He pulls Alec Lightar on his feet and delivers a hard elbow drive on the back of his head. Alec goes down on one knee before Rage slaps him hard on the head yet again and mouths off at him. While he mouths off, however, Alec delivers a couple of punches to the gut of Rage. Rage gets hurt and backs up a bit before he runs towards Alec with a running boot to face.
RK: “Interrupting Rage, in any shape of form, is really a big price to pay. I think Alec just learned that now.”
While Alec is down, Rage drags him by the arm and tags out to Brett Rayne. Brett enters the ring and RNR pick up Alec. They grab him by the hair and deliver a double head slam on the mat. Alec lands on the mat with the back of his head yet again in a high velocity and holds it yet again in pain.
JR: “Rayne and Rage is focusing on the head of Alec right now.”
RK: “They are strategizing here JR. Remember, the back of the head is where the Cerebellum is located. Once you bang it up a bit, the opponent’s balance would be all screwed up. This aint taek won do, so these things are all legal to do by Rage and Rayne.”
Rage goes back to his corner while Brett Rayne picks up Alec Lightstar and locks a front face lock before he plants him hard with DDT on the canvas. With Alec down on the floor, Rayne pins him.
JR: “Here is the pinfall, 1..2..NO! AL gets a shoulder up.”
Brett gets up and waits for Alec to get up to his feet. Once AL gets to his feet, he grabs him and shoots him off into the ropes. However, as AL bounces off his corner, RD tags himself into the back and the referee sees it while BR did not. Brett Rayne catches AL with a clothesline and he goes down. However, he is stuck on where he was located as he looks up before RD connects with a flying dropkick off the top rope to take down Brett. Raven Darkstorm and Brett Rayne get up at the same time and RD delivers a couple of punches to the gut of Brett. He grabs Brett and tries for a suplex, but Brett rolls him up in an inside cradle with his tights up.
JR: “Rayne pins him 1…2…OH NO! KICKOUT BY RAVEN!”
RK: “DAMN! Brett could have gotten away with it too.”
Both men get up and Brett delivers a face rake on RD before he grabs him from behind and tries an inverted DDT. However, RD reverses it and locks on an armbar on Brett Rayne. He drives his elbow on the arm of Brett before he lets go. He tries to go for an armwrench on Brett but as soon as he twists the arm of Brett, he is hit by a hard kick to the gut. He gets another kick and he lets go of Brett. Brett delivers a fast elbow smash on the face of RD and he falls down the mat. Brett waits for RD to get up before he delivers a couple of fast punches to his face. Once RD is stunned, he raises his fist in the air again and pauses, before he lands the third and mightiest punch on the face of RD to make his opponent tumble down the canvas.
JR: “That was quite a hard number there by Brett delivered to RD.”
He crouches down and taunts RD to come and get some while his opponent slowly gathers himself up. Brett Rayne makes a charge for it and goes for a clothesline, but RD trips him down with a single leg takedown. Raven Darkstorm picks up Brett Rayne and whips him into the corner. He charges at the corner and delivers a clothesline before he takes down Brett with a bulldog takedown.
JR: “Bulldog by Raven Darkstorm and he goes for the pin 1..2..kickout by Brett.”
RD waits for BR to get to his feet before he approaches him. Brett rakes the face of RD as he is near and he takes him down with a running shoulder block. Brett stomps down on RD a couple of times before he hauls him up to a vertical base. He kicks RD before he slams him down the mat with a sidewalk slam. He waits for RD to get up before he whips him into the ropes. Once RD comes back from the ropes, he catches him with a hard spinebuster slam. With RD down, he rolls him to lie on his stomach before he sits on his back and locks a camel clutch.
RK: “He has Raven in a camel clutch. He did a good job in damaging the back area of Raven, JR, this will be a quick match if someone doesn’t do anything about it.”
Chris Back quickly gets into the ring and delivers a clothesline on Brett Rayne for him to let go. The referee pulls back CB and forces him back into the corner while R.E. Rage steps in and does a loud clap in the air to make it sound like he got tagged in by Brett. He delivers a hard elbow drop on the back of Raven Darkstorm before he picks him up and hits some hard clubs on the back of RD. Meanwhile, the referee finally got CB back into his corner, much to the complaints of CB about the thing that is happening inside the ring. The referee turns around to see Brett and Rage delivering the boots on Raven Darkstorm in his corner before Brett goes back to his own corner.
JR: “RNR is doing some dirty tactics here in the match.”
