Nitro goes on the air as we hear 50 Cent’s “Hate it or luv” blare on the PA systems. All of a sudden, Karl Baller arrives on the ringside area with the X-WCW World Heavyweight Title on top of his left shoulder while the right shoulder has the 2NLW Scion Title perched up. The fans cheer loudly at the newly crowned champ as he struts down the ramp and slaps some of their hands.
JR: “WELCOME EVERYONE TO X-WCW NITRO!!! Hi everybody I am James Russell and alongside with me as always, Randal King. We are live here at Mobile Alabama.”
RK: “That’s right folks, so don’t be surprised if Hardcore Holly comes on by here anytime soon.”
JR: “Well right now, the new X-WCW Champion Karl Baller is the one making his way down the aisle and into the ring.”
KB slides into the ring and heads up towards the nearby corner. He lifts up both of his title belts in the air as the fans cheer for him. He pull the belts down and hops out of the corner whilst his music fades down. The fans start to chant “KID” at the new champion before he could even begin to speak.
JR: “The fans here at Mobile sure have their full support for our new champion, King.”
RK: “You said it, JR. These fans love Karl Baller, for some odd reason or another that I just cannot fathom.”
KB: “WASSUP IN DA X-DUBYA-CEE-DUB?!”
The fans are ecstatic as they cheer loud for their new X-WCW champion.
KB: “On Warzone, I fought with Otacon and I came on top of the heap to be your new champion. However, I do feel a bit short changed with my victory. Y’see, Otacon came from a match before I fought him for this title. I aint someone who is gonna be an opportunistic piece of trash, but it seemed like John Crook forced me to be like that to have Otacon think I betrayed him. The Revolution b*stards think they could drive a wedge between me and the con man with that stunt? HELL NO! The Revolution have failed cause Da Kid still has trust with the con man, and I know the con man feels the exact same way. John Crook, you bitch ass muthaf****h, you and your plans have failed yet again. Soon enough, me, Otacon, and da rest of the boys in the back are gonna drive you and your revolution cronies right outta da X-WCW!”
JR: “Strong statements there from our new champion, King.”
RK: “Strong AND defiant words to say the least JR.”
The X-Tron opens up and we see John Crook. The fans boo loudly while KB stares at the X-Tron and waits for JC to speak.
JC: “I’m glad to see you’re here tonight, champ. I would like to congratulate you for becoming the new X-WCW World Heavyweight champion, and it was all thanks to me. Karl, you don’t have to admit it, but I helped you get that title..not that miserable friend of yours named Otacon. If it was him, he’d let you wait until Starrcade to get that title. But seeing as I know the flaws of the old X-WCW, I just couldn’t let you or the fans wait for that time now would I? So I am not making it seem like I am putting a wedge in your little friendship with the con man, infact I am putting the spotlight on YOU.”
KB raises an eyebrow before he responds.
KB: “Oh really now Crook? Dat so? Well I appreciate that you put da spotlight on me, but I don’t need no s*** from you! The fans don’t need no s*** from you! Heck, NOBODY needs s*** from you in da first place boy! If I wanted a title shot, I’d ask for it or wait. You didn’t do no damn ass favors for me when you did what you have to do last Warzone. Another thing, da damn spotlight has been shinin on me ever since I’ve won the X-Rumble and its NOT because of you, punk. I worked my ass off to get this title shot and I know I can damn wait as long as I can instead of you having me to use it on Warzone!”
JC has a look of disgust shown on his face as the X-Tron still has him on live-feed.
JC: “I see you need a little bit of reflection in light of these events Mr. Baller. Infact, I might say that you are one ungrateful lad. You want to work your ass of Baller? Well my friend, you got it. Tonight, you will have your first title defense. Its going to be Karl Baller vs Tony Bonito. If you lose the match and the title, not only will you have no rematch clause, you will be FIRED!”
The fans boo at the announcement while KB looks a bit furious inside the ring.
JC: “I’m glad you all like that announcement then. So Karl, I wish you good luck tonight.”
JC leaves the X-Tron while KB pulls up his microphone.
KB: “Crook, you think you will get me with this plan of yours? Tonight, I’mma show you and everyone here that I am the CHAMP!”
KB’s music plays and he lifts up both belts in the air yet again.
RK: “The odds are stacked against Karl Baller, JR. Tony Bonito is one of the X-WCW’s finest wrestlers that we have today and if he loses to TB, he could not only say goodbye to the title but to the X-WCW in general.”
JR: “Well folks we gotta take a break, more Nitro right after these messages.”
X-WCW goes to a commercial break as Karl Baller leaves for the backstage area.
X-WCW TV Championship
TRD vs The Young One Sandy Drake ©
We go back to the scheduled broadcast when “Critical Acclaim” by Avenged Sevenfold hits the speakers and The Real Deal comes out wearing the usual nTo shirt he wears so often.
JR: “Welcome back ladies and gentlemen to Nitro! Our first match will be for the X-WCW Television Title!”
RK: “Its gonna be a match that proves to be exciting JR!”
THII: “The following contest is an X-WCW Television Championship match. Introducing first, from Music City USA…THE REAL DEAL!!!”
The fans cheer for TRD as he makes his way down the rampway.
JR: “For quite sometime now, TRD has evolved into something more than a protégé of D-Extreme.”
RK: “Yeah, I guess his consistency in NOT drinking like his old mentor helped him quite a bit.”
JR: “Another thing to mention here is that The Real Deal is actually a FORMER Television Champion in the X-WCW. So getting this type of belt wont be so foreign to him.”
TRD enters the ring and raises both arms in the air for the crowd to cheer more. After his entrance pose, he reaches a side of the ring and awaits his opponent. “Top of the world” plays in the PA systems and “The Young One” Sandy Drake comes out of the curtains and the crowd cheers for the TV champion.
THII: “And his opponent, he is the current X-WCW Television Champion..THE YOUNG ONE..SANDY DRAKE!!!”
Sandy Drake makes his way down the rampway and gives out some high fives to the fans.
JR: “Sandy Drake, the current X-WCW Television Champion. King, aside from being the champion, we all know that he also hosts the X-WCW show called ‘the young zone’.”
RK: “Ironically, it’s not geared to our young audience and it’s mostly him glamorizing himself in every episode…heck..it’s been only TWO episodes so far!”
Sandy Drake slides into the ring and takes off his TV title belt. He heads over to a side of the ring to raise it up into the air while soaking up the cheers of his adoring fans.
RK: “Man, this guy is good but..he somehow sucks up too much to his fans.”
JR: “Amazingly, that’s what I think you do as well, King.”
RK: “Hey, I am NOT a suck-up to my adoring public! They adore me, I just affirm their presence of gratitude not glorify it like Drake does!”
With his music already cut, Drake faces TRD as the bell rings to signal the match. Both men go to the center of the ring and briefly hit knuckles before they circle around. They lock up and the taller man overpowers Drake with a forceful shove onto the mat. Drake recovers and both men lock up in the ring yet again. Sandy Drake gets the advantage this time with an armlock and goes behind the taller opponent. TRD tries to get out of the submission move with a standing switch and grabs Drake by the upper body before slamming him on the mat with a back suplex.
JR: “TRD uses his size and strength on that exchange with a back suplex.”
RK: “Sandy Drake is doing the right thing, JR, but his choice moves of keeping TRD grounded is not that wise.”
TRD picks up Sandy Drake and whips him into the corner. He follows him there but TYO meets him with a boot to the face. Sandy Drake hops over to the top turnbuckle and grabs the bigger man. TYO sends TRD to the mat with a tornado DDT. With TRD down, TYO stomps down on his bigger opponent for a few seconds. The Real Deal eventually gets to his feet and receives a couple of clubs to the back from the television champion. Sandy Drake bounces off the ropes and tries for a dropkick, but TRD blocks the attack and sends the champ to the mat. TYO gets to his feet yet again and this time attempts to kick TRD, which in turn gets his leg grabbed by the bigger man. TYO hits a desperation enzugiri and leaves TRD momentarily stunned.
RK: “TRD is on spaghetti legs right now after that move.”
JR: “He looks like it King. TYO, with the bounce off the ropes, and hits a lying clothesline that sends the big man down!”
TRD falls to the ground and TYO is quick to apply a leg lock. TRD struggles being stuck in the submission move before TYO breaks it up after a few seconds. He grabs TRD’s legs and attempts a Boston crab, but TRD kicks him out of the way. TRD gets right back up and catches TYO with a hard knee to the gut. TRD locks TYO with a front face lock and delivers a couple of more knee strikes to the gut before sending him down with a hard DDT.
JR: “TRD is using brute force right now against the champion. Did you hear those hard knee strikes to the gut of Sandy Drake, King? That was just unearthly.”
RK: “I gotta be honest JR, that DDT didn’t make TYO feel a bit better of himself as well.”
TYO is down and TRD goes for the cover. The referee counts but TYO gets his arm up before the count of three. TRD smirks and just waits for TYO to get to his feet.
RK: “I don’t know what the heck The Real Deal is smiling about. But I think something bad is going to happen to the smaller Sandy Drake.”
TRD bounces off the ropes and connects with a big boot to the face of Sandy Drake to send the TV champion down. TRD signals that ‘its over’ to the fans who cheer a bit for the former TV champion. TRD picks up TYO, but gets rolled up in a small package.
JR: “A SMALL PACKAGE OUT OF NOWHERE! Here is the count 1..2…TRD kicks out just in the nick of time.”
RK: “That was a close call for TRD. He should have finished him off earlier in the first place.”
Both men get to their feet and TRD runs over to Sandy Drake for another big boot, but the smaller man gets out of the way. TRD turns around and gets nailed by the ABB.
JR: “AGE BEFORE BEAUTY SUPERKICK! The big man falls down to the mat like a ton of bricks.”
RK: “Now that is a classic move to pull out, superkicking a bigger man. Shawn Michaels would be smiling back in Texas right now.”
With TRD down on the mat, Sandy Drake heads to the top rope and delivers the fountain of youth moonsault.
RK: “Sandy Drake with that moonsault, and he connects!”
JR: “Drake makes the cover and here is the count 1….2…3! Sandy Drake retains the X-WCW TV title!!!”
The referee calls for the bell before handing the X-WCW Television Championship belt to “The Young One” Sandy Drake.
THII: “The winner and STILL the X-WCW Television Champion - ‘The Young One’ SANDY DRAKE!!!”
X-WCW goes to a commercial break
******COMMERCIAL********
The commercial shows a slow motion footage of an X-WCW stage having the usual pyrotechnic explosions and then shows various sections of the audience standing up, applauding or otherwise putting up crowd signs such as “I came 100 miles to watch Starrcade” and “I need to pee”. Just then we hear a voice over
VO: “Over its inception, no event has been more awe-inspiring”
We see a slow motion clip of D-Extreme launching himself from the top rope to deliver a shooting star press before fades into the part where Ringo is seen falling off from the WARtron. Before the footage shows him crashing down, it fades out to black.
VO: “No other event has seen more legends being established”
We see the following footages as the Voice over was heard:
- Final Frontier holding the unified Tag Team titles
- Cyberstrike staring down at Wolfang
- D-Extreme getting his hand raised by Wreck-Tron while he wears the X-WCW World Title
- Divebomb holding the X-WCW UW into the air while the confetti falls down on ringside
VO: “And no other event will feature the makings of a revolution…”
The graphics for the PPV is shown as we hear the voice over.
V.O.: “X-WCW presents Starrcade: Revolution!!! Live on Pay-Per-View!”

Backstage
Nitro comes back and the show takes us backstage. Somehwere backstage, we see Rayne Bloodstone following a tired looking Nightmare as he walks through the corridors.
Rayne: “Seriously, you haven’t slept in days. You know as much as I know you need to get some rest.”
Nightmare stays silent and just shrugs it off.
Rayne: “I see you still want to fight tonight, that’s all and well, but I think you need my he-”
Nightmare interjects.
Nightmare: “I do NOT need your help or anyone’s help for that matter. If you even step into ringside during my match, make no mistake about it…I WILL HURT YOU!”