RK: “Hey, if the ref doesn’t see it happening, it aint dirty, that’s what I say JR.”
Rage snapmares RD out of the corner and delivers a basement dropkick on the back of his opponent. With RD down, Rage looks at the crowd and taunts them for the crowd to give him some heel heat. He grabs Raven Darkstorm and has him in a front face lock before he tags out to Brett Rayne. While RD is in a front face lock, Brett bounces off the ropes and delivers a running kick to the side of RD before Rage lets go. RD is on the ground while Rage leaves the ring and heads to his corner. While Raven Darkstorm is on the mat, Brett Rayne quickly applies a sharpshooter on his opponent.
RK: “It seems like Brett Rayne is channeling the spirit of another Bret here with this submission move. The sharpshooter is locked in, JR!”
JR: “This move is one of the most effective submission moves here in the industry and Brett Rayne has it locked on Raven Darkstorm. This is sure to be one difficult hold to get out of for RD.”
RD groans in pain as soon as Brett applies it. He resists the urge to tap out or submit as the referee approaches him and asks him his decision. Once he shouts ‘NO!’, Brett cranks up the pressure of the submission move and he shouts in pain. He struggles to resist the urge of tapping out and he uses all his strength to crawl towards the nearby ropes. He manages to grab the ropes after being trapped in the hold for a minute.
RK: “He had it just in time, JR. His face is already pure red from the pain that he drew from the submission move.”
Brett Rayne lets go of the hold and looks a bit frustrated.
JR: “Brett Rayne is visibly ticked off cause he couldn’t find a way to break Raven Darkstorm with the hold.”
RK: “Now I tell you, both of these men broken into business ALMOST at the same time so they both got that veteran’s instincts. The only thing that separates these two is the fact that Rayne can hang in there longer than Raven. Raven and Alec got this complexity like other tag team wrestlers with their stamina. They need a tag after a couple of minutes, and Brett and Rage knows that. There were only a handful of times Rave and Alec went into singles matches, and their tag team counter parts for tonight, they are USED to these singles competition matches. The only one in the nTo team who has a huge amount of milage for tonight might be Chris Back, and he has YET to be tagged in.”
Brett Rayne picks up Raven Darkstorm and backs him into the corner. BR starts to stomp a mudhole on his opponent before he takes a step back and choke him using his boot.
JR: “Oh for the love of gawd..Brett Rayne is choking RD out of his lungs. This is just despicable!”
RK: “Calm down JR, he has 5 seconds before he could be DQ-ed for that.”
The referee tells Brett to break it up after the count of five, and he complies. However, he rushes towards RD and delivers a hard knee lift to his face for good measure. RD flops down the mat and Brett Rayne looks at the nTo’s side and flips them the bird. Alec looks frustrated at this and jumps into the ring to deliver a flying leg lariat on Brett Rayne.
RK: “Whoa, Brett should have ducked on that kick, JR. Well, to be more honest, he should have just took his focus inside the ring rather than on the corner.”
Alec Lightstar gets restraint by the referee to prevent him from attacking Brett Rayne. While the referee is pre-occupied, R.E. Rage and Tony Bonito get into the ring and pick up Raven Darkstorm. Tony Bonito has RD in a full nelson lock and Rage delivers a dropkick. Once it connects, Bonito slams RD down with a full nelson suplex bridge variant. RD tumbles down into the mat and both men go back into their corners.
JR: “As much as I do not approve of their underhanded tactics, King, that double team move looked effective.”
RK: “Weird, it was like these three already KNEW what they wanted to do inside that ring.”
Brett Rayne slowly gets to his feet and sees Raven Darkstorm already down. He has a smirk on his face before he climbs to the top rope. Once he gets to the top, he delivers a flying elbow drop on Raven Darkstorm before he pins him.
JR: “Here is the cover one…two..Th..HE HAS HIS FOOT ON THE ROPES!”
The referee notices the boot on the ropes and breaks the pin. Brett Rayne looks agitated and gets to his feet. He approaches the referee and starts to argue with him.
RK: “Yeah, this is injustice, JR! He had his foot on the ropes..but it was TOO LATE!”
JR: “Regardless of the fact, the referee’s decision still stands.”
While he argues with the referee, we see Raven Darkstorm slowly moving on the mat. Brett Rayne finally gets his attention back to RD and picks him up, only to receive some hard blows to the gut. Brett tries to fight back with a club to the back, but RD quickly shoves him into the ropes. On the rebound, RD takes both himself and BR down with a clothesline.
JR: “Both men are down! Which one of these men will get the hot tag?”
RK: “Sure, the wrestlers are fine specimens, JR. But, I DOUBT they are HOT.”
The fans count along as the referee counts them down on the mat. Once they reach ‘5’, both of them slowly crawl towards their corners and tag out. Brett Rayne tags out to R.E. Rage while Raven Darkstorm tags in a fresh Christopher Back. Rage runs towards Chris Back, only to be taken down by a clothesline. Brett Rayne comes back to a vertical base and tries to attack CB, but he gets hit by a couple of hard blows to the face. CB takes down Brett Rayne with a snap suplex before he gets up. Rage is up and he attacks CB from behind. He has CB locked with a front face lock, but CB backs him into the corner. With Rage backed on the corner, CB delivers repeated shoulder charges to the mid-section of Rage before he takes Rage down with a corner clothesline.
JR: “Christopher Back is just punishing Rage right now.”
With Rage down, TB shouts in the corner for Rage to tag HIM into the match. CB just smirks and motions TB to get in the ring instead. TB just stares down at CB while we see Rage slowly crawling towards his corner and eventually tag out to TB.
RK: “Its time to see the X Rumble preview, JR!”
JR: “Indeed it is.”
The fans start to cheer as soon as both men are in the ring. Both men approach the center of the ring and stare each other down before they start coming into blows.
JR: “It is finally here, King! Both Tony Bonito and Christopher Back are trading blows in the middle of the ring!”
RK: “This is already exciting me, JR!”
CB blocks a punch from TB and hits him with a hard knee drive to the gut. TB is stunned for a while before CB tries to clothesline him. TB ducks and grabs Chris Back from behind to deliver a back suplex. CB wriggles free from the hold and just lands on the mat. TB turns around and tries to deliver a short arm clothesline that CB avoids as well. CB goes behind and has TB in a waistlock, that TB soon wriggles out of and goes behind CB with a standing switch. Chris Back delivers a headbutt on the face of TB and he staggers backwards after he lets go.
JR: “Christopher Back capitalizes with that headbutt from behind and he takes down Bonito with a shoulder block.”
TB goes down to the mat as Chris Back bounces off the ropes and delivers a running elbow drop right on the chest of Tony Bonito. Chris Back delivers one more elbow drop to his opponent before he picks him up. Tony Bonito, however, fights back with some solid shots to the stomach region of Chris Back. He backs CB into the corner and starts to deliver some punches and kicks to him at the corner. It would only take a few seconds, however, for CB to counter react and he grabs TB and tosses him into the corner instead. With TB on the corner right now, Chris Back hits some hard kicks to the gut area of Tony Bonito.
JR: “This fight has been a see-saw battle between both men right now, King.”
RK: “I told ya, this is one helluva preview we got here tonight!”
CB climbs to the ropes and starts to unload punches on the face of Bonito. However, after he lands his 5th punch, TB grabs him and takes him down with an inverted atomic drop. With CB down, TB is on all fours and he crawls towards the ropes before he leans on the second ring rope to take a breather. CB slowly gets to his feet and we also see TB pulling himself up using the ring ropes. Both men stagger towards their respective corner and RNR and Starstorm respectively pat Tony Bonito and Chris Back on their backs. Soon enough, all six men are inside the ring and charge into the middle of it to start a six-man brawl.
JR: “BAH GAWD! ALL SIX MEN ARE NOW INSIDE THAT RING!”
RK: “I guess the spoiler was already too much for both men to handle eh?”
Tony Bonito and Chris Back exchange punches inside the ring as R.E. Rage battles Alec Ligthstar on one corner. Brett Rayne and Raven Darkstorm are brawling near the center of the ring while the referee tries in vain to restore order in the ring. Eventually, we see Tony Bonito charge at CB for a clothesline but CB side steps and throws him over the ropes. TB tumbles off the top rope and lands on the outside.
JR: “Bonito goes out of the ring!”
CB pivots down inside the ring as he waits for TB to gather himself up outside the ring. TB slowly gets to his feet and it’s the signal for CB to charge and dive through the ropes to take down TB yet again. The fans are on their feet as soon as both men are down outside the ring.
RK: “These two men really want to get it over with already, JR. Sure, Mr. Back booked them at the PPV, but even he himself couldn’t control himself to go at it against Tony Bonito right now.”