Nightmare glares at Rayne, who sighs and nods. While Rayne Bloodstone heads for the opposite direction, Nightmare continues his walk towards ringside.
Clockwork Orange House of Fun Match
Nightmare vs Mike Magnus
We go back to ringside and see a chain-link structure surrounding the X-WCW ring. Inside the structure we see some chains with various foreign objects hanging from them. Outside the ring, the cameras zoom in on Terri Hotbody as she announces the match.
THII: “The following match is a Clockwork Orange House of Fun Match. The winner of the match must either drive his opponent through two tables or pin him anywhere inside or outside of the chain-link structure.”
“Bullet with a name on it” hits and Mike Magnus enters the ringside area to some round of cheers.
THII: “Introducing first, from Baltimore MD, weighing in at 217 lbs…MIKE MAGNUS!!!”
Magnus walks down the rampway while the fans continue to cheer for the relative newcomer.
JR: “Mike Magnus, a recent newcomer in the X-WCW, will compete in one of the most unusual matches conducted by the X-WCW. The Clockwork Orange House of Fun match was developed by the former X-WCW Hardcore champion Raven. Before he left, he gave this legacy to us and to the company based in Tennessee.”
RK: “I tell you something JR, this structure can almost KILL you! Look at all those weapons inside that chain-link fence, it’s like a toy store of Raven’s favorite items. Now, Magnus and Nightmare get to fight inside of it. It will be one brutal match and I can assure everyone about that.”
Magnus enters the structure and poses for the fans before his music fades out. “Go to sleep” hits the speakers and Nightmare surfaces into the ringside area.
THII: “And his opponent, from your living nightmare…NIGHTMARE!!!”
RK: “JR, I just need your honest opinion on this ok? Is it just me or doe Nightmare look just OUT of it tonight? He seems like he DOES lack sleep and he looks more run down than ever.”
JR: “To be honest, King, I sure do. There is just something not quite right about the former Xtreme champion tonight.”
Nightmare gets into the structure and stares a hole through his opponent Mike Magnus. The bell rings to start the match.
JR: “The match is starting and it looks like both men just pulled down their weapons of choice.”
Nightmare pulls out a baseball bat from the chain hanging nearby his location while Magnus collects a mop. Both men charge in the middle of the ring and try to hit each other with it. In the middle of the ring, a duel ensues with both men blocking each others attempt at a clean hit. Eventually, Nightmare tries to violently swing the bat at his opponent, but Magnus ducks down and uses the mop stick to sweep nightmare off his feet. Nightmare drops to the mat while Magnus uses the mop head and smother it onto the face of Nightmare to elicit a few rounds of laughter within the crowd.
RK: “AHAHAH! I guess Magnus has a sense of humor in trying to help Nightmare a bit presentable.”
JR: “I am not sure if Nightmare appreciates his face being cleaned with a mop, King.”
Nightmare rolls out of the way and gets up. He looks furious after that annoying ploy delivered by Magnus. He makes a fast charge at Mike Magnus and delivers a very fast and brutal karate kick. Mike Magnus uses his mop to block the move, but it breaks in two thanks to the powerful kick delivered by Nightmare.
RK: “Now that was a kick! Magnus better be careful inside that ring. I think he just pissed off the wrong person.”
Magnus drops both pieces and receives a hard kick to the gut by Nightmare. Nightmare backs Magnus into the side of the chain-linked covered ring with some hard hitting punches and kicks. He grabs Magnus by the arm in hopes of sending him into the other side, but Magnus reverses the whip and Nightmare crashes onto the other side of the fence. Nightmare turns around and stumbles into a belly to belly suplex by Mike Magnus. Nightmare slowly gets to his feet while Magnus grabs the baseball bat.
JR: “Nightmare better be careful now, Magnus has the bat.”
Magnus swings the bat at the recovering Nightmare, but the former Xtreme champion ducks just in the nick of time. He grabs a hold of the bat and both men struggle to get possession of it. Nightmare uses his kicks to force Magnus into losing his grip on the bat. Nightmare snatches the bat and smacks it across the mid-section of his opponent. Magnus clutches his stomach in pain while Nightmare drives him and slams him down the mat with a DDT.
JR: “Nightmare floors him with the DDT, and what is he doing now?”
Nightmare pulls out the trashcan that was on one side of the ring. He unloads various items found inside the can before he approaches Mike Magnus. MM gets to his feet and Nightmare is there to grab him by the head. Magnus shoves Nightmare out of the way and then delivers a dropkick to the face. Magnus grabs the empty trashcan and awaits Nightmare’s recovery. Nightmare is on his feet, and Magnus puts the trashcan on top of him. The can engulfs half of Nightmare’s body so he cannot see where he is going while Magnus grabs the baseball bat and swings hard on the top area of the can. Nightmare falls down on his knees and Magnus delivers a hard swing right in the middle of the can and it causes Nightmare to collapse onto the mat. The trashcan rolls off the former Xtreme champion and Magnus climbs up to the top rope.
RK: “He is looking for something big here JR. Magnus just climbed the high rent district.”
Magnus goes for a top rope legdrop, but Nightmare rolls out of the way. Magnus lands on the mat and connects with nothing more than a sore ass for his own sake. Nightmare crawls his way onto the nearby corner and slumps down for a few seconds of recovery. Magnus spots him there and grabs a steel chair from a side of the ring. He charges with the chair, but before he could smack it over Nightmare, his opponent’s quick feet catches him right on the groin.
RK: “I am glad I wasn’t Magnus, cause I’d be feeling that kick the whole week!”
JR: “Nightmare pulled a fast one on Mike Magnus and kicked him hard on the groin area.”
Magnus stumbles down and holds his grapefruits in pain while Nightmare pulls himself up. Nightmare makes it to the second rope and delivers a front dropkick that sends his opponent down. He hooks the leg for the count, but Magnus kicks out at two.
RK: “That was a close one for Magnus, but I am wondering how he mustered to get a kick out after that hard kick to the groin.”
Nightmare picks up Magnus and hooks both arms before delivering a double underhook suplex. Nightmare picks up Magnus and backs him into the corner with some vicious kicks and punches around his body. Nightmare locks in a headlock on Mike Magnus and runs him down with a bulldog.
JR: “Nightmare is sizing up an advantage here against the relative newcomer Magnus.”
RK: “He is schooling him right now! Poor Mike…he just got kicked in the nads, now he is getting thrown in from pillar to post.”
Mike Magnus crawls around the mat and yelping in pain while Nightmare has a sick smile on his face and just follows his opponent around like he is a wounded prey. Little did Nightmare know that while Magnus was crawling, he crawled towards a hand-held taser of some sort and has it hidden. Magnus finally gets to his feet and Nightmare moves in for the kill.
JR: “Nightmare sees a recovering Mike Magnus and goes for a buzzsaw kick, but Magnus ducks and…OH MY GOODNESS! He just shocked Nightmare with that taser!!!”
RK: “HEY! How the heck did something like that get into the ring?!”
JR: “Last time I checked any random objects would be there.”
RK: “Great, I bet a Nintendo console could be found under the apron then eh?”
Nightmare flails around the ground after being tasered by Mike Magnus. Magnus slides the taser to the other end of the ring and tries to cover Nightmare. In a cruel twist of fate, however, Magnus pops off Nightmare as he too gets electrocuted upon contact with his opponent.
RK: “Someone hasn’t been paying attention in his science classes. Nightmare still has some excess energy with him and can still shock a nearby body in motion.”
Both men flail on the mat before they eventually roll onto opposite ends of the ring and shake it off. Heck, if ‘shaking it off’ can be possible in this case.
RK: “I’m hoping the shock from the taser re-energized both of them for this leg of the match.”
Mike Magnus is the first man to get to his feet and grabs a cookie tray that was left lying on the mat. He approaches Nightmare and attempts a wild swing with the tray, but Nightmare avoids the impact. NM delivers a kick to the gut of Magnus for him to drop the cookie tray. Nightmare grabs the tray and smacks it over his opponents head. Magnus is temporarily down while Nightmare gently puts the tray on top of his opponent’s head. Nightmare bounces off the ropes and prepares for a legdrop, but he misses his mark as Magnus rolls out of the way and he hits the tray instead.
RK: “Nightmare’s rear end just met personally with that tray, HAHAHA!”
Mike Magnus grabs Nightmare and hits him with a hard punch to the midsection before taking him down with a sidewalk slam onto the cookie tray. He hooks his leg for the pin.
JR: “Here’s the pin…1….2…KICKOUT BY NIGTHMARE!”
RK: “Oh Magnus needs to do something better than THAT to pin Nightmare.”
Magnus grabs a hold of Nightmare and he delivers his finisher called the Magnus Driver. Nightmare is driven down hard on the mat with the finisher and is pinned by Magnus.
JR: “MAGNUS DRIVER! Nightmare is down and has been covered. Here’s the pin 1..2...3! ITS OVER! MAGNUS WINS THE MATCH!”
The bell rings and Mike Magnus gets his hand raised by the referee in charge. “Bullet with a name on it” hits while Magnus makes his exit from the wrestling ring. He gives some high fives to the fans on his way up and we go back to the ring with a recovering Nightmare. The structure is being lifted back into the rafters while the referee helps Nightmare get to his feet. Realizing he just lost, Nightmare shoves the referee out of the way.
JR: “Magnus just won the match, and I think Nightmare doesn’t look all too pleased King.”
RK: “You can say that again, he kinda looks pissed off right now.”
Nightmare has a dazed look on his face before he starts a fit of rage and delivers a hard kick to the face of the referee. Out of nowhere, he mounts on top of the X-WCW referee and unloads a savage combination of punches to the poor man.
JR: “What the hell does he think he is doing?! SOMEONE STOP THIS MADMAN!”
Nightmare stops the barrage of punches towards the referee and he glares at the announce table. He looks back at the other side of the ring and notices that the baseball bat is still there. With a crazed look in his eyes, he hops over to get the bat and slides to the outside of the ring.
JR: “WAIT JUST A MINUTE HERE! What the blue hell do you think your..”
RK: “JR, I think it’s high time we get outta here!”
JR was about to say something when RK drags him out of the way. The same time the announcers vacate the announce booth, Nightmare is there to bash it with the baseball bat. He takes off the cover and hops onto the announce table. There, he bashes the first TV monitor with his bat while he kicks off the other one. He continues to break the table with the bat until security comes into ringside and restrain him.
RK: “Finally, some freakin help, arrest that lunatic!”
X-WCW goes to a commercial break as we see the security restraining, or at least attempting to restrain, Nightmare as they send him out of the ringside area.
Handicap Tag Match
Otacon vs RA and the Lost Boys
X-WCW goes back on the air and the camera shows the announce table with JR and RK.
JR: “Welcome back ladies and gentlemen for this 23rd edition of X-WCW Nitro. Before the break, you saw the carnage that Nightmare has put on at ringside. In fact, he was in so much rage that he broke our announce table.”
RK: “But thanks to the wonderful ringside crew of the X-WCW, we got ourselves a NEW announce table in less than 3 minutes.”
JR: “Speaking of the number 3, King, it’s a three-on-one handicap match up next. It will be the former champion Otacon taking Carnage Inc.”
RK: “If things were already hard last show, JR, its going to be tougher this time for the con man to overcome. He had a two-on-one last time and then a title match. Now, its 3-on-1, and the odds cant get any bigger than this.”
“Superbeast” by Rob Zombie hits the speakers and the three members of Carnage Inc. come out to the ringside. However, it seems like they are not alone. RA, who stands in the middle, has a microphone.
RA: “CUT THE MUSIC!”
The fans boo and chant “MILF” while the three men stand on stage.
RA: “Otacon, tonight, you will not only remember that your no longer the champ…you will lose to Carnage Inc.!!! HAHAHAH!!!!”
The two Daniels brothers just nod while they stand behind RA.
RA: “On a side note, we have met a very talented country musician backstage that we would like to introduce to you all. Ladies and gentlemen, please meet Mr, BOB WIRE!!!”
“Cadillac Jones” by Bob Wire hits the speakers while Mr. Honkytonk himself enters the ringside area wearing the new Carnage Inc T-Shirt (ORDER NOW AT XWCWSHOP.COM!!!).
JR: “Well blow me down, King, its BOB WIRE!!!”
RK: “THE Bob Wire?”
JR: “No, just the country singer, not the one we saw last March.”
RK: “Hmm, well they sure look a bit similar in physique though from afar, JR.”
RA and the lost boys applaud Bob before RA hands in the microphone.
Bob: “Howdy to all of you here in Mobile Alabama!!!”
The cheap pop works and the fans start to chant “BOB” for some reason or another.
Bob: “I’m just here to give a shout out to my friends and family in Mobile, and to promote my recently released CD entitled ‘Sentimental Breakdown’. You can get a copy of my CD by logging in to cdbaby.com or check out the booth outside the arena after the show. Thank you! THANK YOU ALL!!!”
Bob waves to the fans before he leaves the ringside area. With Bob’s departure, the Carnage Inc. members make their way into the ring and pose for the fans.
THII: “The following is a 3-on-1 handicap match. Introducing first, at a combined weight of 700lbs…Real American Rocky Davis, and the lost boys…CARNAGE INC.!!!”
The three members stop posing for the fans and huddle in the ring as they await their opponent.
JR: “Hey King, where do you think your going? We got a match to call right now.”
RK: “Well that can wait, JR, but I sure cant wait to buy that CD! I’ll be back in a few, I promise!!!”
“Superstar” hits the speakers and the fans cheer the arrival of the conman.
THII: “And their opponent, from Manchester, he is the con man….OTACON!!!”
Otacon makes his way down the rampway and looks at his three opponents who are already inside the ring.
JR: “This is going to be a big challenge for the con man if I do say so myself.”
Otacon makes a run for it towards the ring and slides in. He climbs up the nearby ropes and poses for the fans while his music continues to blare. Otacon’s music finally fades out and he looks at the opposite corner to see his opponents. The bell rings and its Mike Daniels who starts off with Otacon. Mike charges at Otacon, but gets hit with a dropkick to the face. Mike gets to his feet only to get another dropkick that takes him down the mat. Otacon picks up Mike Daniels and delivers some quick knees to the mid-section before sending him down with a snap suplex.
JR: “Otacon is really giving it to his opponent Mike Daniels with the quick round of dropkicks and that snap suplex.”
Mike Daniels gets to his feet and is caught with a boot to the gut. Otacon bounces off the ropes, but Mike catches him with a shoulder block. Mike Daniels bounces off the ropes and delivers a flying forearm smash that sends Otacon reeling. Mike Daniels goes for a bodyslam, but Otacon wriggles out of it and stands behind Mike. Otacon sends Mike Daniels to the canvas with a reverse DDT. Otacon is on one knee and looks over to the side of RA and Mark Daniels. He points at the two men and tells them to bring it on!
JR: “Otacon is daring the other two competitors to get into the ring right now.”
Mark Daniels obliges and enters the ring. He makes a charge for the former champ but misses a clothesline attempt. Mark slowly turns around and gets clocked by a hard spear. With Mark on the mat, Otacon grabs a hold of him and delivers some fast punches to the face. Otacon gets to his feet and Mike Daniels hits him from behind with an axehandle smash. Otacon goes down on all fours before Mike Daniels picks him up. Otacon recovers with a hard kick to the gut and bounces off the ropes for a spinning neckbreaker on Mike Daniels. Mark Daniels slowly gets to his feet by using the ropes, but Otacon is there to deliver a knee lift that knocks Mark out of the ring.
JR: “Otacon is a one-man wrecking machine right now folks. He has taken down Mark with a knee smash and Mike Daniels is shaking the cobwebs after that neckbreaker.”
RA Rocky Davis remains on the apron and just stares at Otacon. Otacon does not mind the Carnage Inc. leader as he prepares to grab the recovering Mike Daniels. Otacon sends Mike hitting into the corner where RA is standing on. Otacon shouts at RA to tag himself in, and the big man does exactly what Otacon wanted him to do. RA steps into the ring and he and Otacon staredown in the middle of the ring.
JR: “The leader of Carnage Inc. and Otacon are about to square off, folks! This is going to be exciting!”
After a few seconds, both men start coming to blows with each other. RA slows Otacon down with powerful punches directed at the former champ and sends him into the ropes. RA tries to deliver a big boot, but Otacon narrowly avoids it by ducking the boot. Otacon bounces off the ropes and goes for a flying cross body. RA catches him mid-air and shifts Otacon on his shoulders before sending the former champ down with a samoan drop.
JR: “Rocky Davis leveled Otacon with that samoan drop! BAH GAWD WHAT AN IMPACT!”
RA grabs Otacon by the head and delivers some clubs to the back of the conman. He backs him into the corner and chokes him with the boot. The referee breaks up the choke after five seconds and gives the two competitors some distance with each other. RA charges at Otacon on the corner for a splash, but Otacon gets out of the way. RA hits head first onto the turnbuckle and staggers backwards. Otacon delivers a springboard dropkick to RA that sends him falling.
JR: “Springboard dropkick by the con man, and RA tumbles to the canvas.”
RA slowly gathers himself up while Otacon stalks up the Carnage Inc. leader. However, Mike Daniels attacks Otacon from behind and clobbers him with multiple clubs to the back. Mark Daniels slides into the ring as well and the lost boys drag Otacon towards the nearby corner. The two men stomp a mudhole at the former champ before RA charges at him and delivers a corner splash. RA connects and then goes on to send the con man to the ring mat with a running bulldog.
JR: “RA sends his opponent down with a bulldog and hooks the leg..1…2..NO! Otacon is still in this match!”
The lost boys pull Otacon up to his feet and send him into the ropes. They try to do a double chop as the conman returns, but he ducks and bounces off to the other end. On his return, Otacon takes both men down with a double clothesline. In usual comeback fashion, Otacon takes down RA with a clothesline as well. RA gathers himself up and falls down yet again with another clothesline. Mike Daniels gets up and Otacon reels him in for a hard knee to the gut before hitting..
JR: “FINAL IMPACT ON MIKE DANIELS!”
Mike Daniels rolls to the outside after getting hit and Otacon gets to his feet. Otacon turns around to see Mark Daniels about to attack him. He ducks a punch and delivers a hard kick to the gut before another Final Impact is delivered. Mark Daniels staggers near the ropes before he eventually topples over and falls to the outside. RA is on his feet and Otacon stares down at him.
JR: “It’s down to the two of them!!! The fans are…somewhat on their feet…but you can feel the tension in the air!”
Otacon tries to deliver a kick, but RA catches his boot. Otacon tries another tactic, hitting an enzugiri, and it works! RA tumbles to the ring mat before he picks himself up. With RA a bit groggy, Otacon grabs him and goes for the Final Impact. RA shoves Otacon out of the way and sends him into the ropes. RA goes for another boot to the face, but Otacon ducks. RA turns around, and Otacon finally delivers a hard boot and the third Final Impact of the night.
JR: “FINAL IMPACT ON ROCKY DAVIS!!! THE RING JUST SHOOK BAH GAWD!!!”
RA gets pinned by Otacon and the referee does the elementary 1-2-3!
THII: “The winner of this match as a result of a pinfall…OTACON!!!”
“Superstar” blares into the ringside speakers as Otacon gets his hand raised by the referee. He gets to his feet and celebrates his win, even if it was only for a short amount of time. The Revolution members comprising of R.E. Rage, Brett Rayne, Powermaster Prime, Bombshell, and The Renegade storm into the ring and assault Otacon.
JR: “OH MY GOODNESS! THE REVOLUTION IS JUST PUNISHING OTACON INSIDE THE RING!”
RK: “Hey JR, look what I got! It’s the Bob Wire C-DAMN! So what’s going on?”
JR: “As obvious as it seems, King, Otacon won the match and now the Revolution is beating him up…WHAT THE HELL DOES IT LOOK LIKE?!”
RK: “Relax James, here, you can get to listen to my CD first if you’d like.”
All of a sudden, Karl Baller makes a run for it towards the ring with a steel chair. He slides into the ring and The Renegade is the first man to meet him. KB greets him with a vicious chairshot that turns him inside out, or in visual terms, just makes him do a twisting spin in mid-air before landing on his ass. Bombshell is the next man to try his luck, only to get blasted over the head with the chair. Powermaster Prime avoids the chairshot with a duck, but does not avoid the part where Karl Baller viciously tosses the chair right at PMP’s face. The three men are out of the ring while KB holds his chair again at the sight of RNR.
RK: “He might have a chair, JR, but there are TWO men inside that ring who seem intent on not letting Karl get his way! GO ON RAGE AND BRETT! SHOW THAT PUNK CHAMPION WHAT YOU GOT!”
Rage and Brett stare at KB and both dare him to charge with the chair. KB smirks and seems to comply as he charges with the chair. In the very much expected outcome, R.E. Rage and Brett Rayne quickly exit the ring as KB nearly hits Rage with a chairshot.
JR: “TYPICAL! It’s always those two cowards who get away jack free when the tide turns on the revolution. Talk about being tag team champions, King, the World champion just showed them the ropes of how to be brave and courageous!”
Otacon gets to his feet and sees Baller holding a steel chair and looking at the opposite direction. KB turns around and drops the chair after seeing Otacon already up on his feet. He approaches Otacon to ask if he is ok, but Otacon shoves him and shouts out “THE HELL ARE YOU DOING HERE?!” Baller tries to explain his case, but all of a sudden we see Tony Bonito sliding into the ring.
JR: “What in the world?! Bonito is in the ring!”
TB smirks and quickly delivers a nitoplex on Otacon. After sending otacon down, he makes a quick exit from the ring. KB, who remains inside the ring wonders what happened and watched TB smile at him while he walks up the ramp.
JR: “Otacon was attacked by Bonito, King, but KB was unharmed. Talk about odd..”
RK: “Bonito is pulling off some mind games on poor Karl before they set things off tonight. If KB is a smart man, he’d remain unfazed by all of this.”
While KB looks at TB exiting the ringside, another figure jumps off the guard rail and it’s Joe Goldstone. He sees the recovered Carnage Inc. contingent and charges at them. He spears the boots off RA and delivers a furious round of punches at the stable’s leader while the Lost Boys attempt to break up the fight.
RK: “And just when you think it’s over, Goldstone comes in and beats the hell out of good old Real American!”
JR: “Well before more hell breaks loose, the security personnel are here and we need to go to a commercial break. Stay tuned folks, more Nitro coming after this!”
X-WCW goes to a commercial break while the security guards storm in and break up the fight.
Backstage
We go back to our regular programming to see Cole Ryan standing beside Big Dog. Big Dog has a smile on his face while CR starts the interview.
CR: “Welcome back to X-WCW Nitro! Right with me here backstage is none other than the multiple-time X-WCW Television Champion, Big Dog! It’s a pleasure to conduct this interview Mr. Big Dog.”
BD: “Hey, it’s ALWAYS a pleasure to people to get a chance to get to talk to me in the first place Cole. You don’t need to state the obvious here or anything. Tonight, I am going to be the winner of that ladder match for the United States title, and who the heck is going to stop me Cole? Andrew Radon, the former TGO? He’s got more chances of renaming himself tonight than getting an inch of a climb in that ladder. How about Justin Sane you might wanna ask? He is nothing more than a stunt monkey who jumps around and cant get his head in the game. Mark Malin? Oh please, he is the LAST person I could think of winning this match just by knowing he is the oldest piece of fossil in that ring tonight. And finally, we got Seith Helloct, that second rate sting reject…heh..he has..”
Before Big Dog could continue, Seith Helloct rushes into the picture and tackles him. Helloct delivers some hard hands to the face of Big Dog before BD rolls over and goes on top of his attacker and retaliates with some hard right hands of his own. The brawl ensues for a few seconds until a horde of referees attempt to break up the fight.