Back in the ring, Alec Lightstar has Rage stunned on the corner with a couple of forearm shots. He backs up a bit before he charges into the corner for something. Rage gets out of the way and Alec jumps and lands on the top rope. He is crouched for a while and facing the crowd, but before he could turn around, Rage dropkicks him from his bum and he crashes on the outside of the ring.
RK: “Ouch, he just crashed and burned outside the ring, JR.”
Outside the ring, TB gets to his feet and both he and CB trade blows. TB ducks one of CBs punches and he clotheslines him into the crowd barrier. CB is down on the crowd and TB climbs on the top of the barrier itself before he delivers a legdrop off the barrier and lands on the neck of CB.
JR: “It seems like there will be some extra-curricular activity here in our crowd tonight.”
TB picks up CB and he clubs him on the back. CB fights back and he takes TB down with a jawbreaker. TB rolls around the crowd area and CB follows him over as he gets up. Both men now exchange blows through the crowd as security tries to follow them over.
RK: “TB and CB are brawling their way outta the crowd and seem to be headed backstage to continue their beef with each other.”
Back in the ring, Rage approaches RD, who has his way with Brett on the opposite corner and takes him down his knees with a hard axehandle smash on the back. Brett Rayne recovers and both men beat up Raven Darkstorm in the ring. After a while, they take down RD with a double dropkick. With RD down, Rage and Rayne raise one hand each in the air to signify ‘five’ for some reason.
RK: “Something big might happen here, JR. We better take a close watch right now.”
Brett Rayne hoists Raven Darkstorm on his shoulders for an electric chair drop while R.E. Rage climbs on the top rope. Soon enough, Rage jumps off the top rope for a moonsault that lands perfectly on RD. Rage pins RD and the referee counts the pin.
JR: “Here is the pin..1…2…3! Tony Bonito and RNR win this match.”
“Filmstar” by Suede hits the speakers and the referee raises the arms of both Brett Rayne and R.E. Rage in victory.
THII: “Here are your winners by pinfall, Tony Bonito and R-N-R!!!”
The fans continue to boo at RNR, who celebrate their win against Starstorm. Soon enough, however, RNR has some grin on their faces as they see RD getting to his feet. They wait for RD to get to his feet before Brett Rayne and R.E. Rage delivers a leg sweep and flying spinning heel kick combo to take him down yet again.
JR: “What a combo that was! RNR floored RD yet again with their tag team maneuver.”
While RD is down, Ken and Jake Hunter jump off the crowd barrier and slide into the ring. The confused RNR just staredown at the other team until of course the Hunters attack the fallen RD.
RK: “What the?! What are these ICP rejects doin here?!”
Ken Hunter taunts the fallen Raven before he and Jake high five each other. They look at Alec Lightstar who is slowly recovering on the outside. Jake has a smirk on his face before he goes to the nearby corner and climbs up to it. He gets on his feet on the top rope before he lands a splash on the recovering Alec Lightstar. Alec goes down yet again on the outside and Ken slides to the outside.
RK: “This just confusing, why are the Hunters here?”
JR: “I dunno King. Maybe because they felt insulted by the champs earlier? That is just my assessment.”
Ken helps Jake get to his feet before they taunt the fallen Alec Lightstar as well. Back in the ring, RNR back RD into the corner and stomp down on him. Soon enough, the fans pop yet again as Josh Leyh and TRD dash down the ramp and attack Ken and Jake. They take down the Hunter Brothers soon enough and slide into the ring. Rage and Rayne quickly get out of there before they are about to get their due as well from the other nTo members. RNR walk back up the ramp and points at the ring to mouth of at Josh Leyh and TRD. Inside the ring, TRD just points at them before we go back to the announce booth with JR and RK.
RK: “The nTo are looking out for their fellow team mates, JR. But I gotta wonder, with TRD and Josh here, does that mean they couldn’t locate CB and TB or where they went?”
JR: “I aint sure King. Maybe they just wanna save the ones in need first. Chris Back and Tony Bonito hate each other too much that they wont care who would restrain them. I doubt that ANYONE could restrain the two men in the first place. That’s all the time we have, so for Randal King, this is James Russell. Good night fo-”
JR pauses for a moment before he looks back at the camera and announces what he gathered through his headset.
JR: “Folks! We got word that Chris Back and Tony Bonito are STILL fighting outside the ringside area. The camera crew just recently caught up with the two men.”
RK: “They did?! Ah, the modern comforts of free roaming cameramen, what would we do without them?”