Fragile Minds vs Final Frontier
We go back to the ringside area to get a shot around the arena and its fans.
RK: “JR, what the hell is going on today? It seems like a lot of people just want to fight even OUTSIDE the ring! First, it was after the Otacon match, and now backstage. I am not going to be surprise in the next match if it will lead to another one of these post-match brawls. I gotta go backstage and talk to catering just to ask what they put in the food of the wrestlers tonight.”
THII: “The following tag team match is set for one fall!!”
“Land of confusion” by Disturbed is heard from the ringside PA systems and Fragile Minds make their entrance. The fans boo the trio of Vanish, Thornn, and Absinthe as they make their way down the aisle.
THII: “Introducing first, being accompanied to the ring by Absinthe, the team of Vanish and Thornn…FRAGILE MINDS!!!”
JR: “The trio of Fragile Minds was booked by John Crook last Warzone to fight Otacon, then X-WCW World Champion, and now they are getting a reward so to say.”
RK: “Reward?”
JR: “I heard this tag team wants nothing but to destroy other competitors in their way to secure the X-WCW Tag Team Titles.”
RK: “Whatever their goal is, I’d like to steer clear from it. I think something bad would happen if we stuck our nose in their business.”
Absinthe remains outside the ring while her boys make their way through the ropes and enter the ring. They make their standard poses and generic threatening motions towards the crowd before their music fades and “No More Words” by endeverafter hits the speakers. Final Frontier comes out of the curtains and the fans cheer for the appearance of the team.
THII: “And their opponents, at a combined weight of 455lbs, the team of Scifi Man and Autobot Jazz…FINAL FRONTIER!!!”
The two men make their way down the ramp and gives some high fives to the fans.
JR: “These two are one, if not the greatest, tag teams the X-WCW has to offer.”
RK: “They are one of the greatest alright, but the greatest tag team of them all is clearly not them.”
Both men slide into the ring and go to separate corners. After doing their separate poses, both men go down from the corner and high five each other. The music is cut and the anticipation for the match can definitely be felt throughout the arena.
JR: “King, both teams want to be the tag team champions, and this match might solidify the winning team’s chances.”
RK: “On one corner, you got X-WCW’s most brutal and physical tag teams in Fragile Minds. On the other corner, Final Frontier is one of the favorite X-WCW tag team of the fans and has held those titles multiple times. This is going to be one interesting bout to say the least.”
The bell rings and it is Autobot Jazz and Vanish who will start off this match. Both men lock up, but Vanish is quick to attack with a hard knee drive to the chest of AJ. AJ lets go and it gives Vanish some room to deliver quick punches to the gut of his opponent before sending him to the ropes. Vanish goes for a back body drop, but AJ interrupts that with a kick to the sternum of his opponent. Vanish staggers backwards and AJ sends him down with a clothesline. Autobot Jazz picks up Vanish and hits a couple of forearms to his opponent’s head. He locks in a side headlock, but Vanish eventually backs him into a corner and delivers some hard elbow strikes to the midsection of AJ. With AJ on the corner, Vanish uses his boot to choke his opponent. Thankfully, the referee breaks up the chokehold after Vanish puts it on for quite a while. AJ slumps down on the corner and Vanish delivers a basement dropkick to one half of Final Frontier.
JR: “Vanish dropkicks Autobot Jazz in the corner and he hauls him up.”
Vanish, with AJ in tow, tags out to Thornn. Both men whip AJ into the ropes and catches him with a double hip toss. Thornn bounces off the ropes and connects with a running leg drop right on the throat of AJ. AJ holds his neck and coughs out a bit while the bigger Thornn drags him to his feet. Thornn has AJ on his grasps and sends him down with a sidewalk slam. Autobot Jazz is down yet again and Thornn rains on the boots.
RK: “This big man has an appetite for destruction.”
Thornn picks up AJ and puts him on his shoulder. Before he could do anything, AJ wriggles free from Thornn and lands behind him. Thronn receives a couple of chops to the chest upon his turn around by Autobot Jazz. AJ tries to whip Thornn into the ropes, but the big man holds his ground and reels AJ in for a devastating clothesline. AJ slowly gets to his feet and Thornn charges down on his opponent for a running big boot. AJ avoids the boot and delivers some quick hands to the face of Thornn. AJ bounces off the ropes and goes for a crossbody block, but Thorrn catches him and sends him down with a powerslam.
JR: “What a powerful slam delivered by Thornn! He hooks AJ up for the pin 1..2..and we get a kickout.”
Thornn picks up AJ and sends him into his corner. He follows it up with a vicious clothesline on the corner and tags out to Vanish. Thornn grabs AJ and Vanish delivers a hard kick to the ribs of AJ. Thornn re-enters his corner while Vanish grabs AJ’s arm and cranks it with an armlock. AJ struggles to reverse the move, but he eventually spins around and uses his free arm to deliver a back suplex on Vanish.
RK: “That was a bit innovative thinking done there by Autobot Jazz.”
JR: “As far as he is concerened, King, he knows how to exchange submission holds. Remember, it was Autobot Jazz who went toe-to-toe with the likes of Tony Bonito and Christopher Back in the past.”
Both men get to their feet and Vanish charges at AJ, only to be taken down with a drop toe hold. AJ waits for Vanish to get up before he comes up to him and takes him down with a running tornado DDT.
JR: “TORNADO DDT ON VANISH!”
Both men are down in the middle of the ring while the fans chant “AJ” to push him into tagging out to his partner. Both men crawl to their respective corners and tag out to their partners. Thornn enters the ring while it is Scifi Man who hops into the ring and runs towards his opponent. Thornn tries to attack, but SFM slides between his opponents legs and delivers a dropkick to the back of the head. Thornn is on all fours now before being taken down with SFM’s shinning wizard kick. SFM turns his attention to Vanish, and he takes down the incoming Fragile Minds member with a bodyslam. SFM picks up Vanish and backs him into the ropes. He tries to send him on the other end, but Vanish reverses the move. SFM bounces off the ropes and Vanish leapfrogs over him. Before SFM could bounce off the other set of ropes, Absinthe is there to trip him.
JR: “That damn harlot! She just tripped Scifi Man on the ropes!”
SFM gets to his feet and looks at the outside where Absinthe was located. SFM points threateningly at the valet before turning around to see Vanish charging at him. SFM is quick on his feet and pulls down the rope for Vanish to actually crash onto the outside and also hit Absinthe.
RK: “Poor Absinthe, she didn’t deserve to get into trouble! Damn superhero!”
SFM sees Thronn is slowly getting to his feet and he tags out to AJ. SFM and AJ have Thornn in their grasps and they whip him into the ropes. SFM leaves Thornn to AJ, who catches the big man and takes him down with the autobot vice.
JR: “AJ has him in the Autobot Vice! Thornn seems to be struggling..but..but..HE TAPS OUT!!! FINAL FRONTIER WINS THIS!”
The bell rings as Thornn repeatedly taps out to the submission move. AJ finally lets go when SFM gets into the ring and they celebrate the win.
THII: “The winners as a result of submission, FINAL FRONTIER!!!”
The two Final Frontier members celebrate their win inside the ring while Vanish and Absinthe help Thornn on the outside. Before the trio could make their exit up the ramp, the hunters run down the ramp with steel bats and assault Vanish and Thornn.
RK: “JR! EVIL CLOWNS!! EVIL CLOOOWWWNNNSSS!!!”
JR: “The Hunter Brothers are back and they are brutally assaulting Fragile Minds with those steel bats!”
RK: “I guess they weren’t apt swimmers after all eh JR?”
JR: “Regardless, we need to go to a commercial break right now. We will be right back folks!”
Ringside security and Absinthe go in and try to break up the brawl while X-WCW goes to a commercial break.
#1 Contendership to the X-WCW U.S. Championship
Ladder Match
Big Dog vs Seith Helloct vs Andrew Radon vs Mark Marlin vs Justin Sane
We go back from the commercial break to see a contract hanging about 15 feet above the ring. Terri Hotbody II is in the middle of the ring with a microphone as she addresses the fans.
THII: “The following match will be a five man ladder match for the #1 contendership of the X-WCW United States Championship!”
“Let the bodies hit the floor…let the bodies hit the floor...let the bodies hit the…”
*clang*!*clang*!!*clang*!!!
“FLOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRR!”
“Bodies” by Drowning pool hits as Justin Sane comes out with a skate board on his hand. The fans cheer while he puts the board down and hops on it. He skates down the rampway as THII introduces him.
THII: “Introducing frist, from Davidson Michigan, he is JUSTIN SANE!!!”
JR: “Justin Sane has been on a slump lately, but since he is known for his insane stunts, I doubt he is not gonna think twice of using the ladder for something big here tonight.”
RK: “I guess that’s why Crook added him in this match at the last minute changes for this show, he knows Justin Sane fits the bill to be in any ladder match in the X-WCW.”
Sane, while skating down the ramp, shouts at a nearby agent. The X-WCW agent goes a few feet infront of Sane before going down on all fours. Sane jumps over him with the board as the fans pop for the stunt.
RK: “But someone remind him, this is a wrestling match, not Tony Hawk’s pro skater.”
Sane gets off the board and slides into the ring. He goes to the top turnbuckle and poses for the fans some more. After he is done, he does a backflip and lands on both feet as he awaits the next competitor.
“With You” by Linkin Park hits the speakers and the ringside area goes a bit dim. Seith Helloct comes out through the curtains and makes his way down the ramp.
THII: “From Pensacola, FL…weighing in at 198 lbs…SEITH HELLOCT!!!”
JR: “Talk about a makeover, King. Seith ditched the trenchcoat and put on the tattered pants and shirt.”
RK: “Makeover? Talk about a decade late. I mean, the grunge era was like in the 90s, not right now. That or he might be a fan of The Misfits band by the look of that he still has that facepaint on.”
Seith stares at the ring before he gets into it. He leans on the nearby turnbuckle while he darts his eyes towards Justin Sane. His music fades out and “Voodoo Child” hits the speaklers. Mark Malin comes out in his usual attire with matching shades as the fans cheer.
THII: “Weighing in at 275 lbs…MALIBU MARK MALIN!!!”
Malin makes his way down the rampway and slaps some hands of the fans before reaching the ring.
JR: “This man is a fan favorite, King. I am pegging him to be the one to win this matchup.”
RK: “Heck, you always favor the ones who the fans like anyways, so why should I be surprised with what you’re saying?”
Malin enters the ring and poses for the fans. His music fades out as “Stupified” fills in the ringside area immediately. The fans boo loudly as Big Dog makes his presence felt on the ringside area.
THII: “From Knoxville Tenesse, BIG DOG!!!”
Big Dog smirks as he struts his way down the aisle with the fans still booing the former TV champion.
JR: “Big Dog, a multi-time X-WCW Television Champion, will have a big opportunity tonight. If he wins, he will get a US title shot at Starrcade Triad.”
RK: “If you peg the man from Malibu, JR, I am picking THIS man to win it all tonight.”
Seith glares at the incoming Big Dog as BD smirks at the ring and shakes his head and opts to enter at the other side of the ring that is opposite from Seith.
JR: “As obvious as it seems, King, Seith and Big Dog still have some issues with each other.”
“30/30.150” by Stone Sour hits the PA systems and Andrew Radon enters the ringside area. The fans boo him as loud as they did Big Dog while THII introduces him.
THII: “And finally, currently residing in Knoxville Tennessee, ANDREW RADON!!!”
Radon makes his way down with a serious look on his face while the fans continue to jeer him.
JR: “Andrew Radon, formerly called as TheGreatOne, is making his first match in the X-WCW since the X-Rumble.”
RK: “That was a long time ago, JR, lets see if Radon does have a better wrestling style than his previous name. I gotta admit, TGO was not that great, will Andrew Radon be better though, that’s something we will find out tonight.”
Radon hops onto the apron and enters the ring. His music is cut and with all 5 competitors in the ring, the match is on. Seith Helloct charges at Big Dog and delivers some punishing blows at him on the corner. Andrew Radon makes a run for it at Mark Malin as well, but meets a big boot to the face. Radon rolls to the outside while Justin Sane hops behind Mark Malin with a sleeper hold. Malin tries to grab Sane from behind, but Sane locks himself tightly on the head of MM.
RK: “Sane has that sleeper hold locked in JR.”
Malin backs himself into the corner and rams Justin onto it. He does it a couple of times and Justin eventually lets go. Justin is backed into the corner and Malin is there to deliver a hard elbow to the face and sends him down. After a while outside the ring, Radon comes back into the ring with a ladder. On the other side of the ring, Seith Helloct whips Big Dog into the ropes, and Big Dog hits face first with the ladder Andrew Radon has. Big Dog goes down while Seith Helloct is next on Radon’s hit list as AR has the ladder perched on his shoulders and rams it face-first onto Helloct.
RK: “That was a brutal shot on the face of Helloct!”
Helloct falls down face first onto the mat while Andrew Radon turns around with the ladder. Mark Malin is right behind him and delivers a big boot on the ladder that goes on to hit Radon’s face. AR drops the ladder and staggers back before Malin reels him in for a huge clothesline. Justin Sane pulls himself up from the corner and makes his way towards Malin. He pulls the ladder off the mat and he tosses it towards MM. Mark Malin catches it, but Justin Sane hits a dropkick on the ladder and onto the head of Mark Malin.
JR: “If Malin did a big boot through the ladder against Radon, Justin Sane just dropkicked it towards Malin’s face.”
RK: “I guess karma is one sneakly little bitch, JR.”
Sane props the ladder and leans it on one corner of the ring. As he turns around , however, Big Dog is there and he spears Sane onto the same corner where the ladder was. Both men fall down and while Sane is clutching his back, Big Dog is holding his head after he dove head-first onto the steel ladder.
JR: “Big Dog just sacrificed himself there with a huge spear on Justin Sane.”
RK: “That was taking it to the EXTREME! WOW!”
Its Seith Helloct who is first to get to his feet and notices most of his opponents are downed or struggling to get back up. Instead of grabbing the ladder from the corner, he rolls out of the ring and pulls out a couple of trashcan lids from the ring. He tosses the two items into the ring and pulls out yet another item from the apron, this time, it’s a wooden table. The fans pop as the table is slid in by Seith Helloct.
RK: “Were gonna get some wood tonight, JR!”
Before Seith could re-enter the ring, Andrew hits a baseball slide to take down Helloct on the outside. AR sets up the wooden table inside the ring and grabs Mark Malin by the head. He rolls him over the table and works on him for a while with some hard slaps to the chest. Andrew Radon climbs up to the nearby corner and is set to do something.
JR: “Andrew Radon has propped himself up onto the high-rent district and is looking to do something here.”
Seith Helloct is back on his feet and hops over to the apron. With Seith behind Andrew Radon, he shoves Radon forcefully out of the turnbuckle.
RK: “Well it seems to me that he will J-OH MY GOODNESS!”
Andrew Radon crashes onto the wooden table with Mark Malin and both men are laid out. Big Dog is back up again and smirks at the carnage before he waits for Seith to re-enter the ring. Both men go to the center of the ring and mouth off at each other before they start coming into blows. Big Dog gets the advantage on the exchange with a stiff shot on the mouth of Seith that sends him reeling towards the ropes. Big Dog approaches Seith, but Seith Helloct slips behind Big Dog and delivers a reverse DDT.
RK: “Seith showed Big Dog that he can be one quick b*stard at times with that move.”
Seith Helloct awaits Big Dog to get to his feet, but Justin Sane is there to deliver a dropkick from behind. Helloct stumbles forward and he collides with Big Dog. Big Dog is sent flying over the ropes, landing on the apron, while Helloct staggers backwards. Justin Sane catches Helloct from behind and takes him down with a quick back suplex. Helloct gets to his feet and is a recipient of a dropkick to the face from Sane that sends him over the ropes and to the outside. Justin Sane runs towards Big Dog on the ropes and tries to deliver a flying clothesline but Big Dog pulls the top rope for Sane to crash on the outside of the ring. Mark Malin and Andrew Radon are showing signs of movements while all of this is happening.
RK: “HAHAHA! What a gyp! Sane was caught with his momentum so much that Big Dog just had to pull the ropes down.”
JR: “What a sad fate, King, but Sane was relying mostly on his adrenaline rush there.”
Big Dog sets up the ladder in the middle of the ring while he is the only man standing. With the ladder set up, he makes his ascent towards the contract. Andrew Radon is the first man to get to his feet and notice Big Dog ascending. He climbs on the same side where Big Dog was climbing to catch up to him.
JR: “Unbeknownst to Big Dog, Radon is just behind him now.”
RK: “I think Radon should have used the other end, Big Dog could easily kick him on the face with him on the same side ya know?”
Big Dog reaches the top and slowly reaches for the contract. However, he feels something tugging on his pants. Andrew Radon uses his hand to tug Big Dog down while he uses the other one to deliver some hard blows onto the back of Big Dog. Big Dog struggles to hold on with the ladder and uses his feet to try and kick Radon out of the way. While this is going on, Mark Malin is on his feet and makes his ascent on the other side of the ring.
RK: “I told ya JR, he is kicking him outta there. If Radon already had his head beaten up many times, I doubt he would outlast Big Dog’s onslaught here.”
With three men on one ladder, the ladder is already wobbling in the middle of the ring. Outside the ring, Seith Helloct pulls out another ladder and slides into the ring with it. Justin Sane, who was also outside of the ring, is still down after his hard crash a couple of minutes earlier.
JR: “Seith Helloct is back in the ring with another ladder, King!”
RK: “Well JR, you know he’ll set it up….*hears a loud echoing smack from the ring*…or maybe not.”
Seith Helloct used the ladder to ram Andrew Radon off Big Dog and sends him hurling to the mat. With Malin and Big Dog the only two on the ladder, Helloct drops his ladder and shoves the established ladder onto the mat. Seconds later, Big Dog and Mark Malin fall from the ladder and crash onto the ring.
RK: “The bodies are piling up on the floor, JR! This is one nice ladder match!”
Seith Helloct notices Big Dog being the first one to get to his feet, so he charges towards Big Dog and violently uses the ladder to ram onto Big Dog’s face. Big Dog is hit so hard, he flips backwards mid-air before he falls to the mat. He holds his face while he is down and the fans chant “That s*it hurts!” Helloct has a sick smile across his lips before he lays the ladder on the ground. He picks up Andrew Radon and snapmares him onto the ladder. Radon grimaces in pain as he hit back-first onto the ladder while Seith Helloct climbs up the top rope.
JR: “Helloct has some plans here, King. I just KNOW he does.”
RK: “Its some evil intentions, that’s what I can tell ya JR.”
Helloct stands on the top turnbuckle, but before he can do something, Big Dog is there to crotch him on the corner. Big Dog stumbles a bit before he climbs to the second rope and grabs Helloct. With Helloct in his grasps, he superplexes Seith from the corner and he lands on Radon who was lying on the ladder.
JR: “BAH GAWD WHAT AN IMPACT!”
All three men are laid out on the ring while we see Mark Malin setting up the other ladder. He starts to climb up while we see Justin Sane rolling himself into the ring.
JR: “Justin Sane is back in this match!”
Sane notices Mark Malin climbing up on the other end and he hops onto his end and starts to climb up. Both men meet on the top as they try to reach for the contract. Malin starts to deliver some hard punches to the face of Sane. Sane staggers back, but is able to hang onto the ladder before he could fall. Mallin tries to grab Sane with his hand, but Sane bites it.
RK: “OUCH! That has gotta hurt the hand of Malin!”
Malin screams in pain while Justin Sane bites his hand hard. Malin pulls his arm away, but it makes him teeter on his side of the ladder. He quickly wraps his arm around the ladder for him to stay put while Sane is free to reach out for the contract. However, we see Nightmare hopping off the guardrail with a chair and slides into the ring.
RK: “Oh my goodness JR! It’s the lunatic! I thought the security already took care of this nutcase!”
A crazy looking Nightmare growls before he climbs up the same side of Sane before smacking him with the chair on the back. Sane falls to the mat and Nightmare is there to continue assaulting him with the steel chair. With no one left to hinder him, Mark Malin stands on the ladder and slowly unfastens the contract. The bell rings as “Voodoo Child” hits the speakers with Mark Malin holding the contract high in the air.
THII: “The winner of this match and the #1 contender for the X-WCW United States Champion, MALIBU MARK MALIN!!!”
Malin continues to celebrate on top of the ladder with the contract while we see a horde of security guards making their way to the ringside. Nightmare stops his assault and leaves the ring. He hops over the barricade and makes a quick exit before he gets arrested yet again.
JR: “Mark Malin has won the right to face the US champion at Starrcade, King. I am glad for Malibu Mark, but I don’t know what has happened to Nightmare.”
RK: “It seems like a LOT has been happening to him lately. He has been having revenge on his mind, JR. First he wanted to take out his frustrations on Magnus, and then on us, now he wants Nightmare’s head. This is just too much JR, someone better recommend him a psychiatrist or sometihg”
X-WCW goes to a commercial break
Backstage
We go backstage with Cole Ryan as he is flanked by none other than the X-WCW Tag Team Champions, RNR.
CR: “Welcome back to Nitro! We are here backstage with R-N-R. On my left is R.E. Rage, and to my right is “The Playboy” Brett Rayne. So during the show tonight, we recently learned that John Crook made a deal for Sean Byrne. If he does not have a partner before the match starts, it will be a handicap match. What are your thoughts for the possible 2-on-1 advantage that you two will have against The Boston Rocker?”
Rage: “Thoughts Cole? You wanna as us about our thoughts? Its more like an afterthought if you ask me and Brett here. We don’t care if he is the only one who will face us or if he actually has a partner with him tonight. Fact of the matter is this, RNR is just gonna do what they do every damn match. Our thing involves being the best tag team the X-WCW has ever seen. Sean Byrne is just another name in our list of people that we need to show just how the Revolution in the X-WCW is legitimate. Sean Byrne thinks that his lucky break against me and Brett would last tonight, think again. Not even the luck of longshot is gonna save you know boy.”
Brett Rayne gets the mic from Cole Ryan.
Rayne: “Tonight, The Rage and The Playboy are gonna runamuck and punch a new hole out of Sean Byrne. Cole, have you seen a car wreck lately? Don’t worry, cause if you didn’t, me and Rage here are gonna make an example out of Byrne and possibly his partner. Well, that is if he has friends outside the realm of good ol Karl Baller. Heck, I even doubt anyone would like to team up with an iterate excuse of a wrestler named Sean Byrne in the first place. Sean Byrne, just because you have the US title doesn’t mean it makes you a real champion. Real champions have poise, class, dignity, and high profile status such as RNR. Poise? I doubt you have that because to me, you look like a rag that got recently pissed on by my dog. Class? I highly doubt you have some since your nothing but a druken piece of garbage. Dignity, last I hear, you threw it out of the window for a six pack of beer. High profile status? Rage?”
Rage smirks and shakes his head before he picks the mic from Brett.
Rage: “Don’t even talk about Byrne and High Profile in the same sentence, Brett. It just makes me puke my guts out. Sean Byrne, you’ll be placed as one of X-WCW’s most forgetful X-WCW US champions next to Nathan Green. So Sean, it doesn’t matter if you got a partner or your gonna go at it alone against RNR. Fact of the matter is, your still on the losing end when you try to look at your situation in any kind of way.”
CR: “Another pressing issue here is that you two have been blasting most tag teams in the X-WCW. Most recently you have set your sights on Final Frontier and Starstorm. Why is that?”