The WARtron plays the scene on the parking area where we see TB shoves CB headfirst onto the nearby car. CB hits the side door and falls on the concrete floor as TB stomps down on him. TB hoists Chris Back onto his feet before he tries to suplex him. However, CB blocks it and clubs TB on the back a couple of times before he front suplexes him onto the hood of the car. TB rolls around the hood as he clutches his mid-section. Chris Back groggily climbs up the hood to pick up Tony Bonito. He grabs TB and tries to reel him into a clothesline. However, TB ducks and quickly grabs him for a Nito Plex through the car roof.
JR: “OH BAH GAWD! NITOPLEX ON CHRIS BACK!!!”
RK: “I pity the guy who got his car just smashed. That was a good car, JR. I mean, that’s a 2004 Ferrari GT and its license plate is..is…OH F***!”
JR: “Hey King! Look, the car looks just like your ow..”
RK: “I KNOW JR! DON’T REMIND ME! I hope my insurance can cover this up..hey, its on footage anyway.”
Tony Bonito slowly gets to his feet and staredown at the fallen Chris Back, with a grin on his face, he taunts CB to get up. While he continues his taunt, he delivers some kicks to the side of CB. He hauls up CB for another Nitoplex, but CB somehow wriggles free of it and lands behind Tony Bonito. CB grabs him and takes him down with the crackdown on the roof of the car.
JR: “And now, the nTo leader strikes back!!!”
TB rolls off the car and holds the back of his head in pain as CB rolls off from the other side. CB and TB get to their feet and CB does a dive through the other side of the car to tackle down Tony and starts to hammer away on him. After a while, TB and CB rolls around the floor of the parking lot to exchange some blows. Soon enough, its TB who gets to his feet first and he makes an exit for it through the nearby door. Chris Back gets up and lets out a growl as he dashes past the door again. However, as soon as the camera pans behind CB as he enters the door outside the parking lot of the arena, he gets hit by a trashcan lid.
JR: “Bonito gives Mr. Back a rude welcome to the outside of the quicken loans arena, King.”
RK: “From the looks of it, it doesn’t faze him!”
In an adrenaline rush, Chris Back shakes his head violently and gets hit over the head with a lid yet again. However, he blocks the third attempt of TB and snatches it from him. He slams it over the head of Bonito and TB staggers backwards and leans on the side of the dumpster. Chris Back grabs TB by the head and rams him face first on the side of the dumpster a couple of times before he lets go and make TB stagger around the outside of the arena for a while. TB slowly gets his balance back and turns around to see CB charge at him. He recovers just in time and he delivers a double leg takedown for CB to land face first on the concrete floor. CB holds his face in pain while he is grounded while we see Tony Bonito get to his feet.
RK: “Damn. That would really put a dent on the face of our boss. Poor Mr. Back, even with all the money in the world, it would take a while for him to recover if the damage is serious.”
JR: “I wouldn’t count on that, King. He met more vile and vicious things that met his face in his life. Remember Fresh Prince?”
RK: “Who could forget about him? BUT THAT DOESN’T RELATE TO THE POSSIBLE DAMAGE ON THE FACE OF OUR BOSS!!!”
With Chris Back down on the floor, Tony Bonito looks around to see a nearby body of water a few feet from them. He has a grin on his face as he delivers a nasty kick to the back of Christopher Back before he drags his leg and arm towards the water. He looks at the water before he faces the fallen CB yet again.
TB: “Time for you to swim with the fishes, bucko!”
Before he could grab CB yet again, he notices a couple of X-WCW staff members storm into the area and try to drag CB out of the area. However, he clocks the referee that tries to grab CB’s leg. He grabs CB and picks him up to a vertical base. He grabs him by the shirt, but CB stomps on him hard on the feet for him to let go. TB hops on one foot and nearly falls onto the lake, that is until he bent over and favor his toe. While he is busy, the staff members try to restrain Chris Back from attacking. But it would take only a couple of seconds for them to contain the X-WCW CEO as he breaks free off their clutches to tackle Bonito. Once he has Bonito, he sends Bonito and himself splashing onto the water.
JR: “OH BAH GAWD! Chris Back and Tony Bonito just splashed head on into the clod waters of Cleveland!”
RK: “The fishes wont be sleeping soundly tonight, that’s what I know for sure, JR.”
JR: “Folks, we REALLY are running out of time right now. So for Randal King, I am James Russell..see you all next time.”
X-WCW goes to a close as the X-WCW personnel storm into the edge of the land to check on both men. Eventually, we hear one of them shout for help as the scene finally fades out.