Rage: “Cole, you gotta know why we are blasting them outta the water recently after we won these titles. You see, Starstorm and Final Frontier have the same thing in common, they are one-dimensional tag teams. Infact, there are only a limited number of tag teams here in the X-WCW that have another dimension to them. The Hunters, no matter how retarded we deem them for dressing up as clowns, actually have another side to them as brutal SOBs. Fragile Minds? Damn, those guys are legit killers outside of the ring. You piss them off, you know your next. But Starstorm, what have they done aside from always being in the nTo? Final Frontier, what have they done aside from winning the X-WCW Tag Team titles? Both are former tag team champs and they lack the character most of these other teams have..the other dimension to them being more than a tag team. RNR, we have another dimension as well. Aside from being a good tag team, were good singles competitors.”
Rage passes the mic to Brett.
Rayne: “Hell yeah, Rage. I mean, we are the only tag team in the X-WCW besides Cyberstrike and D-Extreme to have both held world titles before being tag team champions. That just goes to show something Cole. Final Frontier, your next on our list since you guys have become champs in the past. During your title reign and fluke win at Starrcade: Xtreme, you didn’t do anything worth giving a damn here in the X-WCW. Tonight, we will show you just how REAL tag team champions should be in the ring.”
Rage and Rayne leaves the scene as we go back to ringside.
RNR vs Sean Byrne and
JR: “Well King, I have no idea just who Sean Byrne has in mind for his partner.”
RK: “As you saw him earlier tonight, no one has even stepped up the plate to be his partner. No one is crazy enough to fight with him against RNR. Who’d blame em? It’s a losing fight to go against the tandem or Rage and Rayne.”
The footage on the ringside area starts to go widescreen while the lights go out and a round of drumbeats emanate from the PA Systems. We hear the guitar riffs from Suede's "Filmstar" as Brett Rayne and R.E. Rage make their appearance at ringside. Both men are wearing some silk jackets on top of their usual ring gear while both have the X-WCW Tag Team belts strapped on their waists. The red carpet is rolled down the rampway and both men start to strut down
THII: “Introducing first, at a combined weight of 460 lbs, they are the current X-WCW World Tag Team Champions. The team of R.E. Rage and Brett Rayne….R-N-R!!!”
RNR make their way down as the fans lustfully boo at the tag team champs.
JR: “These fans certainly do not appreciate RNR appearing at ringside.”
RK: “Well, it’s not Rage or Brett’s fault that the crowd here never seen people with such prestige as RNR.”
Both men enter the ring and climb up on separate corners before unbuckling their belts and lifting it high in the air. The fans continue to boo the hell outta the two men while they make their descent from the ring posts. The music fades out and both Rage and Rayne discuss matters at one end of the ring. “Iron Man” by Black Sabbath kicks into the speakers and the US champion Sean Byrne comes out with a microphone.
JR: “Here comes the US champion! The fans are…well..cheering quite a bit. But still, King, you can hear most of them buzzing about who will be Sean Byrne’s partner.”
RK: “Or..how fast does Sean Byrne get beaten down by RNR for being so stupid to go at it alone. Either way, he will still lose.”
Sean stays on the stage while he begins to speak.
SB: “Sadly, the Boston Rocker cant find sumone to be his partner tonight. It seems like most of the boys at the back except me and Karl Baller don’t have the balls to step up against the big bullies called the revolution”
The fans boo and chant a mixture of “Ricky Sucks” and “Brett’s a crackwhore!”
SB: “So tonight, I will just walk on down this ramp and kick both your as..”
Suddenly, Sean Byrne is interrupted by a huge rumbling beneath the ring. After the rumbling subsided, Sean Byrne talks again.
SB: “As I said, I guess its just me who will..”
The rumbling starts again beneath the ring and RNR seem a bit shaken and Rage mouths out “who the hell is sleeping under this thing?”
RK: “Hmm. JR, I think someone is snoring don’t you think?”
JR: “From the sound of it King, yes it does.”
Sean Byrne scratches his head and goes down the rampway before reaching the ringside. He hears the snore is coming from beneath the ring and pulls up the apron. He crawls inside and disappears for a few seconds. Afterwards, he emerges from the apron with someone sleeping.
JR: “Oh good lord, King! It couldn’t be..”
RK: “Unfortunately, it is!”
Ignavus was the one sleeping and it seems like he still is! The announcer, looking puzzled at the situation, shrugs and announces the match.
THII: “And their opponents, he is the current United States Champion, Sean Byrne! And his partner, IGNAVUS!!!”
A loud “Lets go Igz” chant comes out from the crowd and Sean mutters “Hey why not?” before propping Ignavus into the steel steps. With Igz asleep and leaning on the steel steps, Sean Byrne slaps him lightly on the cheeks which wake up Ignavus. Igz has a sheepish grin and grabs the mic from Sean Byrne.
Igz: “Wow, I thought no one would pull me outta that ring after the whole day. I wanted to crawl out, but I was just too sleepy.”
He stands up and looks at Sean Byrne before he turns his attention towards RNR inside the ring. He looks back at Sean and grins.
Igz: “Seems like I came just in time buddy.”
Ignavus and Sean Byrne get into the ring and RNR has a somewhat uneasy feeling about things.
RK: “Ho boy, I guess the playing field has been evened up by Ignavus.”
JR: “Joshua Ignavus might have a bit of eccentricities about him coupled with his lazy demeanor, but he is also a former X-WCW World Champion and he didn’t get it through luck alone.”
The bell rings and it’s R.E. Rage who steps up for RNR and eggs on the newly awakened Ignavus to start things off for his team. Ignavus looks at Sean Byrne and shrugs before he asks if it’s ok. Sean gives the thumbs up and it’s off! Ignavus and R.E. Rage meet in the center of the ring and Rage lifts up one of his arms in the air for a test of strength. Ignavus just looks at it for a while and Rage continues to wait for Ignavus to go for it. After a whole minute, Ignavus scratches his butt and Rage looks flustered. Rage shouts in frustration before he charges Iganvus for a clothesline. Sadly, Ignavus avoids the clothesline attempt and greets Rage with a couple of forearms as he turns around.
JR: “Rage got frustrated during that span of a minute if I do say so myself, king.”
Ignavus tries to send Rage into the ropes, but the RNR member reverses the momentum. Ignavus bounces off the ropes and Rage tries to deliver a back body drop on the slacker king. To no avail, Ignavus lands behind him and hops on for a sleeper hold. Rage struggles to let Ignavus loose but he eventually snapmares Igz down. Rage bounces off the ropes and delivers a hard knee to the back of Ignavus that sends him down the mat.
RK: “Ouch! Did you hear that hard shot to the back? That just echoed throughout the building, JR!”
Rage picks up Ignavus and slaps him around the head before sending him into the ropes. Rage ducks down for a back body drop, but Igz baseball slides and delivers a throat thrust on Rage to make him fall on his back. Ignavus does a flip up which gets a pop from the fans.
JR: “Ignavus sure is showing his impressive athletic ability tonight, King.”
RK: “Athletic? He looks like he is just in a sugar rush, that’s why he is so hyper. It’s gonna be lights out for him in that ring either through a sugar crash or RNR beating him to sleep.”
Ignavus waits for Rage to get to his feet before he greets him with some lightning fast forearms to the face. He hits a hard knee to the gut and is about to do a hurracanrana, but Rage holds onto Ignavus’ legs. Rage puts both of his legs forwards to cover the outstretched arms of Ignavus before sending him down the mat belly first in his rendition of the styles clash.
JR: “BAH GAWD! RAGE JUST REVERSED THE HURRACANRANA WITH THAT IMPRESSIVE MOVE!”
RK: “Oh man, I dunno if we get copyright infringement for doing that move. But if the late Crash Holly can get away with it...so can Rage!”
Both men are down on the canvas and are slow to get to their feet. The referee starts to count both men on the mat, until they recover by the count of 7. Both are up, and are groggily facing the crowd. Ignavus and Rage stagger backwards until they bump into each other in the middle of the ring. With both men startled, Rage tries to grab Ignavus while Igz squirms his way under his opponent’s legs. Rage turns around and he gets hit by a jumping calf kick by the former champion. Ignavus draws Rage near and lands him with a DDT on the mat. With Rage down, Ignavus tries to approach him, but is feeling the effects of the styles clash that Rage gave him earlier. Igz shakes off the cobwebs and approaches Rage, only to get some hard body shots from his opponent. Rage snapmares Ignavus off his feet and locks in a sleeper hold while the slacker king is down.
JR: “Rage has the hold locked in tight on Ignavus.”
Ignavus struggles to get to his feet while he is locked in the sleeper hold, but he manages to do so. Ignavus delivers some hard elbows to the mid-area of Rage and his opponent lets go. Ignavus makes it into the ropes and delivers a flying back elbow smash right into the face of R.E. Rage. Rage falls down like a ton of bricks and holds his face.
RK: “How dare he ruin Rage’s face?! Ignavus is one jealous man, JR! He knew Rage looked way better than him!”
JR: “I wouldn’t say ignavus has that tendency, King. I believe he just did something necessary to get out of that situation.”
RK: “Yeah, sure he did.”
Ignavus goes to his corner and tags out to Sean Byrne. Byrne hops over the top rope and into the ring. He looks pumped up as he approaches the recovering Rage. R.E. Rage turns around and gets hit by a hard forearm smash on the face by the Boston rocker. Sean Byrne follows it up with some hard punches to the gut and mid-region of Rage before grabbing Rage by the head. He delivers a hard punch to the face that sends Rage down to the mat. The fans mildly cheer in response to Sean Byrne delivering a ‘rock on’ gesture in the air.
JR: “The fans are backing the tandem of Sean Byrne and Ignavus!!!”
RK: “Of course they can, since the fans can only relate to lazy bums and men with mullets who know nothing more than that blasted rock music.”
Sean Byrne hauls Rage up and attempts a vertical suplex, but Rage blocks it. R.E. Rage delivers two punches on the sides of Byrne before he sends him down with a snap suplex. Rage and Byrne get to their feet at the same time, but it’s Rage who is quick to act with a hard kick to the sternum. Byrne gets hit and Rage follows it up with a knee to the face. Byrne staggers backwards before Rage reels him in for a hard knee drive into Byrne’s rib area. Byrne flips down to the mat thanks to the high impact knee smash from Rage.
RK: “JR, I could hear Byrne’s ribs crack from here! That was a brutal knee strike that Rage hit him with.”
Sure enough, Byrne clutches his ribs while he is down on the mat. Rage pulls his opponent up to a vertical base and delivers a hard punch right into the rib area of Byrne. He tries to whip Byrne into the ropes, but the US champion reverses it. Byrne tries to go for a clothesline, but Rage avoids it. Rage bounces off the ropes and takes Byrne down with a running DDT. Rage drags Byrne into his corner and tags out to Brett Rayne. The RNR members pick him up and whip him into the ropes. Rage and Rayne catch Sean Byrne and take him out with a double hiptoss. With Byrne down, Rage leaves the ring while Brett Rayne stomps down on the Boston rocker.
RK: “The Playboy is stomping a mudhole on the US champ! This is so much fun to watch!”
Brett Rayne picks up Sean Byrne and delivers a hard chop to the chest of the US champion. Byrne winces in pain, before he fights back with a chop of his own. Byrne musters up another hard chop to the chest of Brett Rayne before the playboy grabs him and hits a hard knee to the mid-section. Byrne gets another knee to his hurt ribs before he is sent down with a sidewalk slam. Brett does the playboy pose at the crowd to draw more heel heat before he picks up Sean Byrne. He whips him into his corner and follows him there with a clothesline. After the clothesline, Rayne tags out to R.E. Rage. Brett Rayne puts Byrne up the corner for a suplerplex while Rage stays on the apron. Upon the landing of the superplex, Rage launches himself from the apron and delivers a flip senton right on the rib-cage of Sean Byrne.
JR: “The team of RNR is giving it to Sean Byrne right now, King.”
RK: “Of course they are, JR! I mean, if Sean Byrne thinks he can actually beat RNR, he’s got to be joking himself!”
Brett exits the ring while Rage hauls up his opponent. R.E. Rage locks in an abdominal stretch on his opponent while the fans chant “RICKY S*CKS!” loudly. Sean Byrne struggles to resist the urge of tapping out, and reaches the nearby ropes with his free arm. The referee forces Rage to let go of the finisher due to the rope break. Rage shoves Byrne down to the mat and waits for his opponent to get up. Rage charges at the recovered Byrne, but Byrne spots him and takes him out with a single leg takedown. Rage gets to his feet and Byrne bodyslams him this time. Rage goes down, but so does Byrne. Sean Byrne is on one knee and clutches his ribs before he slowly gets to a vertical base.
JR: “Regardless of his hurt ribs, King, Sean Byrne still wants to fight the good fight.”
RK: “The good fight eh? If he ends up getting injured here, it wouldn’t be so good now would it?”
Byrne approaches Rage, only to get some punches to his body. Rage gets up and takes down Byrne with a belly to belly slam. Rage turns Byrne and makes him lie on his stomach before locking in the camel clutch.
RK: “The way Rage cranks up the upperbody of Byrne makes it seem impossible for Byrne NOT to submit soon enough. He’s hurt his ribs already and most of his mid-section earlier on, so unless Ignavus gets in and breaks it up were in for a match ender here JR.”
Ignavus does NOT get in, although the camera shows Ignavus kind of peering at a crowd member for some reason. Rage lets go after a few seconds and tags out to Brett Rayne. He hauls up the very much hurt Sean Byrne to his feet and holds him while Brett Rayne signals for the playboy kick. He delivers the kick, but Sean Byrne gets out of the way just in time! Rayne mistakenly kicks his partner Rage hard on the chin and its lights out for the RNR member. Rage rolls to the outside and is dazed while Sean Byrne delivers some quick punches to the face of the playboy. Byrne bounces off the ropes and takes both himself and Rayne down with a clothesline.
JR: “Sean Byrne mounted a comeback and both RNR members are down!”
RK: “Don’t forget JR, Sean’s also out!”
Sean Byrne makes his way into his corner and Ignavus actually gets his attention back to the action. He gets tagged in and he enters the ring. He makes a zip line for Brett Rayne and takes him down with a shinning wizard kick. Brett Rayne gets knocked down while Ignavus goes to the top rope. He waits for Brett to get to his feet and he delivers a dropkick from the corner. R.E. Rage is back from the outside of the ring and just slid in a steel chair.
RK: “Here comes trouble, JR!”
Rage gets into the ring, but Ignavus is quick to see him. Ignavus makes his way towards Rage and avoids a punch from the RNR member. Ignavus delivers some lightning quick kicks to the mid-section of Rage before leveling him with a head butt. Ironically, the head butt both gives Rage and Ignavus a big headache and both men go down on the mat.
RK: “WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT?!”
JR: “It seemed like Ignavus just sacrificed himself just to take down Rage.”
RK: “You’re serious about that JR?! I mean, he could have done something else right?”
Sean Byrne gets into the ring to join the referee who is checking out the unconscious pair of Ignavus and Rage. Brett Rayne gets to his feet and grabs the steel chair. He approaches Sean Byrne and delivers a vicious chair shot on the back of the US champion. The referee notices the steel chair being used and calls for the bell.
THII: “As a result of a disqualification, the winners of this match are Ignavus and Sean Byrne!!!”
Sean Byrne falls to the mat while Brett Rayne continues to deliver the chairshots on the US champion. R.E. Rage finally gets to his feet and shakes the cobwebs while the referee tries to help the seemingly sleeping Ignavus out of the ring.
JR: “Looks to me, King, that Ignavus dozed off after hitting that head butt onto Rage.”
RK: “Its things like that, JR, that makes Ignavus a unique guy. He falls asleep in ANY given occasion.”
Ignavus gets the royal treatment by getting rolled into a comfortable stretcher before being escorted to the backstage area. In contrast, Sean Byrne is getting stomped down by RNR inside the ring. Brett Rayne places the steel chair on the mat while Rage sets Sean Byrne up for his finisher. He drags Byrne into the area where the chair was placed and delivers the evolutionator that sends Byrne face first onto the steel chair.
JR: “BAH GAWD!!! THAT WAS JUST BRUTAL!!!”
Sean Byrne lies motionless on top of the steel chair while the fans boo RNR some more. Rage and Rayne smirk at the damage they have already done to the US champion, but it seems they are not over yet. Rayne leaves the ring and pulls out a wooden table. A couple of referees try to go into the ring, but Rage grabs the steel chair and swings it at their direction to make them back off.
JR: “For goodness sakes, this has to stop!”
RK: “Are you freakin kidding me JR? THIS IS GREAT!”
Brett Rayne re-enters the ring and sets up the table. R.E. Rage grabs Sean Byrne from the mat and Brett Rayne joins in. They sit him up on the top turnbuckle before climbing on separate sides of the corner. They grab him and send him crashing onto the wooden ladder with a double superplex.
JR: “Double superplex through the table! Bah gawd, I think this has gone far enough!”
RK: “Yeah, I think that’s good enough to send Sean a little message on NOT to mess with the Revolution.”
RNR’s music hits as they stare down at the fallen Sean Byrne. The fans boo the two revolution members as they grab their X-WCW tag team titles on the outside and head towards the backstage. Finally, the referees get into the ring and check on the fallen US champion.
JR: “Sean Byrne might have won the battle tonight, King, but at what cost?”
RK: “You see, JR, that’s what people get for running their mouths against a thing you just cant mess with. I don’t like everything the revolution does, I can admit to that. However, I don’t go up from my seat challenging them into a match. Unlike Sean, I don’t go to a gun fight without bullets, let alone not having a gun.”
X-WCW goes to a commercial break while the EMTs rush to ringside.
X-WCW World Championship
Karl Baller© vs Tony Bonito
X-WCW is back from the brief commercial break and we go to ringside for the main event.
JR: “We are BACK for more NITRO! Ladies and gentlemen, we are preparing ourselves right now for our main event. It’s going to be the X-WCW World Champion Karl Baller facing the wrestling machine that is Tony Bonito!”
RK: “It’s a match of epic proportion, JR! I just cant wait to see how this would end tonight.”
JR: “Earlier in the broadcast, Karl Baller helped Otacon escape the grasps of the Revolution, but something just happened wrong.”
RK: “You tell me, JR, I mean Otacon got paranoid and demanded to know what KB was doing at ringside with a chair. Before anything could be explained…TB sneaks in…WHAM! Nitoplex on Otacon and he leaves the ring. That not only hurt Otacon, but messed up KB in a way. He was rather confused why TB spared him on that one. But if you ask me, its all about mind games JR. Bonito is a smart and calculating man, so if Baller gets caught off-guard tonight, it only takes a second for Bonito to knock him off and pin him..or..make him submit to the Ankle lock.”
JR: “It is quite true, ladies and gentlemen; Karl Baller might be in for the fight of his life tonight. He has fought competitors such as Divebomb and Otacon early in his career..but NEVER a wrestler by the same caliber as the one he will face tonight.”
The cameras focus back to the ring where we see the X-WCW announcer Terri Hotbody II with a microphone.
THII: “The following match is for the X-WCW World Championship!”
Fast-paced guitar riffs are heard in the background before the ringside lights close. Seconds later, a large explosion occurs on the X-Tron as “Fury of the Storm” begins to play. The fans boo as Tony Bonito’s figure emerges from the smoke and is wearing his usual red, white, and blue sports jacket with the hood. He quickly puts out the hood and stares into the air before pointing upwards. With his hands in the air, the red, white, and blue pyros shoot up from the stage. He finally makes his way down the rampway as THII introduces him.
THII: “Introducing the challenger, from Boston Massachusetts, he weighs in at 226 lbs…TONY BONITO!!!”
JR: “Bonito is a mold of an all-round wrestler. He can brawl with you, exchange holds, and can even perform on the top rope if needed.”
RK: “He has also tasted quite a number of gold such as the ACW world title, but never quite had the X-WCW World Title in his list. Tonight might add the title to his portfolio though JR.”
TB slides into the ring and takes off his sports jacket before doing his usual spin towards the center. The fans boo and chant “NITO-SUCKS!” while he heads towards the corner and poses for the fans. He motions to his waist as if a belt is there to the crowd before he hops out of the corner. His music fades and he starts pacing around his side of the ring as he waits for his opponent. “Hate it or Luv” by The Game and 50 Cent comes out to the PA systems and the fans go wild. Karl Baller makes his appearance on the stage and wears some local football jersey. The fans start a “K-I-D” chant while the Champion makes his way down the ramp.
THII: “And his opponent, he hails from Philadelphia Pennsylvania. Weighing in at 223 lbs, the current X-WCW WORLD CHAMPION…KARL BALLER!!!”
JR: “Here comes the champ, King! Karl Baller might be in some sort of disadvantage, but let me remind everyone he is also a champion in other federations. Another thing that you may notice is that he doesn’t have the title with him in this match. Since he is currently feeling that he doesn’t deserve it, he just handed it to the ringside crew during the break and the timekeeper is keeping it warm for the champ.”
RK: “The problem is, he has YET to defend those titles properly as well. He is still learning the ropes as to being a champion. If he can show signs of maturity in and out of the ring, maybe it has molded him to be a better man. If he can hang onto his title tonight and fight another day as champion, JR, I can see that he would FINALLY bring the title with him into this match. As of now, there is only priority for him to do…SURVIVE the match and hope he still has the title afterwards. If he does lose, I guess his presumption of himself was right he aint deserving to be the champ afterall.”
The K.I.D. enters the ring and he climbs up the nearby corner. Upon reaching the topmost turnbuckle, he raises his arm into the air similar to the style that The Rock usually does it. KB makes his descent from the corner as his entrance music fades out.
JR: “Here it is ladies and gentlemen, the very first match between Bonito and Baller inside an X-WCW ring.”
RK: “You mean they fought before?”
JR: “Last year, King, they fought in BCW but it ended in a draw. There is a big chance it would happen again given both men’s competitive nature.”
The bell rings and both men go to the center of the ring. KB and TB lock up on each other with the basic collar elbow tie-up to start things off. Bonito gets KB in a side headlock and tightens it a couple of times before shifting behind KB with an arm lock. KB is quick to reverse the arm lock with an arm wringer. The champion cranks up the submission move he has placed on TB, but Bonito rolls on the mat and trips KB legs to make the champ fall down and let go of the hold. KB has his back on the mat and TB goes for the very early pin. To no avail, KB kicks out even before the referee could count.
JR: “That was a very fast kick out by KB, and a very early pin attempt from the end of Tony Bonito.”
RK: “The mind games is on, JR, I can see it in TB’s eyes.”
TB smirks at KB while both men get to their feet. He eggs KB to charge at him, with KB responding to TB by daring HIM to get at him first. Both men wait for a couple of seconds before both actually charge at each other and butt-heads in the middle of the ring. With another collar elbow tie-up, TB delivers some hard knees to the gut of KB and backs him into the corner. With KB backed into the corner while both are in the tie-up position, TB lets go and takes a few steps backwards before rushing in for an elbow smash. KB ducks down to avoid the elbow and dropkicks TB’s back to send him face first into the corner. TB staggers backwards while KB sneaks up behind him. Baller has TB in his clutches and tries for a back suplex, but TB avoids it and lands behind the champion. Now, it’s TB’s turn to try and deliver a belly-to-back suplex, but KB delivers a couple of hard elbows to TB’s face before switching behind the Real F’n Olympian. TB falls to the canvas after KB trips him from behind. KB mounts on the back of TB for a while and delivers a couple of hard slaps on TB’s head. He hops out of TB to let his challenger get to his feet and KB shoots a smirk at Tony Bonito.
RK: “I guess KB got a bit wise on TB’s mind games early on, JR. I think this match just got into a leveled playing field for the champ.”
An irritated TB gets to his feet and charges at KB. Karl Baller anticipates Bonito’s charge and leapfrogs over his opponent. TB shoots off the ropes and is caught by an armdrag takedown from the champion. TB gets to his feet and it’s KB’s turn to charge at him. TB catches him with an armdrag takedown of his own. Both men are up yet again and TB misses a clothesline that gives KB the opportunity to land some stiff punches to the face of his challenger. He tries to send TB into the corner, but the whip is reversed. TB follows KB into the corner, but KB tries to float over the challenger. Somehow, TB catches KB on one of his shoulder and turns around to slam the champion down with a running powerslam.
JR: “Tony Bonito anticipated that move and sent the champ down to the ring mat with that powerslam.”
RK: “This match is shaping to be good, JR!”
He hooks KB’s legs, but KB gets a shoulder up by the count of 2. TB picks up KB by the head, but Baller delivers some hard shots to the mid-section of TB for him to let go. KB bounces off the ropes and takes down TB with an overhead neckbreaker maneuver. TB holds his head as he is laid out on the mat. Karl Baller stomps down on the challenger before he picks him up. KB lights up Bonito with a vicious chop to the chest cavity. KB hits another hard chop, but this time, TB retaliates with a chop of his own. Both men start an exchange of chops in the ring while the crowd starts to shout “WOOO” at every given chop. After the 5th straight chop exchanged, TB staggers back and KB follows him. This seems to be a trap as Bonito catches KB with a drop toe hold upon his approach towards the challenger. KB is down and TB has him in a leg lock.
RK: “Tony Bonito can be classified as a sneaky wrestler, JR. He can put a hold on ya or put you down if you give him an opportunity to.”
TB cranks the leg of KB a few more seconds until the champ reaches the ropes and grabs a hold of it for TB to release the submission move. Bonito waits for KB to get to his feet and hooks him up behind for the Nitoplex. This doesn’t seem to be a smart move in part of Bonito as KB wriggles free mid-air and takes TB down with a flipping armdrag. With Bonito on the ground, KB does a leg-scissor on one of TB’s arm for a submission hold.
JR: “Baller reversed the move mid-air and has Bonito in a leg-scissor arm lock! The champion has learned a few new tricks, King!”
Baller lets go of the hold after a few seconds and picks up TB by the same arm. He locks TB in an arm wrench and delivers an elbow drive in the arm of TB. He turns around with the arm to apply more pressure, but TB uses his free hand to reverse the momentum of the hold and turn around himself. With the submission hold’s pressure on KB’s arm, the champion resorts to delivering a round of hard kicks to the gut of TB for him to let go. TB staggers into the nearby corner and KB is there to charge towards him. TB quickly tosses KB into the air with a back body drop, but the champion lands on the apron right behind TB.
RK: “Bonito is pointing to his head and saying he is smarter, but…Karl is just behind him now. Damn it Tony, TURN AROUND!”
TB turns around and his met by a hard shoulder charge by KB from the apron. TB clutches his mid-section and staggers backwards, allowing KB the opportunity to fly from the apron to deliver a slingshot crossbody that sends TB to the mat. KB hooks the leg of TB only to get a 2 count for the pinfall.
JR: “A 2 count, and Bonito gets his shoulder up!”
RK: “That was a close one for Bonito there, JR.”
Both men scramble to get to their feet and it’s Bonito who slips behind KB. He grabs him firmly on the waist and delivers a German suplex. Both men roll on the mat before they both get to their feet. Bonito sends KB for another ride and hits his second consecutive German suplex. Both men are up yet again and Bonito looks for German suplex number 3. The problem is, KB blocks the attempt and backs Bonito onto the nearby corner. With TB letting go of Baller, KB turns around and delivers some fast punches and kicks to TB on the corner. With TB a bit stunned, KB backs up and makes a hard shoulder charge onto the mid-section of Bonito. TB goes down on his knees and goes on all fours at the ring. KB drags TB in the center of the ring before bouncing off the ropes and hitting him with an axe kick.
JR: “AXE KICK BY BALLER! Bonito goes down and the champion pins the challenger…1…2..NO! Bonito kicks out of the pinning predicament!”
Karl Baller waits for TB to get to his feet and sets up Bonito for the headshot. However, as soon as KB tries to hook one of TB’s leg, the other leg lifts up and he is sent to the other side of the ring with a modified monkey flip done by the challenger. KB gathers himself to a vertical base and TB is there to deliver a hard forearm smash right on the face of the champion. KB is dazed and TB takes him down with a fisherman’s carry. With KB down, TB locks in a sleeper hold on the mat in hopes to draw the air out of the champion KB.
JR: “Baller tried to deliver his finisher against Bonito, but the challenger somehow reversed the move.”
RK: “Tony Bonito is a technical wrestler, JR, you seem to forget that.”
KB slowly gets to his feet while the fans chant “K.I.D.” in hopes for him to get out of the hold as quick as he can. KB uses some elbow smashes to the gut of TB in hopes of letting go and it works. Baller tries to bounce off the nearby ropes, but Bonito delivers a dropkick that sends KB crashing to the outside of the ring. The fans boo at TB after he shouts ‘woo’ in triumph. TB climbs up the corner while we see KB recovering on the outside.
RK: “Watch Bonito, JR, he is up for something BIG! I know he is…”
JR: “I can assume so, King. Bonito is standing from the top rope and he dives for a MOONSAULT on Karl Baller who is outside! What a move!”
TB delivers the moonsault to the outside and wipes out both himself and KB. The fans pop big time with this move while both men are being counted out by the referee. Tony Bonito is the first to get to his feet by the count of 5 and hauls up KB to a vertical base. He rolls KB into the ring and follows him there. KB struggles to get to his feet while TB is stalking the champion from behind. KB is up, and Bonito quickly grabs him to deliver the Nitoplex.
JR: “THE NITOPLEX! Bonito just slammed the champion down with that maneuver in break-neck speed!”
RK: “THIS IS IT! I think this is the night that Tony Bonito will finally get that title, JR!”
TB crawls over the fallen Karl Baller and places his arm on top of the champion. The referee counts..1…2…
JR: “THRE-NO! KARL BALLER GETS HIS SHOULDER UP!!!”
RK: “NO! NO!! DAMN IT NOOO!!”
The fans give out a big reaction after the champ is still in this match. TB slowly gets to his feet and does not believe it. Bonito gets to his feet and hauls up KB before trying to deliver a second Nitoplex. He tries to deliver it, but KB floats over and lands behind his opponent. Baller spins TB around and delivers some hard punches to his face before he sends TB down with a clothesline. KB goes down on one knee after feeling the effects of the nitoplex. Both men get to their feet and KB is the first to attack with a spinning wheel kick. Unfortunately, Tony Bonito ducks down and grabs KB from behind to deliver an overhead belly to back suplex that sends the champion to the outside of the ring.
JR: “Good lord, KB just got thrown out of the ring with that overhead suplex.”
RK: “I just hope he doesn’t land awkwardly, or he might be paralyzed due to that suplex off the ring.”
TB waits for KB to get to his feet outside the ring before he charges through the ropes and attempts a dive. However, Baller sees it and gets out of the way. TB crashes onto the outside of the ring while KB climbs to the apron. KB is on the apron now and launches himself with an elbow drop directly aimed at TB’s chest area. It connects TB while the referee starts to count them from the inside.
JR: “The referee’s count is up to 7 already, and both men are still on the outside.”
KB picks up TB and rolls him back into the ring while he climbs up to the top rope. Upon reaching the top rope, he launches himself for the spreading the ashes finishing move. It connects and the fans go wild.
RK: “That’s a HECK of a finisher there, JR! I like it!”
JR: “It is a very impressive maneuver indeed, King. I think it might spell the end for Tony Bonito. Karl Baller hooks the leg..1…2..and Bonito manages to kick out!”
The fans boo after Bonito manages to kick out of the finishing move by Karl Baller. Baller is up and he looks at the fallen TB before heading towards the corner. He makes his ascent to the top rope, but the recovered TB pushes himself to go to the corner and climb to the second rope. Before Baller would notice, he is grabbed by Bonito and is sent down to the ring with a Nitoplex. The fans pop while both men are laid out in the ring.
JR: “Bonito just hit a desperation move right there, King!”
RK: “I told you, he has been waiting a long time for this, and there is no way that he is going to lose this easily, not this way.”
After a few seconds of being motionless, Bonito crawls over to KB and puts his arm over him yet again for the pin.
JR: “Here is the count..1…2..AND BALLER GETS A SHOULDER UP! He kicks out of the Nitoplex AGAIN!”
RK: “Damn it! Baller has a lotta balls…and it’s not meant to be a pun either. This guy just can’t get away.”
JR: “Well of course he can’t, King! As the champion, he wants to stay the champion, that’s the way it goes.”
RK: “I guess we can’t discount his will of retaining this belt as well now eh JR?”
JR: “I suppose so.”
Bonito slowly gets to his feet and heads over to a recovering KB. Before KB could get up, Tony Bonito grabs one of his legs and locks in the ankle lock.
RK: “The ankle lock is locked in! I am sure this can finish things off!”
KB screams in pain as Bonito locks the submission move onto the champion. The referee approaches KB nd asks him if he submits, but the champion shouts “NEVER!” The show of guts by the champ prevails as Bonito continues to lock the submission maneuver while Baller scratches and claws his way towards the ropes. Before he could reach for the ropes, however, TB drags him back into the center of the ring.
RK: “He has nowhere to run now, I like Karl Baller’s show of guts, but it can only take you that far.”
With KB stuck in the middle of the ring and the hold, he tries his luck yet again and reaches for another corner of the ring. He narrowly grabs the ropes, but TB is there to drag him back to the center of the ring yet again. For the third time, Baller crawls his way towards the ropes area, and again TB drags him into the center of the ring.
JR: “Karl Baller’s spirit seems to be undeterred, King! He might be in excruciating pain right now, but he is still trying his best to reach the ropes.”
After the third attempt, TB sees that he needs to crank up the hold a bit more. He lies down on the mat and wraps his legs around the leg of KB while he continues to apply the ankle lock. The cameras zoom in the on the face of Karl Baller and it really shows a face of pure anguish already. KB is seen gritting his teeth and trying to fight the pain as he yet again struggles towards the ropes. He tries to go to the ropes, and FINALLY makes it after a few seconds. The referee sees KB grab the ropes and he tells Tony Bonito to break the submission move. The fans cheer big time for KB after he made it to the ropes and breaks the hold.
JR: “This kid has a lot of heart, King. He could have tapped out, he could have just said he submits, but he never did!”
RK: “I just hope he can walk after this match, JR.”
Tony Bonito gets to his feet and doesn’t look so pleased with KB getting the opportunity to break his move. He tries to lock in the ankle lock on KB, but the champ rolls forward and sends TB hitting face first on the nearby turnbuckle. TB staggers backwards while KB uses the ropes to help him get to his feet. KB approaches Bonito and delivers a hard knee to the gut of the challenger before finishing him off with the headshot.
JR: “He connects with the headshot!”
TB is down on the ring, while KB hobbles over to the challenger and covers him for the pin.
RK: “Here’s the pinfall…1…2…3.! Dang it, the champ retains the title.”
“Hate it or luv” plays in the speakers as the referee helps KB get to his feet and raises his hand. Bonito, on the other hand, rolls to the outside of the ring.
THII: “The winner and STILL the X-WCW World Champion…KARL BALLER!!!”
JR: “This match tested the champion to his limits, but he eventually came on top of the hill.”
RK: “I think this has to be one of KB’s biggest fights in his career. Somehow, he survived the onslaught of the wrestling machine known as Tony Bonito. I can assure you though folks, Bonito is not finished yet with his hunt for the gold.”
Outside the ring, a recovered Bonito looks displeased and shakes his head at the sight of KB holding the X-WCW World Belt. He slowly makes his way up the ramp, while another man runs down the ramp with a chair and slides inside the ring to interrupt Karl Baller.
RK: “Look JR! It’s Andrew Radon!”
Radon, who holds the steel chair, is about to hit KB with it but drops it instead.
JR: “I thought for sure, Radon would use this opportunity to attack the champion, but right now it seems like it is not to be.”
X-WCW goes off the air as KB and AR stare down at each other in the middle of the ring.
